Description

The present invention relates to a clamping tool including a pair of arms each having an jaw portion and a handle connected by a connecting portion.

As a conventional technique, a clamping tool in which a lateral pinion tooth is formed at the front part of the opposing surface of each jaw part of both arms, and when both gripping handles are gripped between both arms, both arms A stopper for restricting the grip limit of the jaw part of the jaw is provided, and the lateral pinching teeth are composed of a plurality of lateral rib teeth that extend in a direction intersecting with the tool central axis running in the front-rear direction and that are continuous in a valley shape The stopper is provided in a portion excluding the front region closer to the front than the lateral rib teeth located at the rearmost ends of both jaw portions, and the lateral rib teeth provided on one jaw portion and the other jaw In the closed position where both arms are gripped to the limit of gripping by the stopper, the peak of the lateral rib teeth on one jaw is Enter the valley of the lateral rib teeth on the other jaw Mutotomoni, front region each other of the two jaws including transverse ribs teeth, clamping tool that is disclosed is configured to take positive versus position of non-contact. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

In the prior art as described above, when the grip handle is gripped, the grip limit is regulated by the stopper so that the front areas of both jaw parts including the lateral rib teeth do not contact each other, and both jaw parts It is possible to prevent the deterioration of the tool by preventing the deterioration (for example, the deterioration of wear or the like, the deterioration of misalignment, etc.) caused by the contact between the side pinching teeth provided on the tool. In addition, in the closed position where both arms are gripped to the limit of gripping by the stopper, the crests of the lateral rib teeth of one jaw part enter the valleys of the lateral rib teeth of the other jaw part, so the sheet body, etc. The sandwiched object can be firmly sandwiched and fixed by alternately abutting the tips of the crests of the opposing lateral rib teeth against both surfaces of the sandwiched object.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-120582 (first page, FIG. 1 etc.)

However, in the conventional clamping tool, the grip limit is regulated by a stopper provided behind the lateral pinching teeth of the jaw part so that the front areas of both jaw parts including the lateral rib teeth do not contact each other. Therefore, when both arms are gripped to the limit of gripping with the stopper and both jaws are closed, a gap is created between the opposing surfaces even near the tips of the jaws on the tip side of the stopper. As a result, it is not possible to clamp a clamping object (for example, a thin sheet material) having a thickness smaller than the gap near the tip of the clamping tool. For this reason, when the object to be pinched cannot be disposed at a position where it can be pinched by the horizontal pinching teeth, the object to be pinched cannot be pinched. Thus, in the conventional holding tool, there existed a subject that a thin clamping object cannot be clamped appropriately.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a clamping tool that can prevent deterioration and can appropriately clamp a thin clamping object. And

The clamping tool of the present invention comprises a pair of arms having a jaw portion on the front end side and a handle on the rear end side, and a connecting portion for rotatably connecting both arms, and each jaw portion of both arms. The first region, which is a region located on the front end side of the opposite surface of the two, is a region that is in contact with both jaws in a closed state and is located behind the first region on the opposite surface of each jaw part of both arms. In a certain second region, horizontal pinching teeth are formed, and the horizontal pinching teeth are composed of a plurality of ridges and ridges arranged in the front-rear direction, and the ridges provided on both jaw portions Are arranged in a state of being displaced in the front-rear direction, with both jaws closed so that the first region is in contact, the ridges of the side jaws of one jaw are lateral to the other jaw The ridges of the side pinches of one jaw part are inserted into the groove adjacent to the ridges of the pinion teeth, and the other jaw A lateral scissors clamping tool that is configured to be not in contact with the concave tooth.

With this configuration, it is possible to prevent deterioration by preventing the side pinching teeth from contacting each other with both jaws closed. In addition, it is possible to sandwich a thin object to be sandwiched on the front end sides of both jaws, and it is also possible to sandwich a thin object to be sandwiched by a horizontal pinch when the convex strip enters the concave strip. A thin clamping object can be clamped.

Moreover, the clamping tool of this invention is a clamping tool in which the 1st area | region of each jaw part contacts mutually in the state which closed both the jaw parts in the said clamping tool in the said clamping tool.

In the state in which both jaw parts are assembled so that the bottom end of the groove of the other jaw part of the side pinching teeth faces directly in the height direction of the protruding line, the protrusion of the side pinching tooth of one jaw part, It has a shape such that the distance between the opposing side faces of the other jaw part into which the ridge enters and the groove of the side pinching teeth is wider than the distance between the protrusion of the ridge and the bottom of the groove. It is a clamping tool.

With such a configuration, even when the positional relationship between both jaws is deviated in the front-rear direction, it is possible to make it difficult for the protruding ends of the ridges to contact the side surfaces of the ridges into which the ridges enter.

Further, in the clamping tool of the present invention, in the clamping tool, the plurality of ridges constituting the horizontal clamping teeth provided on both jaws have a pitch that increases stepwise as the position where they are arranged becomes rearward. In the state where both the jaw portions are closed so that the first region is in contact with the first region, the protruding ends of the protruding teeth of the lateral jaw teeth of one jaw portion and the concave teeth of the lateral jaw teeth of the other jaw portion It is a clamping tool comprised so that the bottom end of a line | wire may face in a non-contact state in the height direction of a convex line.

