Description
以下は、本発明における可能性のある実施形態の説明であるが、限定されるものではない。
リザーバはロータに直接的に取り付け可能であり、
弁を選択的に作動させるべく構成された電磁コイル及び弁が二元的なオンオフ式で作動可能となるように電磁コイルの作動を管理すべく構成されたコントローラ、
第2通路はリザーバからの入口及び作動室への出口を規定し、入口が弁の径方向外側に位置付けられ、及び/又は
第2通路はリザーバからの入口及び作動室への出口を規定し、入口がリザーバの外径部に位置付けられている。
粘性クラッチへのトルク入力でもってリザーバを回転させ、リザーバから作動室にバイパスボアを通じて粘性流体を連続的に送出し、リザーバから作動室に弁ボアを通じて粘性流体を選択的に送出すべく弁を作動させ、作動室からリザーバに粘性流体を戻す。
粘性流体は、作動室からリザーバに連続して戻すことができ、
バイパスボアは、弁ボアから離間した位置にて作動室に粘性流体を送出でき、及び/又は
バイパスボアは作動室の外径部分に粘性流体を導入可能である。
リザーバはロータと一緒に回転すべく構成され、
リザーバはロータに直接的に取り付け可能であり、
弁を選択的に作動させるべく構成された電磁コイル及び弁を二元のオンオフ式で作動可能にするように電磁コイルの作動を管理すべく構成されたコントローラ、
第2通路は、リザーバからの入口及び作動室への出口を規定し、入口は弁の径方向外側に位置付けられ、
2通路は、リザーバからの入口及び作動室への出口を規定し、入口はリザーバの外径部に位置付けられ、
出口は、ロータの外径に位置付けることができ、及び/又は、
第2通路は、ロータを貫通して実質的に径方向に延びることができる。
Claims (16)
- ロータと、
ハウジング部材と、
前記ハウジング部材と前記ロータとの間に位置付けられた作動室であって、該作動室内に存在する粘性流体が前記ロータと前記ハウジング部材とを回転的に結合する、作動室と、
前記粘性流体を保持し、前記ロータと一緒に回転すべく構成されたリザーバと、
前記作動室と前記リザーバとの間を流体的に連通させ、前記作動室から前記リザーバへの粘性流体の戻りを許容する戻りボアと、
前記リザーバから前記作動室への第1通路と、
前記リザーバから前記作動室への第2通路であって、該第2通路が前記第1通路から離間し、且つ、前記ロータを貫通して実質的に径方向に延びている、第2通路と、
前記第1通路を通じての前記粘性流体の流れを選択的に規制すべく構成された弁と
を具備し、
前記第2通路は遮られることがなく、前記弁の作動状態に拘わりなく、前記リザーバから前記作動室への前記粘性流体の通過を可能にする、粘性クラッチ。 - 前記リザーバは前記ロータに直接に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 前記弁を選択的に作動させるべく構成された電磁コイルと、
コントローラと
を更に具備し、
前記コントローラは、前記電磁コイルの作動を管理すべく構成されて、前記弁を二元のオンオフ式で作動可能にする、請求項1に記載の粘性クラッチ。 - 前記第2通路は、前記リザーバからの入口と、前記作動室への出口とを規定し、前記入口が前記弁の径方向外側に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 前記第2通路は、前記リザーバからの入口と、前記作動室への出口とを規定し、前記入口が前記リザーバの外径部に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 粘性クラッチを作動させる方法であって、
前記粘性クラッチへのトルク入力でもってリザーバを回転させ、
前記リザーバから作動室にバイパスボアを通じて粘性流体を連続的に送出し、
前記リザーバから前記作動室に弁ボアを通じて前記粘性流体を選択的に送出すべく弁を作動させ、
前記作動室から前記リザーバに前記粘性流体を戻す、方法。 - 前記粘性流体は前記作動室から前記リザーバに連続的に戻される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記バイパスボアは、前記弁ボアから離れた位置にて前記作動室に前記粘性流体を送出する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記バイパスボアは、前記作動室の外径部に前記粘性流体を導入する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- トルク入力を受け取るべく構成されたロータと、
ハウジング部材と、
前記ハウジング部材と前記ロータとの間に位置付けられた作動室であって、該作動室内に存在する粘性流体が前記ロータと前記ハウジング部材とを回転的に結合して、トルクを伝達する、作動室と、
前記粘性流体の少なくとも一部を保持するリザーバと、
前記作動室と前記リザーバとの間を流体的に連通する戻りボアであって、前記作動室から前記リザーバに戻る前記粘性流体を許容する、戻りボアと、
前記リザーバから前記作動室への第1通路と、
前記リザーバから前記作動室への第2通路であって、前記リザーバからの入口、前記作動室への出口を規定し、前記入口が前記リザーバの外径部に位置付けられ、前記第2通路の前記入口が前記第1通路から離間されている、第2通路と、
前記第1通路を通じての前記粘性流体の流れを選択的に規制すべく構成された弁であって、前記第2通路が遮られることはなく、前記弁の作動状態に拘わりなく、前記リザーバから前記作動室への前記粘性流体の通過を可能にする弁と
を具備した粘性クラッチ。 - 前記リザーバは前記ロータと一緒に回転すべく構成されている、請求項10に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 前記リザーバは前記ロータに直接に取り付けられている、請求項10に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 前記弁を選択的に作動させるべく構成された電磁コイルと、
コントローラと
を更に具備し、
前記コントローラは、前記弁が二元のオンオフ式に作動可能となるように前記電磁コイルの作動を管理すべく構成されている、請求項10に記載の粘性クラッチ。 - 前記第2通路は、前記リザーバからの入口、前記作動室への出口を規定し、前記入口は前記弁の径方向外側に位置付けられている、請求項10に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 前記出口は、前記ロータの外径に位置付けられている、請求項10に記載の粘性クラッチ。
- 前記第2通路は、前記ロータを貫通して実質的に径方向に延びている、請求項10に記載の粘性クラッチ。
