[アース線接続構造の構成]
まず、図1から図5を参照して、第1実施形態に係るアース線接続構造の構成について説明する。図1は第1実施形態におけるフランジ一体型フレームの斜視図である。図2は第1実施形態における導電ピンの斜視図である。図3は第1実施形態に係るアース線接続構造の接続状態の斜視図である。
次に、図1から図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係るアース線接続構造の作用について説明する。
次に、図4および図5を参照して、第2実施形態に係るアース線接続構造について説明する。図4は第2実施形態における導電ピンの斜視図である。図5は第2実施形態に係るアース線接続構造の接続状態の斜視図である。なお、図4および図5において、第1実施形態と同一の構成要素については、同一の符号を付している。

Claims (3)
- 導電性を有するフレームと、
前記フレームの軸方向一端面に一体的に形成され、導電性を有するフランジと、
前記フランジのフランジ面を外方へ突出するように形成された突出部と、
前記フランジの前記突出部に形成された貫通孔と、
拡径された頭部から突出したソルダーカップを有する導電ピンと、
を備え、
前記突出部の前記貫通孔内に前記導電ピンの一部を圧入固定し、該導電ピンの前記ソルダーカップ内にアース線の先端露出部を挿入して接合することを特徴とするモータのアース線接続構造。 - 前記導電ピンは、前記ソルダーカップの基端部に前記圧入部を有し、
前記突出部の前記貫通孔内に、前記導電ピンの前記圧入部が前記フレーム側から圧入固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータのアース線接続構造。 - 前記導電ピンは、前記頭部を介して前記ソルダーカップと反対側に前記圧入部を有し、
前記突出部の前記貫通孔内に、前記導電ピンの前記圧入部が前記フレームと反対側から圧入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータのアース線接続構造。