With this configuration, it is possible to realize a pinching method suited to the application by the pinching position when the pinching object is pinched by the horizontal pinching teeth.

Further, in the clamping tool of the present invention, in the clamping tool, the lateral clamping teeth provided on both jaws are a plurality of ridges having the same shape and size, and a plurality of ridges arranged at the same pitch. It is composed of ridges, and the side pinching teeth of one jaw part are provided shifted in the front-rear direction by a half pitch of the arrangement pitch of the ridges of the side pinching teeth with respect to the side pinching teeth of the other jaw part In the state where both jaws are closed so that the first region is in contact, the protruding end of the protrusion of the side jaw teeth of one jaw and the bottom end of the recess of the side jaw of the other jaw However, it is the clamping tool comprised so that it may face in a non-contact state in the height direction of a protruding item | line.

With such a configuration, it is possible to appropriately disperse the force applied to the object to be clamped and appropriately clamp the object to be clamped.

Further, in the clamping tool of the present invention, in the clamping tool, lateral pinching teeth are provided at positions on both sides of the second region of each jaw part with respect to the front-rear direction. A recess is formed extending from the region sandwiched between the lateral pinching teeth provided on both sides of the second region in the front-rear direction to reach the front end of the jaw part, and the recess is formed rearward from the front end of the jaw part. It is a clamping tool provided with the vertical pinch tooth which has the protruding item | line extended toward the direction.

With this configuration, the screw head or the like can be firmly held by the front end side of the vertical pinching teeth.

Further, in the clamping tool of the present invention, in the clamping tool, at least the front end side of the ridges of the vertical pinching teeth of each jaw part is in a state where both jaw parts are closed so that the first region contacts. It is the clamping tool which inclines so that the distance with the protruding item | line of the opposing vertical pinching tooth may leave | separate as it leaves | separates from a front end.

With this configuration, the screw head or the like can be pinched more firmly by the front end side of the vertical pinching teeth.

According to the clamping tool of the present invention, it is possible to prevent deterioration and to appropriately clamp a thin clamping object.

In addition, in FIG.7 (h), it is the part shown as the continuous line, Comprising: The part divided | segmented with the dashed-dotted line is a part located in a side part toward the front-back direction of the part which pinches | interposes the clamping object of the jaw part 4. For this reason, this portion is referred to as the sandwiching portion side portion 7a here. Further, here, a dotted line extending in the width direction that is a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction indicates the protruding end 111a of the ridge 111, and the other dotted lines indicate the concave portion 16 in which the vertical pinch teeth 12 are disposed, and the vertical pinch teeth 12 Ridges 121 and the like are shown.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pliers 100 include a first arm 1 a and a second arm 1 b that are a pair of arms 1, and a connecting portion 3 that connects the first arm 1 a and the second arm 1 b so as to be relatively rotatable. It has. The first arm 1a and the second arm 1b each have a jaw portion 4 on the front end side and a handle 2 on the rear end side. In addition, when not distinguishing the 1st arm 1a and the 2nd arm 1b, it may only call the arm 1 below. Further, the pair of arms 1 may be referred to as both arms 1. Further, the jaw portions 4 provided on the pair of arms 1 may be collectively referred to as both jaw portions 4. The connecting portion 3 connects the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b arranged in an X shape. The connection part 3 is comprised by the boss | hub part 3a provided in the base end of the jaw part 4 of the 1st arm 1a and the 2nd arm 1b, and the connection shaft 3b. Each boss portion 3a has an insertion hole 3c, and in a state where the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b are arranged in an X shape so that the central axes of the insertion holes 3c coincide, The first arm 1a and the second arm 1b are connected by being fitted into the insertion hole 3c of the boss portion 3a of the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b. For example, the connecting shaft 3b is fixed to the first arm 1a, and the arm 1 is pivotally supported by the boss 3a of the second arm 1b so as to be relatively rotatable. However, the connecting shaft 3b is fixed to either of the arms 1 and 2. May be.

In addition, although the case where the connection part 3 was comprised by the boss | hub part 3a and the connection shaft 3b was mentioned as an example here, the connection part 3 may be the structure other than the above. Moreover, the position which provides the connection part 3 is not ask | required. Here, the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b are axes that pass through the center in the longitudinal direction of the central axis of the connecting shaft 3b, and perpendicularly intersect the central axis at the center of the central axis of the connecting shaft 3b. The case where it has a symmetrical shape with respect to the tool center axis 8 which is an axis is shown as an example. However, it does not have to be symmetric.

The material of the arm 1 is usually a metal, but other materials may be used as long as they can be used as pliers. Here, the case where the arm 1 is a forged product will be described as an example.

