Description
またさらに、上記押出装置では、ダイ及びコアと別体とされたセパレータが、ダイ及びコアのいずれか一方に設けられた凹部に収容された押付部材によって凹部への挿入方向と反対側に付勢されてダイ及びコアのいずれか他方に押し付けられている。このため、ダイに対してコアが相対移動しても、セパレータとダイ及びコアのいずれか他方との間に隙間が生じにくく、樹脂漏れをさらに抑制できる。
図1に示されるように、本発明の第1実施形態の押出装置20は、溶融状態の樹脂(以下、適宜「溶融樹脂」と記載する。)Pを押し出して、シート状の樹脂(以下、適宜「樹脂シート」と記載する。)を成形する装置である。この樹脂シートは、例えば、図6に示される車両用の燃料タンク50を形成する材料として用いることができる。具体的には、燃料タンク50を構成するタンク本体52及びタンク本体53を形成する材料として樹脂シートを用いることができる。
なお、本発明は上記構成に限定されず、樹脂シートを用いて車両用の他の樹脂成形品を形成してもよいし、車両用以外の他の樹脂成形品を形成してもよい。
また、コア26は、流路24を形成する外面26Aが流路24の上記入口側から出口24Aに向かって拡径している。なお、本実施形態のコア26は、本発明におけるコアの一例である。
押出装置20では、流路24を出口24Aに向かって移動する溶融樹脂Pがセパレータ28の凹部30から流路24に延出した切断部29で切断されるため、流路24の出口24Aからシート状の樹脂が押出される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態の押出装置60について説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成については同一符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 筒状のダイと、
前記ダイの内部に配置され、前記ダイに対して前記ダイの軸方向に相対移動可能とされ、前記ダイとの間に溶融樹脂の流路を形成するコアと、
前記流路の途中に設けられ、前記軸方向に凹む凹部と、
前記凹部に前記軸方向に沿って挿入されると共に前記ダイに対する前記コアの相対移動にともなって前記軸方向の挿入位置が変化し、前記凹部から前記流路に延出した部分で前記溶融樹脂を切断するセパレータと、
を備え、
前記凹部は、前記ダイ及び前記コアのいずれか一方に設けられ、内部に押付部材を収容し、
前記セパレータは、前記ダイ及び前記コアと別体とされ、
前記押付部材は、前記セパレータを前記凹部への挿入方向と反対側に付勢して前記ダイ及び前記コアのいずれか他方に押し付ける、押出装置。 - 前記凹部は、前記溶融樹脂の押し出し方向と反対側に凹んでいる、請求項1に記載の押出装置。
- 前記凹部及び前記セパレータは、前記ダイ及び前記コアのいずれか一方に複数設けられ、
前記押付部材は、前記セパレータの全体を前記凹部内に引き戻し可能とされている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の押出装置。
