Claims (15)
- 灌流イメージングデータの時系列データセットの同一のボクセルのサブセットに表される2以上の循環サブシステムのそれぞれについて2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間を判定するよう構成される薬剤ピーク特性時間判定手段と、
前記2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間のそれぞれについて薬剤ピーク引数を判定するよう構成される薬剤ピーク引数判定手段と、
前記2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間の薬剤ピーク引数の間の関係を判定するよう構成される薬剤ピーク引数関係判定手段と、
前記判定された関係と前記灌流イメージングデータとに基づき少なくとも1つの灌流マップを生成するよう構成される灌流マップ生成手段であって、前記少なくとも1つの灌流マップは、前記2以上の循環サブシステムの間の関係又は相違の少なくとも1つを視覚的に提示するボリュームイメージデータを含む、灌流マップ生成手段と、
を有する灌流イメージングデータプロセッサ。 - 2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間のそれぞれの確率分布を判定するよう構成される確率分布判定手段であって、各確率分布は1つの循環サブシステムに対応する、確率分布判定手段を更に有し、
前記2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間の1つの確率分布は、前記2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間の1つの対応するピークが前記循環サブシステムの真のピークである確率を表し、
前記ピーク引数判定手段は、前記同一の循環サブシステムの複数の薬剤ピーク特性時間から選択された1つの薬剤ピーク特性時間に基づき、前記循環サブシステムの1つについて薬剤ピーク引数を判定する、請求項1記載のプロセッサ。 - 前記薬剤ピーク特性時間判定手段は、薬剤ピーク特性時間を判定するためのアルゴリズムを含む第1モデルに基づき、前記2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間を判定する、請求項1又は2記載のプロセッサ。
- 前記ピーク引数判定手段は、ピーク引数を判定するためのアルゴリズムを含む第2モデルに基づき、前記ピーク引数を判定する、請求項1乃至3何れか一項記載のプロセッサ。
- 前記薬剤ピーク特性時間判定手段は、前記2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間を繰り返し判定し、
1以上の繰り返しにおいて、薬剤ピーク特性時間が、以前に判定された薬剤ピーク特性時間に基づき判定される、請求項1乃至4何れか一項記載のプロセッサ。 - 前記薬剤ピーク引数関係判定手段は、前記薬剤ピーク引数の間の関係を繰り返し判定し、
1以上の繰り返しにおいて、薬剤ピーク引数関係が、前記同一の繰り返し中に生成された薬剤ピーク特性時間に基づき判定される、請求項5記載のプロセッサ。 - 1以上の繰り返しにおいて、ピークの適合性が、ピーク制約を含むモデルに対してチェックされる、請求項5又は6記載のプロセッサ。
- 前記灌流マップ生成手段は、信号を繰り返し判定し、
1以上の繰り返しにおいて、前記薬剤ピーク引数関係判定手段は、異なる薬剤ピーク特性時間の薬剤ピーク引数の間の関係を判定し、
前記灌流マップ生成手段は、判定された各関係について前記信号を繰り返し判定する、請求項1乃至7何れか一項記載のプロセッサ。 - 1以上の繰り返しにおいて、少なくとも1つの異なる薬剤ピーク特性時間が利用され、
前記少なくとも1つの異なる薬剤ピーク特性時間は、所定の制約又はコスト関数の1以上に従うマップイメージ状態を向上させる薬剤ピーク特性時間に対応する、請求項8記載のプロセッサ。 - 1以上の繰り返しにおいて、少なくとも1つの異なる薬剤ピーク特性時間が利用され、
前記少なくとも1つの異なる薬剤ピーク特性時間は、前記薬剤ピーク特性時間のトータルの確率を増加させる薬剤ピーク特性時間に対応する、請求項8又は9記載のプロセッサ。 - 前記薬剤ピーク引数は、ピーク強度又はピークの周囲の領域に関する情報の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1乃至10何れか一項記載のプロセッサ。
- 前記灌流マップを視覚的に提示するよう構成されるイメージプロセッサを更に有し、
前記灌流マップは、分離したイメージ又は重畳したイメージの少なくとも1つを視覚的に提示し、
前記イメージのそれぞれは、異なる循環サブシステム、前記循環サブシステムの間の関係又は前記循環サブシステムの間の相違の少なくとも1つに対応する、請求項1乃至11何れか一項記載のプロセッサ。 - 前記2以上の循環サブシステムの間の関係又は相違の少なくとも1つが、異なるカラーを用いて視覚的に強調される、請求項12記載のプロセッサ。
- 前記2以上の循環サブシステムに対応する他の情報がまた、グラフ、ヒストグラム又はテーブルの1以上により視覚的に提示される、請求項12又は13記載のプロセッサ。
- プロセッサが、灌流イメージングデータの時系列データセットの同一のボクセルのサブセットに表される2以上の異なる循環サブシステムに対応する2以上の薬剤ピーク特性時間に対応する薬剤ピーク引数の間の関係又は相違の少なくとも1つを、前記同一のボクセルのサブセットに基づき判定するステップと、
前記関係又は相違の少なくとも1つを視覚的に提示するステップと、