The opposing surface 14 of each jaw part 4 of both arms 1 has a first region 5 and a second region 6 as shown in FIG. The facing surface 14 is, for example, a surface that sandwiches a sandwich target.
The first region 5 is a region located on the front end side of the facing surface 14 of each jaw portion 4 of both arms 1. The first region 5 is a region located on the most front end side of the facing surface 14 of each jaw part 4. The first region 5 may be, for example, a region in contact with the front end 21 of each jaw part 4. Here, the front end 21 may be considered as a surface located at the front end of the jaw portion 4. The first area 5 of each jaw part 4 of both arms 1 is an area in contact with both jaw parts 4 closed. Closing both jaws 4 means, for example, that the handle 2 of the first arm 1a and the handle 2 of the second arm 1b are gripped to narrow the distance between the jaws 4 or both jaws 4 It is to make the contact surfaces of each other close to each other. The state in which both jaws 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact is, for example, a state in which the handle 2 of the first arm 1a and the handle 2 of the second arm 1b are gripped to the grip limit. It may be considered that the pliers 100 are in a closed position. The first region 5 is preferably, for example, a region within 10 mm from the front end of the jaw portion 4 in the front-rear direction. However, this preferable distance may vary depending on the size of the pliers 100.

That the first region 5 is in contact means that the first regions 5 of both jaw parts 4 are in contact with each other. In other words, the first region 5 of one jaw part 4 is the first of the other jaw part 4. In contact with region 5. The first region 5 may be in contact with the whole or at least a part of the first region 5 with both jaws 4 closed. The first regions 5 may be in contact with each other by a surface, may be contacted by a line, or may be contacted by a point, but is preferably contacted by a surface. It is preferable that the opposing surfaces provided in at least a part of the first region 5 are in contact with each other in a state where both the jaws 4 are closed. The contact between the surfaces is preferably close contact between the surfaces. The surface here is usually a flat surface. The contact of the first region 5 is, for example, contact between planes of the first region 5. For example, the contact of the first region 5 is preferably contact between all the planes of the first region 5, but may be contact between some of the planes. A plane here is a plane located on the plane which has the central axis of the connection axis | shaft 3b, for example. All the planes which the 1st field 5 has are planes provided in the field except the field where the crevice 16 mentioned below is provided from the 1st field 5, for example. Here, the contact between the planes may be considered as contact between the planes even when the planes do not partially contact with each other due to a shift in error or the like, or slight unevenness of the planes.

Here, it is assumed that the flat surfaces 5a provided on both sides of the first regions 5 of both jaw portions 4 with respect to the front-rear direction are in contact with each other with the jaw portions 4 closed. The front-rear direction is a direction from the rear end side to the front end side of the arm 1 or a direction from the front end side to the rear end side. In addition, you may consider the direction where the tool center axis | shaft 8 mentioned above extends as the front-back direction. In a state where both jaws 4 are closed, the plane 5a of the first region 5 of one jaw 4 is the plane of the first region 5 of the other jaw 4 provided at a position facing the plane 5a. Contact 5a. In addition, although you may consider the area | region including both the part which contacts in the state which closed both jaws 4 and the part which does not contact as the 1st area | region 5, it is on the front end side of the opposing surface 14 of each jaw part 4 of both arms 1. Only a region that is located and is provided with a portion (for example, a surface such as the flat surface 5a) that is in contact with the jaw part closed is considered as the first region, and a region that does not contact (for example, described later) The region in which the concave portion 16 is provided may not be considered as the first region.

In addition, when the handle | steering-wheel 2 is gripped, the part which contacts in the state which closed both the jaw parts 4 of the 1st area | region 5 of both the jaw parts 4 will contact the 1st arm 1a and the 2nd arm. You may think that it functions as a stopper which prescribes the grip limit of 1b. For example, in the pliers 100 according to the present embodiment, the flat surfaces 5a provided at the opposing positions of the first regions 5 of both jaws 4 are in contact (for example, in close contact) at the grip limit, so that the further It cannot be grasped.

The second region 6 is a region located behind the first region 5 on the opposing surface 14 of each jaw portion 4 of both arms 1. Here, the case where the second region 6 is provided at a position immediately after the first region 5 in the front-rear direction is described as an example, but it may not be positioned immediately after.

The second region 6 of each jaw portion 4 of both arms 1 is a region where the side pinching teeth 11 are formed. The side pinching teeth 11 have a plurality of ridges 111 and ridges 112 provided on the facing surface 14 of each jaw part 4. For example, the concave stripe 112 is adjacent to the convex stripe 111. For example, the recess 112 may be a recess formed between the protrusions 111 arranged adjacent to each other. The side pinching teeth 11 have a plurality of ridges 111 and ridges 112 arranged in the front-rear direction. Here, the protrusions 111 and the recesses 112 are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction. However, it may not be arranged in parallel. Here, for example, the horizontal direction is a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction of the pliers 100 in a plane parallel to the facing surface 14. The lateral direction here may be considered as the width direction of the facing surface 14 or the pliers 100. Here, each protrusion 111 and each recess 112 extend linearly in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction may be considered as, for example, the width direction of the facing surface 14 of the jaw part 4. The horizontal pinching teeth 11 have, for example, a plurality of ridges 111 and ridges 112 arranged continuously in a mountain-like shape in the front-rear direction. For example, in the horizontal pinching teeth 11, the ridges 111 and the ridges 112 are alternately arranged in the front-rear direction. The horizontal pinching teeth 11 are configured in, for example, a plurality of peaks and valleys arranged in the front-rear direction. The lateral pinching teeth 11 may be considered as lateral rib teeth that are continuous in a mountain-and-valley shape extending in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. Here, the direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction may be considered as a direction perpendicular to the tool center axis 8 extending in the front-rear direction of the pliers 100 shown in FIG. However, the ridges 111 and the ridges 112 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction or may not extend in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. Moreover, the shape which the protruding item | line 111 and the recessed item | line 112 extend may be linear form, and does not need to be linear form.

