Description
Claims (8)
- 打ち込む留め具にエネルギを伝達するピストン手段(2)を内部に有した手持ち式のハウジング(1)と、
交換可能な発射薬(4a)と、
前記発射薬(4a)と前記ピストン手段(2)との間に配置され、中心軸線(A)に沿って延設された燃焼室(3)と、
前記発射薬(4a)によって前記ピストン手段(2)に伝達されるエネルギを調整可能なアクチュエータ(5,6,10)と、
前記燃焼室(3)に連通する通路であって、前記アクチュエータ(5,6,10)の移動体(6)を介して開閉可能な排出通路(7,7a,9)とを備え、
前記移動体(6)は、前記中心軸線(A)を周方向で完全に取り囲む部材からなり、
前記燃焼室(3)の前方に配置されたピストンガイド(5)が、前記ハウジング(1)に対し、前記中心軸線(A)周りに回転可能となるように収容されており、
前記ピストンガイド(5)と前記移動体(6)とは、回転方向で互いに固定されると共に、軸線方向に相対移動可能に連結される
ことを特徴とする打込装置。 - 前記移動体(6)は、前記中心軸線(A)周りに回転することにより、前記排出通路(7,7a,9)の断面(9)を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打込装置。
- 前記移動体(6)は、規制ガイド機構(6a,8a)内に支持され、前記中心軸線(A)周りに回転することにより、前記中心軸線(A)に沿う方向の移動を生じることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の打込装置。
- 前記規制ガイド機構(6a,8a)は、多条ネジ山を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の打込装置。
- 前記移動体(6)は、前記燃焼室(3)の一部を形成する円筒状の内壁を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の打込装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(5,6,10)は、前記中心軸線(A)周りに回転可能な操作部(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の打込装置。
- 前記操作部(10)と前記移動体(6)とは、回転方向で互いに固定されるように連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の打込装置。
- 前記移動体(6)は、前記中心軸線(A)を取り囲むカラー(6b)を有し、
前記カラー(6b)は、燃焼室ハウジング(8)の内周面に重なり合うようにして係合しており、
前記カラー(6b)と前記燃焼室ハウジング(8)との間で軸線方向に延設される空洞によって前記排出通路(7a)の少なくとも一部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の打込装置。
