Claims (7)
- 弁座部に当接してポートの連通を遮断する閉塞位置と、前記弁座部から離れて前記ポートを連通させる開放位置とに作動するポペット弁を備えた電磁弁であって、
前記ポートが設けられ、前記ポペット弁が組み込まれるバルブハウジングと、
基端部が連結され相互に平行に延びる支持脚および駆動脚を備え、コイルが設けられて前記バルブハウジングに組み込まれる固定鉄心と、
前記ポペット弁が装着された弁駆動部材と、
前記弁駆動部材と前記固定鉄心との間に、前記固定鉄心の先端に沿って配置され、前記駆動部材を介してポペット弁を駆動する可動鉄心と、
を有し、
長手方向に沿って湾曲した円弧状の摺動接触面を前記可動鉄心の一端部に設け、前記摺動接触面に当接する円弧状の摺動当接面を前記支持脚の先端に設け、
前記コイルへの通電時に、前記駆動脚の先端の磁気吸着面に吸着される被吸着面を前記可動鉄心の他端部に設け、
前記コイルへの非通電時に、前記弁駆動部材の当接部を前記可動鉄心へ引っ張り力の支点として前記摺動接触面を前記摺動当接面に押し付ける板ばねを前記可動鉄心に装着する、
電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、前記可動鉄心の前記他端部に、前記板ばねが係合する係合突起を設けた、電磁弁。
- 請求項2記載の電磁弁において、前記板ばねは、前記可動鉄心に沿って延びる支持片と、前記係合突起に係合する係合爪が先端部に設けられ、基端部が前記支持片に一体となった引っ張り片と、前記支持片に設けられボビンの側面に設けられた装着爪受部に装着される装着爪とを有する、電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、前記摺動接触面は凹面であり、前記摺動当接面は凸面である、電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、前記被吸着面をV字形状の凹溝により形成し、前記磁気吸着面を前記凹溝内に入り込むV字形状の突起により形成した、電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、
前記バルブハウジングに設けられた第1のポートと第2のポートを連通させる第1の連通孔が設けられた第1の弁座部を前記バルブハウジングに設け、
前記バルブハウジングに設けられた第3のポートと前記第2のポートを連通させる第2の連通孔が設けられた第2の弁座部を前記バルブハウジングに設け、
前記ポペット弁は、前記コイルへの非通電時に、前記第1の弁座部に当接して前記第1と第2のポートの連通を遮断し、前記第2の弁座部から離れて前記第2と第3のポートを連通させる一方、前記コイルへの通電時に、前記第2の弁座部に当接して前記第2と第3のポートの連通を遮断し、前記第1の弁座部から離れて前記第1と第2のポートを連通させる、電磁弁。 - 請求項6記載の電磁弁において、前記第2のポートと前記第3のポートとを連通させる流路、および前記第2の弁座部が設けられた流路ブロックを前記バルブハウジングに装着するようにした、電磁弁。