For example, the second region 6 is a region in which the lateral pinching teeth 11 are provided in the entire range from the front end to the rear end in the front-rear direction. For example, the second region 6 may be a region that is located behind the first region 5 and that is provided with the horizontal pinching teeth 11 in the entire region. However, the second region 6 may include a region where the side pinching teeth 11 are not provided in the width direction. For example, the second region 6 may be a region located behind the first region 5 and provided with lateral pinches over the entire region on both sides in the front-rear direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, an example is shown in which the side pinching teeth 11 are provided at positions on both sides in the front-rear direction of the facing surface 14. In FIG. 5, the hatched portion represents a cross section of the ridge 111 of both jaw portions 4 by a plane that is equidistant from the opposing surface 14 of both jaw portions 4, and the ridge of the first arm 1a. The cross section of 111 and the cross section of the ridge 111b of the second arm 1b are alternately arranged in the front-rear direction. It should be noted that the front surface and the rear end of the side pinching teeth 11 provided at the rear of the first region 5 are located at the same position in the front-rear direction of the opposing surface 14 of the jaw portion 4 where the front end and the rear end are located. The region may be considered as the second region 6.

Here, the case where the number of the protrusions 111 which the horizontal pinion teeth 11 of the first arm 1a have is eight and the number of the protrusions which the horizontal pinion teeth 11 of the second arm 1b have is seven is given as an example. However, the number of the ridges 111 does not matter.

Concave ridges 112 are formed at positions adjacent in the front-rear direction to the respective ridges 111 constituting one horizontal pinching tooth 11. The concave stripes 112 are arranged in the front-rear direction alternately with the convex stripes 111. Here, each recess 112 extends linearly in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The concave line 112 may also serve as a part of the adjacent convex line 111. For example, the groove 112 is a groove having a side surface (for example, a slope) of the adjacent protrusion 111 as a side surface continuous with the bottom end 112a. The side surface here is a side surface of each ridge 11 that is located on both sides in the direction in which the ridge 111 extends. The concave line 112 is a concave line formed between two adjacent convex lines 111, for example. For example, the recess 112 is a recess having, for example, two opposing side surfaces (for example, slopes) of two adjacent protrusions 111 as two opposing slopes continuous to the bottom end 112a. The shape of the ridge 111 and the recess 112 is not limited. The protruding end 111a of the ridge 111 may have a corner, a curved surface, or a flat surface. Further, the bottom end 112a of the recess 112 may have a corner, a curved surface, or a flat surface.

The lateral pinching teeth 11 of both jaw parts 4 are in a state in which both jaw parts 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact, and the protrusion 111 of the lateral pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 is the other jaw part 4. The lateral ridges 111 of the lateral jaw teeth 11 of the other jaw portion 4 are inserted into the concave ridges 112 adjacent to the convex ridges 111 of the lateral jaw teeth 11. It is comprised so that it may become non-contact. In addition, you may think that the protruding item | line 111 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 is a peak part of a horizontal pinching tooth, and you may consider the concave line 112 as a trough part. In this case, the protruding item | line of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of one jaw part 4 is sufficient. 111 enters into the concave strip 112 adjacent to the convex strip 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw portion 4, which means that the peak portion of the side pinching tooth 11 of one jaw portion 4 is the other jaw portion. It may be considered that it enters into the valley part adjacent to the peak part of the 4 side pinching teeth 11.

For example, in the second region 6 of the pliers 100, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of ridges 111 having the same height and arranged at the same pitch P1 are arranged on the front side, and behind the pitch P1 than the pitch P1. It has a horizontal pinch tooth 11 in which a plurality of ridges 111 having a wide pitch and a pitch and a height are sequentially increased as the arrangement position becomes rear. Here, the height of the ridge 111 may be considered as the height of the ridge. Each ridge 111 has a triangular cross section perpendicular to the direction in which the ridge 111 extends, and the protruding end 111a of the protruding ridge 111 and the bottom end 112a of the recessed ridge 112 are rounded. When the height from the bottom end 112a to the protruding end 111a of the adjacent ridge 111 is 0.6 mm, the radius of the protruding end 111a is 0.2 mm, and the radius of the bottom end 112a is 0.3 mm. Note that the protruding end 111 a of the convex strip 111 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 may be considered as the protruding end of the peak portion of the horizontal pinching tooth 11, and the bottom end 112 a of the concave strip 112 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 is the valley of the horizontal pinching tooth 11. It may be considered the bottom end of the part.

