Claims (7)
- サンプル容器上の密封装置を突き刺すための中空針(1)であって、
前記密封装置を突き刺すための先端(8)を備え、第1の外径を有する第1の軸線方向部分(2)と、
前記第1の軸線方向部分(2)に隣接し、円錐形状を有する第2の軸線方向部分(4)と、
前記第2の軸線方向部分(4)に隣接し、前記第1の外径よりも大きい第2の外径を有する第3の軸線方向部分(6)と、
で構成され、
前記第1、第2及び第3の軸線方向部分(2、4、6)が、その内部を一定の内径で貫通する中空チャネル(12)を有し、前記中空チャネル(12)が、前記第1の軸線方向部分(2)の内部に湾曲部分(16)を有し、
前記先端(8)の領域が、湾曲状に形成されるとともに、前記中空針(1)の軸線(18)に対して第1の角度で傾斜した第1の面(22)と、前記第1の角度とは異なる第2の角度で傾斜した第2の面(26)と、第3の面(28)と、第4の面(30)とを有し、
前記第1の面(22)が、前記中空チャネル(12)の出口(24)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、
前記第1及び第2の面(22、26)のそれぞれの法線が、前記軸線(18)と同一面内にあり、
前記第3及び第4の面(28、30)が、前記同一面に対して互いに対称に形成され、
弾性材料内に軸線方向に入る際に前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の面(22,26,28,30)に生じる半径方向力成分が互いに打ち消すように前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の面(22,26,28,30)の傾斜角と面積が選択された中空針(1)。 - 前記第3の軸線方向部分(6)が、軸線方向窪み(10)を備えた、請求項1に記載の中空針(1)。
- 前記先端(8)の断面が、湾曲ブレードの様式で設計された、請求項1または2に記載の中空針(1)。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の中空針(1)を備えた自動分析機器用のサンプル分注器。
- 請求項4に記載のサンプル分注器を備えた自動分析機器。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の中空針(1)を作製する方法であって、前記中空針(1)が、前記密封装置を突き刺すための先端(8)を備えた直線の円筒基本形状を有し、
弾性材料内に軸線方向に入る際に前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の面(22,26,28,30)に生じる半径方向力成分が互いに打ち消すように前記先端(8)の領域内に前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の面(22,26,28,30)が導入される、方法。 - 前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の面(22,26,28,30)が、前記先端(8)の
領域内の表面を研削することによって導入される、請求項6に記載の方法。
