Claims (5)
- 外側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材との間でトルク伝達部材を介して角度変位を許容しながらトルクを伝達する内側継手部材とを備え、前記内側継手部材に動力伝達軸をトルク伝達可能に結合させ、内側継手部材と前記動力伝達軸との間に、内側継手部材に対して動力伝達軸を着脱する脱着機構を設けた等速自在継手であって、
前記脱着機構は、内側継手部材の動力伝達軸側に延在するように動力伝達軸に外挿された筒状部材と、前記筒状部材に内装された縮径可能な止め輪と、前記止め輪の径方向外側に径方向移動可能に配置された押し込み部材と、前記筒状部材の外周面に軸方向移動可能に配置された環状部材とを備え、前記環状部材の軸方向移動により前記筒状部材の外周面から露呈する押し込み部材を径方向移動させることにより、動力伝達軸に対して前記止め輪を着脱可能としたことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 前記脱着機構は、前記内側継手部材の端部に係止溝を設けると共に、前記筒状部材の端部に係止爪を設け、内側継手部材の前記係止溝に筒状部材の前記係止爪を嵌合させることにより、内側継手部材と筒状部材とを連結した構造を有する請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記脱着機構は、前記動力伝達軸の外周面に環状の凹溝を形成すると共に、前記筒状部材の内周面に動力伝達軸の前記凹溝と対応させて環状の凹溝を形成し、動力伝達軸の凹溝と筒状部材の凹溝に前記止め輪を嵌合させた構造を有する請求項1又は2に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記脱着機構は、前記筒状部材の円周方向複数箇所に、筒状部材の内外周に開口する貫通孔を形成し、前記貫通孔に球状の押し込み部材を配置し、前記押し込み部材の径方向内側を前記止め輪に当接させると共に、前記押し込み部材の径方向外側を前記貫通孔の外周側開口部に対して突出退入自在とした構造を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記脱着機構は、前記外側継手部材の開口部を閉塞するブーツの端部に前記環状部材を取り付けた構造を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