When the lateral pinching teeth 11 are viewed in the direction in which the ridges 111 extend, the lateral pinching teeth 11 of the jaw portion 4 of the first arm 1a and the lateral pinching teeth 11 of the jaw portion 4 of the second arm 1b are: Except for the point that the position in the height direction differs from the position in the front-rear direction, they have substantially the same shape. For example, the side pinching teeth 11 of the jaw portion 4 of the second arm 1b are the side pinching teeth obtained by moving the side pinching teeth 11 of the jaw portion 4 of the first arm 1a symmetrically with respect to the plane including the central axis of the connecting shaft 3b. 11 has substantially the same shape as the shape shifted in the front-rear direction.

A plurality of ridges 111 arranged at the same pitch P1 in front of the side pinching teeth 11 of the first arm 1a and a plurality of ridges 111 arranged at the same pitch P1 in front of the side pinching teeth 11 of the second arm 1b. Is provided so that the position is shifted in the front-rear direction by a half pitch of this pitch, as shown in FIG. 1, with both jaws 4 closed so that the first region 5 is in contact. Similarly, the first region 5 is in contact with the plurality of rear ridges 111 in the side pinching teeth 11 of the first arm 1a and the plurality of rear ridges 111 in the side pinching teeth 11 of the second arm 1b. In a state where both jaws 4 are closed, the position is shifted in the front-rear direction by a half pitch as shown in FIG.

Thereby, in the state which closed both jaw part 4 so that the 1st area | region 5 may contact, the protruding item | line 111 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of one jaw part 4 is set to the concave line item of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4. 112. In addition, here, by shifting the pitch by a half pitch as described above, the ridges of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw portion 4 in a state in which both jaw portions 4 are closed so that the first region 5 contacts. The protruding end 111a of 111 and the bottom end 112a of the concave strip 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 can be made to face each other in the height direction of the convex strip 111. By facing in this way, when the object to be clamped such as a sheet material is sandwiched between the opposed lateral pinching teeth 11, the deviation of the distribution of the position at which the protruding end 111 a of the ridge 111 abuts is reduced, The pinching force can be appropriately dispersed, and the damage to the pinching object can be reduced. However, if necessary, the protruding end 111a of the convex strip 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of one jaw part 4 and the bottom end 112a of the concave strip 112 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 are connected to the convex line 111. It is not necessary to make it face in the height direction.

Further, the side pinching teeth 11 of both jaw parts 4 are in a state in which both jaw parts 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact, and the protrusion 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 is the other jaw. It is comprised so that it may become non-contact in the concave line 112 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of the part 4. FIG. The side pinching teeth 11 of both jaw parts 4 are in a state where both jaw parts 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact, and the protrusion 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 is the other jaw. It is preferable to be configured to enter the recess 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the portion 4 with a uniform gap. However, here, the protrusions 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of the one jaw part 4 in the region excluding the front end side portion (for example, the portion connected to the first region 5) of the side pinching teeth 11 are the other side. If it is configured to enter the recess 112 of the lateral pinion teeth 11 of the jaw part 4 with a uniform gap, both the lateral pinion teeth 11 of both jaw parts 4 are brought into contact with the first region 5. In a state in which the jaw part 4 is closed, the protrusions 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 enter the recesses 112 of the side pinching teeth 11 of the other jaw part 4 with a uniform gap therebetween. It may be considered that the pinching teeth 11 enter with a uniform interval as described above. For example, the length of the gap is preferably 0.1 to 0.4 mm, and more preferably 0.25 to 0.35 mm. Note that the uniform interval here may include a deviation of an error level or the like.

As shown in FIG. 3, each jaw part 4 has an opposing surface 14, from the region sandwiched between the lateral pinches 11 provided on both sides of the second region 6 in the front-rear direction. A recess 16 is formed that extends to reach the front end of 4. A cross section perpendicular to the front-rear direction of the concave portion 16 has a concave arc shape. Each concave portion 16 is provided with vertical pinching teeth 12. The vertical pinching teeth 12 have four ridges 121 extending rearward from the front end of the jaw portion 4. However, the number of the concave stripes 121 is not limited as long as it is 1 or more. Each ridge 121 may have, for example, the same cross-sectional shape as the ridge 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 described above. Here, the case where the protruding end of each protrusion 121 is sharp is shown as an example.

At least the front end side of each ridge 121 included in the vertical pinching teeth 12 of each jaw part 4 faces as the distance from the front end of the jaw part 4 increases in a state where both jaw parts 4 are closed so that the first region 5 contacts. It inclines so that the distance with the protruding item | line 121 which the vertical pinching teeth 11 of the jaw part 4 have may leave | separate. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the ridges 121 included in the vertical pinching teeth 12 provided in the respective recesses 16 have the ridges 121 at the opposing positions, and the ridges 121 are formed by jaws. From the front end of the part 4 to the rear, it has a concave arc shape that is convex on the opposite side to the opposing convex stripe 121.

