Claims (8)
- 溶接システム(100)であって、
レーザ溶接装置(102)と、
ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)と、
ガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)と
を備え、前記レーザ溶接装置(102)、前記ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)及び前記ガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)が、共通の溶融プールを生成して、溶接パス(112)に沿って物品(108)を溶接するよう位置付けられており、溶接パス(112)が、第1番目にガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)からの溶接と、第2番目にレーザ溶接装置(102)からの溶接と、第3番目にガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)からの溶接とを含むように当該溶接システムが構成されていることを特徴とする、溶接システム(100)。 - ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)が第1番目に位置していて、ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)とレーザ溶接装置(102)とが、ハイブリッドレーザ/ガスメタルアーク溶接を形成するのに十分な0〜15mmの距離に配置され、ガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)が凝固しつつある溶接部の一部を再溶融させる位置に配置される、請求項1記載の溶接システム(10)。
- 前記レーザ溶接装置(102)と前記ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)と前記ガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)とが共通の溶融プールを使用する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の溶接システム(100)。
- 前記ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)及び前記レーザ溶接装置(102)が、前記ガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)無しで共通の溶融プールを使用する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の溶接システム(100)。
- 前記レーザ溶接装置(102)が分割レーザビームを形成する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の溶接システム(100)。
- 前記レーザ溶接装置(102)が、第1のレーザ及び第2のレーザを含み、前記第1のレーザが第1のレーザビームを与え、前記第2のレーザが第2のレーザビームを与える、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の溶接システム(100)。
- 第1のレーザビームが前記ガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)と共に作動して第1のハイブリッド溶接装置を形成し、第2のレーザビームが前記ガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)と共に作動して第2のハイブリッド溶接装置を形成する、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の溶接システム(100)。
- 溶接方法であって、
請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の溶接システム(100)を準備する段階と、
前記溶接システム(100)を用いて溶接パス(112)に沿って物品(108)を溶接する段階であって、溶接パス(112)が、第1番目にガスメタルアーク溶接装置(104)からの溶接と、第2番目にレーザ溶接装置(102)からの溶接と、第3番目にガスタングステンアーク溶接装置(106)からの溶接とを含む、段階と
を含む、溶接方法。
