Description
Claims (3)
- 外周側のヨーク部、及び内周側の周方向に沿って複数配置される巻線挿入用のスロットを有するステータコアと、
ステータコアの複数のスロットに渡って予め定めた巻回方法で複数回巻回され、一端が相電流供給端部として引き出され、他端が中性点接続部として、ステータコアの軸方向端部に引き出される各相巻線と、
異なる相の相巻線における中性点接続部の間を接続し、各相巻線とは別体の中性線と、
樹脂製中間部材を介して中性線をステータコアのヨーク部に固定する固定部材と、
を備え、
固定部材は、
ステータコアの軸方向端部から相巻線の中性点接続部までの高さに中性線の接続端部の高さ位置を合せる調整部を有することを特徴とする回転電機ステータ。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機ステータにおいて、
固定部材は、
中性線と一体化した樹脂製中間部材と、
樹脂製中間部材をスライド自在に保持し、接着剤で樹脂製中間部材とヨーク部の軸方向端部の双方に固定される中間部材保持部と、
を有することを特徴とする回転電機ステータ。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機ステータにおいて、
固定部材は、
中性線と一体化した樹脂製中間部材と、
中性線と接触しないように所定の隙間を空けて樹脂製中間部材と一体化され、ヨーク部の側面に固定される固定板と、
を有することを特徴とする回転電機ステータ。