Thus, in the state which closed the both jaw parts 4 so that the 1st area | region 5 may contact at least the front-end side of each protruding item | line 121, as it leaves | separates from the front end of the jaw part 4, the vertical pinch teeth 11 of the opposing jaw part 4 are provided. The angle θ (see FIG. 1) between the front end 21 of the jaw part 4 and the front part of the protrusion 121 of the vertical pinion teeth 12 is set to be inclined so that the distance from the protrusion 121 of the It is made narrow so that the circular arc circumferential surface of the screw head can be securely clamped at the front part of the ridge 121 of the vertical pinching teeth 12. However, each ridge 121 may not be inclined as described above.

The front portions of the plurality of ridges 121 included in the vertical pinching teeth 12 all face the front end 21 of the jaw portion 4, and the vertical pinching teeth 12 are in a state in which both jaw portions 4 are closed so that the first region 5 contacts. The protruding ends of the ridges 121 (that is, the portions corresponding to the ridges) are opposed to each other through a gap with a plane including the planes 5 a provided in the first region 5 of both jaw portions 4 in contact with each other. . However, they may not be opposed. The height from the recessed part 16 of each protruding item | line 121 of each vertical pinching tooth 12 is always made the same in the arbitrary positions of the protruding item | line 121 in the front-back direction. However, it may not always be the same. On the left and right sides of the front end 21 of the jaw part 4, inclined relief surfaces 22 are formed that incline in a tapered shape toward the front end of the jaw part 4. In addition, the protruding end of the convex strip 121 of the vertical pinching teeth 12 is formed at a position lower than the concave strip 112 of the horizontal pinching teeth 11.

As described above, a plurality of ridges 121 extending in the front-rear direction are provided in the recess 16 whose cross section perpendicular to the front-rear direction is a concave arc shape, and its front part faces the front end 21 of the jaw part 4, When the jaw part 4 is opened and the screw head is clamped by the pair of vertical pinching teeth 12, the circular arc circumferential surface of the screw head can be reliably captured and pinched by the ridge 121 of the vertical pinching tooth 12. Therefore, when removing a screw whose cruciform operation groove provided on the screw head is crushed or a screw with a rusted screw thread, the protrusion 121 of the vertical pinch 12 is pressed against or bites into the circular arc surface of the screw head. The screw can be reliably rotated in the loosening direction. In particular, even when a truss screw having a small height from the screw fastening surface on the circular circumferential surface of the screw head or a round screw is removed, the vicinity of the recess 16 at the front end 21 of both jaws 4 is used as the screw fastening surface. By closely contacting, the front part of the ridge 121 can be bitten into the circumferential surface of the screw head, and the small truss screw and the round screw can be removed reliably.

Next, the function of clamping the object to be clamped by both jaws 4 of the pliers 100 will be described with reference to FIG.

When the handle 2 of both arms 1 of the pliers 100 is gripped, the opening interval between both jaws 4 becomes narrower. When there is no object to be sandwiched between the jaws 4, the jaws 4 are closed when the first regions 5 of the jaws 4 come into contact with each other. This state is a state in which the handle 2 has reached the grip limit. In this closed state, the protrusion 111 of one side pinching tooth 11 of both jaw parts 4 enters the groove 112 of the other side pinching tooth 11 and the side pinching teeth 11 are not in contact with each other. Thereby, deterioration of the side pinching tooth 11 etc. can be prevented.

A first region 5 provided on the front end side of both jaw portions 4 of the pliers 100 is a portion (for example, a contact plane 5a) that contacts with each other in a state where both the jaw portions 4 are closed by grasping the handle 2 to the limit. Therefore, even if the object is a thin object such as a sheet body, by closing both jaws 4, the jaws 4 can be held at the portion where the first region 5 contacts. A thin object to be clamped can be clamped only at the front end side. For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, the thin sheet body 50 can be sandwiched between the first regions 5. Examples of the object to be clamped include a metal sheet, a plastic sheet, a metal wire, a cord, a leather sheet, a rubber sheet, a plastic piece, and a cloth. The sheet body 50 is, for example, a metal sheet body, a plastic sheet, a leather sheet, a rubber sheet, or the like.

