成膜対象:ヒトエナメル質(研磨表面)。成膜処理は、エナメル質表面にマスキング部分を設けて、非成膜面(エナメル質)と成膜層とを区別した。
噴射粉体:ハイドロキシアパタイト粉体。粒子径:1〜20μm。平均粒子径:約3μm。
成膜条件:加速圧/供給圧:0.50/0.50(MPa:Mega Pascal)。成膜時間は3分である。
観察機器:デジタルマイクロスコープ VHX-1000(キーエンス)。観察倍率は500倍である。この観察機器は、表面観察を行うことにより、平面像、傾斜像、断面プロファイルの観察及び測定が可能である。

- 粉体流入口と、
粉体流入口から流入した粉体を高速流通し、終端から粉体を噴出させるための流通管と、
流通管の途中又は/及び終端に設けられ流通管を粉体が高速流通する間に凝集した凝集体を破砕するために流通管を分割する分割部と、
を有する歯科用ハンドピース。 - 前記分割部は、網である請求項1に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
- 前記分割部は、流通管をハチの巣構造に分割するハチの巣構造体である請求項1に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
- 前記分割部は、着脱自在である請求項1から3のいずれか一に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
- 前記粉体流入口から流入する粉体は、人の歯を被覆するためのハイドロキシアパタイト粉体であって、粒子径が0.01〜100μmである請求項1から4のいずれか一に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
- 前記分割部は、目開きが1〜500μmである請求項1から5のいずれか一に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
- 前記流通管は、曲がっている部分を有する請求項1から6のいずれか一に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
- 前記流通管を高速流通する粉体は、一部で吸引力による流通であり、他の一部で噴射力による流通である請求項1から7のいずれか一に記載の歯科用ハンドピース。
