Description
本出願は、2012年8月21日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/691,559号の利益を主張し、前記仮特許出願は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
ここで:

Claims (12)
- 一般構造(1)を有する化合物を調製する方法であって、
ここで:
R1はH、C1−C6アルキルまたはヒドロキシエチルであり;
R2はC1−C10アルキルであり;
ArはC5−C10アリーレンまたはヘテロアリーレンであり;ならびに、
mおよびnはそれぞれ独立して1〜6であり;
前記方法は:
a)pが0〜5である化合物(2)
を、好適なエステル化条件下で構造R8−OH(R8はC1−C6アルキルまたはヒドロキシエチルである。)を有するアルコールと反応させ、化合物(3)
を提供すること;
(b)化合物(3)を、Zが保護基である化合物(5)
と好適な条件下で結合させ、化合物(6)
を提供すること;
(c)化合物(6)を十分な還元条件に供し、化合物(7)
を提供すること;
(d)化合物(7)を化合物(8)
と好適な条件下で結合させ、化合物(9)
を提供すること;および、
(e)化合物(9)を酸性化条件に供し、それによって、一般構造(1)の化合物を提供することを含む、前記方法。 - Arがフェニレンまたはナフチレンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Arがフェニレンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- R1がC3アルキルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- R1がイソプロピルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- R2が直鎖C5アルキルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- mおよびnが1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、ここで、前記保護基ZはR3R4R5Siであり、ここで、R3、R4およびR5はそれぞれ独立してC1−C4直鎖または分岐鎖アルキルである、前記方法。
- 結合工程(b)が金属ハロゲン化物触媒の存在下で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒がハロゲン化銅である、請求項9に記載の方法。