In addition, when the sheet body 50 which is an example of a thin object to be sandwiched is sandwiched between the pair of side sandwiching teeth 11 opposed to each of the jaw parts 4, as shown in FIG. When the upper and lower surfaces of the end portion of the sheet body 50 are clamped by the pair of lateral pinching teeth 11, the horizontal pinching teeth 11 come into contact with the sheet body 50, and the upper and lower protrusions are located at a position shifted by a half pitch. It is received by the protrusion 111a of the strip 111. When the handle 2 is further gripped from this state, the sheet body 50 is sandwiched by the first region 5 and a plurality of ridges 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 as shown in FIG. The protruding end 111a side can enter into the recess 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 provided at the opposite position, and the sheet body 50 can be plastically deformed into a continuous valley shape. Thereby, since the sheet body 50 can be firmly sandwiched between the opposing lateral pinching teeth 11, the sheet body 50 can be sandwiched more reliably than when the sheet body 50 is sandwiched only between the first regions 5. be able to. Further, by sandwiching the object to be sandwiched between the first region 5 and the vicinity of the protruding ends 111a of the plurality of ridges 111, the object to be sandwiched can be sandwiched at a plurality of positions, and can be stably sandwiched. In addition, while the sheet body 50 is firmly clamped, the secondary operation such as the operation of pulling the sheet body 50 and dragging the entire sheet body 50 from the mounting portion or the operation of bending the clamping portion is performed accurately. It can be carried out.

Moreover, the pitch at which the rear ridges 111 of the horizontal pinching teeth 11 are arranged is made wider than the pitch P1 at which the front ridges 111 are arranged, and the height of the rear ridges 111 is set to the height of the front ridges. By making the height higher than the height, as shown in FIGS. 6B and 6C, the sheet body 50 is formed only by the ridges 111 having a small pitch P1 and a low height in front of the side pinching teeth 11. Can be used separately from the usage pattern for sandwiching the sheet body 50 with the entire lateral pinching teeth 11. For example, when the sheet is sandwiched between the entire horizontal pinching teeth, the contact area between the ridge 111 and the sheet body 50 is increased by sandwiching the sheet body 50 with the ridge 111 having a large pitch and a high height. Thus, it is possible to reliably prevent the protrusion 111 and the sheet body 50 from sliding relative to each other.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, in the state in which both jaw portions 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact, the protrusions 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw portion 4 are connected to the other jaw portion 4. The protrusion 111 of the lateral pinion 11 of the one jaw part 4 is configured to be in contact with the concave line 112 of the lateral pinion tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 while entering the recess 112 of the lateral pinion tooth 11. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the side pinching teeth 11 from coming into contact with both jaws 4 closed, and to prevent deterioration of the side pinching teeth 11 and the like, thereby preventing tool deterioration. Can do.

Further, according to the present embodiment, both jaws 4 of the first region 5 provided on the front end side of both jaws 4 are closed even if the object is a thin object such as a sheet-like member. By sandwiching at the portion that comes into contact with the case (for example, the flat surface 5a), it is possible to sandwich a thin sandwich object only at the front end side of both jaw parts 4, and a thin sandwich object is appropriate. Can be held between.

In addition, by sandwiching the object to be sandwiched between the opposing pinching teeth 11 of both jaw parts 4, not only the object to be pinched is pinched in the first region 5, but also the lateral pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4. The protrusion 111 enters the recess 112 of the side pinching teeth 11 of the other opposing jaw part 4 and plastically deforms the object to be pinched, so that even a thin object to be pinched is reliably pinched. be able to.

In the above embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 111 having a plurality of protrusions 111 arranged at the pitch P1 in front and higher than the protrusions 111 in front of the protrusions 111 arranged at a pitch wider than the pitch P1. Although the description has been given of the case where the horizontal pinching teeth 11 having the strips 111 at the rear are provided on the opposing surfaces 14 of the jaw portions 4, in the present invention, the pitch is gradually increased as the position to be arranged becomes rearward. The lateral pinching teeth 11 having a plurality of protruding ridges 111 having a high height may be provided on the opposing surfaces 14 of both jaw parts 4, and even in such a case, the above-described embodiment and Similar effects can be achieved. Here, “stepwise” refers to two or more stages, and the pitch and height of the entire convex strip 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 is changed by two or more stages and is well-maintained. You may have the 2 or more adjacent protruding item | line 111 which does not change. For example, in one side pinching tooth 11, if the pitch and height are larger by two or more stages as a whole, the ridges 111 having at least one of the same pitch and height are continuously arranged partially. It may be considered to mean that. The same applies to the case where one of the pitch and the height changes stepwise.

In addition, in this invention, the arrangement | positioning form of the some protruding item | line 111 with the same pitch and height of the horizontal pinching teeth 11, and the several protruding item | line 111 from which at least one of a pitch and height differs, and the combination of the element | elements Etc. do not have to be the form shown in the first embodiment, and can be freely changed as necessary.

Hereinafter, modified examples of the lateral pinching teeth 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. In the following description, the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

(Modification 1)
FIG. 8A is a view of the vicinity of the side pinching teeth 11 for explaining the first modification of the side pinching teeth 11 as viewed from the connecting shaft direction. In this modification 11, the side pinching teeth 11 are composed of a plurality of ridges 111 having the same shape and size, and a plurality of ridges 111 arranged in the front-rear direction at the same pitch. The lateral pinching teeth 11 of the jaw part 4 are provided so as to be shifted in the front-rear direction by a half pitch of the arrangement pitch of the convex ribs of the lateral pinching teeth with respect to the lateral pinching tooth of the other jaw part 4, With both jaws closed so that one area is in contact, the protruding end of the lateral pin teeth on one jaw and the bottom end of the horizontal ribs on the other jaw are In the height direction, they are configured to face each other in a non-contact state.

