Claims (3)
- 被処理物の冷却を行う冷却室と、当該冷却室の上方に設置されると共に前記被処理物の搬送が行われる搬送室とを備える熱処理装置であって、
前記被処理物が載置される昇降台と、
前記昇降台の上方に設置される駆動装置を有すると共に当該駆動装置により前記昇降台を前記冷却室と前記搬送室との間において昇降させる昇降機構と
を備え、
前記昇降機構は、
前記搬送室の天井部を貫通して設けられる前記駆動装置であるシリンダと、
前記昇降台を支持すると共に前記シリンダと前記昇降台とを連結する連結部と、
前記搬送室を鉛直方向に貫通すると共に前記シリンダのロッドを囲う搬送室貫通配管と
を備える
ことを特徴とする熱処理装置。 - 前記昇降台の水平面に対する傾動を規制する傾動規制機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記傾動規制機構は、
前記冷却室に立設されるガイドと、
前記ガイドを挟んで前記ガイドに対して転動可能とされると共に前記昇降機構に対して回転可能に設置された一対のコロと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の熱処理装置。
