Description
Claims (6)
- 幾何学的に規則的な一組の物体の並行タグ付けを可能にする位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリであって、
位置合わせキャリヤであって、前記位置合わせキャリヤを貫通する窓を取り囲むフレームを含む位置合わせキャリヤと、
前記位置合わせキャリヤの一方の主表面に塗布された第1の感圧性接着剤と、
前記位置合わせキャリヤの前記窓全体にわたって配設された、かつ前記第1の感圧性接着剤によって前記位置合わせキャリヤに接着された、規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグと、
前記タグの少なくとも一部分に配置された第2の感圧性接着剤とを含み、前記第2の感圧性接着剤は、前記タグを前記第1の感圧性接着剤によって前記位置合わせキャリヤに接着したとき露出している、位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリ。 - 幾何学的に規則的な一組の物体の並行タグ付けを可能にする位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリであって、
位置合わせキャリヤと、
前記位置合わせキャリヤの一方の主表面に塗布された第1の感圧性接着剤と、
規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグと、を含み、各タグは、前記タグの第1面に配置された一意の識別符号と、前記タグの少なくとも一部分に配置された第2の感圧性接着剤とを含み、前記規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグは、前記位置合わせキャリヤ全体にわたって配列され、かつ前記タグを前記位置合わせキャリヤに接着したとき前記第2の感圧性接着剤が露出するように、前記第1の感圧性接着剤によって前記位置合わせキャリヤに接着されており、前記キャリヤ上にある前記規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグ上の前記一意の識別コードは、前記一意の識別コードのいずれか1つが分かると、前記キャリヤに配置された他の一意の識別コードの各々が区別されるように関係付けられている、位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリ。 - 前記規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグの各々が、一意の識別符号が配設されたタブ部分と、
前記幾何学的に規則的な一組の物体中の前記物体のうちの1つに前記タグを取り付けるためのアンカー部分と、
前記タブ部分を前記タグの前記アンカー部分に接続するテザー部分とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリ。 - 前記タグを前記幾何学的に規則的な一組の物体に接着したとき前記タグに対して前記位置合わせキャリヤを別個に取り外すことが可能であるように、前記第2の感圧性接着剤が前記第1の感圧性接着剤よりも高い結合強度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリ。
- 前記キャリヤ上にある前記規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグのいずれかのタブ部分上の一意の識別コードが、前記一意の識別コードのいずれか1つが分かると、前記キャリヤ上の残りの各タグに配置された他の一意の識別コードの各々が区別されるように関係付けられている、請求項1又は4に記載の位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリ。
- 一意にマーキングされた複数の識別タグを効率的に設置する方法であって、
位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリを用意することであって、前記位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリは、位置合わせキャリヤであって、前記位置合わせキャリヤを貫通する窓を取り囲むフレームを有する位置合わせキャリヤと、前記位置合わせキャリヤの一方の主表面上を被覆する第1の感圧性接着剤と、前記位置合わせキャリヤ上の露出した前記第1の感圧性接着剤を覆って配設された剥離ライナーと、前記位置合わせキャリヤ全体にわたって配列された、かつ前記第1の感圧性接着剤によって前記位置合わせキャリヤに接着された、規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグであって、各タグが、その上に一意の識別符号を有するタブ部分及び前記タグを幾何学的に規則的な一組の物体に取り付けるためのアンカー部分を含む、複数のタグと、を含む、位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリを用意することと、
前記位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリの長手方向前縁から前記剥離ライナーの少なくとも一部分を取り外すことと、
ラベル付けしようとする前記幾何学的に規則的な一組の物体全体にわたって前記位置合わせキャリヤアセンブリの前記長手方向前縁を取り付けることと、
各タグの前記アンカー部分を前記規則的な一組の物体の1つに固定することと、
前記規則的間隔に配置された複数のタグのうちの1つの前記一意の識別コードのうちの1つを記録し、前記キャリヤ上の前記タグの各々を、ラベル付けする前記規則的な一組の物体のうちの対応する1つと関連付けることを可能にすることと、を含む方法。
