Description
金型に形成されるキャビティ空間に成形材料を充填して得られる成形品を前記金型から取り出す射出成形機用取出機であって、
ガス流路を形成するガス流路形成部と、
前記成形品を保持する成形品保持部とを有し、
前記ガス流路形成部は、成形停止時に、前記金型の温度よりも低い露点温度の除湿ガスを前記ガス流路から前記金型に吹き付け、
成形運転時に、前記ガス流路形成部が前記成形品保持部から前記ガス流路へガスを吸引することにより、前記成形品保持部が前記成形品を吸着して保持する、射出成形機用取出機が提供される。

Claims (4)
- 金型に形成されるキャビティ空間に成形材料を充填して得られる成形品を前記金型から取り出す射出成形機用取出機であって、
ガス流路を形成するガス流路形成部と、
前記成形品を保持する成形品保持部とを有し、
前記ガス流路形成部は、成形停止時に、前記金型の温度よりも低い露点温度の除湿ガスを前記ガス流路から前記金型に吹き付け、
成形運転時に、前記ガス流路形成部が前記成形品保持部から前記ガス流路へガスを吸引することにより、前記成形品保持部が前記成形品を吸着して保持する、射出成形機用取出機。 - 成形運転時に、前記ガス流路形成部が前記ガス流路から前記成形品保持部にガスを供給することにより、前記成形品保持部が前記成形品の保持を解除する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機用取出機。
- 金型に形成されるキャビティ空間に成形材料を充填して得られる成形品を前記金型から取り出す射出成形機用取出機であって、
ガス流路を形成するガス流路形成部と、
前記成形品を保持する成形品保持部とを有し、
前記ガス流路形成部は、成形停止時に、前記金型の温度よりも低い露点温度の除湿ガスを前記ガス流路から前記金型に吹き付け、
成形運転時に、前記ガス流路形成部が前記ガス流路から前記成形品保持部にガスを供給することにより、前記成形品保持部が前記成形品の保持を解除する、射出成形機用取出機。 - 前記ガス流路形成部によって前記ガス流路から前記成形品保持部に供給されるガスを、保持解除用ガスと前記除湿ガスとの間で切り替える切替部を有する、請求項2または3に記載の射出成形機用取出機。