For example, FIG. 8 (a) shows an example in which the protruding strips 111 of each side pinching tooth 11 are formed in the same triangular shape having the same size and the pitch P arranged is set to be the same. Yes. In this example, both the protruding end 111a of the ridge 111 and the bottom end 112a of the recessed ridge 112 adjacent to the ridge 111 are rounded. For example, when the height from the bottom end 112a of the concave streak 112 to the projecting end 111a of the convex streak 111 is 0.6 mm, the radius value of the convex end 111a of the convex streak 111 is 0.2 mm, and the bottom end of the concave streak 112 The radius value of 112a was 0.3 mm.

(Modification 2)
FIG. 8B is a view of the vicinity of the side pinching teeth 11 for explaining the second modification of the side pinching teeth 11 as viewed from the connecting shaft direction. In this modified example 2, the protruding end 111a of the protruding item 111 of the modified example 1 is an uncurled corner and the bottom end 112a of the protruding item 112 is an unrounded corner, thereby sandwiching it. Things can be made difficult to slip.

(Modification 3)
FIG. 8C is a view of the vicinity of the side pinching teeth 11 for explaining the third modification of the side pinching teeth 11 as viewed from the connecting shaft direction. This modified example 3 is a cross section along the front-rear direction of the surface of the side pinch teeth 11 in the modified example 1, with the radius of roundness between the vicinity of the protruding end 111a of the protruding line 111 and the vicinity of the bottom end of the recessed line 112 increased. The shape is a continuous wave shape. In this way, when the horizontal pinching teeth 11 are formed in a continuous waveform, in the state where the pinching object such as the sheet body 50 is pinched by the horizontal pinching teeth 11, the pinching object can be gently deformed while firmly pinching. It is suitable when you do not want to scratch the surface of the object to be sandwiched.

(Modification 4)
FIG. 9A is a view of the vicinity of the side pinching teeth 11 for explaining the fourth modification of the side pinching teeth 11 as viewed from the connecting shaft direction. In this modified example, the pitch of the ridges 111 is the same in the horizontal pinching teeth 11 of the first embodiment, but the height H is gradually reduced from the front to the rear of the horizontal pinching teeth 11. It is a thing. As described above, when the horizontal pinching teeth 11 are configured by a plurality of convex ridges 111 having different heights H, a sheet is formed at the front half of the horizontal pinching teeth 11 having the convex ridges 111 having a large height H as in the present embodiment. The usage mode in which the clamping object such as the body 50 is clamped and the usage pattern in which the clamping object such as the sheet body 50 is clamped by the entire lateral pinching teeth 11 can be used properly. Further, by sandwiching the object to be clamped such as the sheet body 50 by the convex line 111 having a large height H, the contact area between the convex line 111 and the object to be clamped such as the sheet body 50 is increased, and the lateral pinching teeth 11 and the sheet It is possible to reliably prevent the object to be clamped such as the body 50 from sliding relatively.

(Modification 5)
FIG. 9B is a view of the vicinity of the side pinching teeth 11 for explaining the fifth modification of the side pinching teeth 11 as viewed from the connecting shaft direction. In this modified example, in the first modified example, the side pinching teeth 11 are configured by the ridges 111 and the ridges 112 having an isosceles trapezoidal shape when viewed from the axial direction of the connecting shaft 3b.

(Modification 6)
FIG. 9C is a view of the vicinity of the side pinching teeth 11 for explaining the sixth modification of the side pinching teeth 11 as viewed from the connecting shaft direction. In this modified example, in the first modified example, the laterally pinched teeth 11 are configured by the quadrangular convex strips 111 and the concave strips 112 as viewed from the axial direction of the connecting shaft 3b.

(Modification 7)
FIG. 14 is a view showing the vicinity of the front ends of both jaw portions 4 in a state where both jaw portions 4 are closed for explaining a modified example 7 of the side pinching teeth 11 (FIG. 14A), FIG. ) Is an enlarged view of the portion indicated by the region D (FIG. 14B), a view showing the vicinity of the front ends of both jaw portions 4 when both jaw portions 4 are displaced in the front-rear direction (FIG. 14C), FIG. It is an enlarged view (Drawing 14 (d)) of the portion shown by field E of 14 (a).

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14 (a) and FIG. 14 (b), the two jaw portions 4 are closed so that the first region 5 comes into contact with each other. The protruding end 111a of the convex strip 111 of the lateral pinion tooth 11 of the jaw part 4 and the bottom end 112a of the concave strip 112 of the lateral pinion tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the convex strip 111 enters are the height of the convex line 111. In the state where both jaw parts 4 are assembled so as to face each other in the direction, the convex stripes 111 of the horizontal pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 and the concave stripes of the horizontal pinching teeth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the protruding ribs 111 enter. The lateral pinion teeth 11 have such a shape that the interval 130 between the side surfaces facing the 112 is wider than the interval 131 between the projecting end 111a of the ridge 111 and the bottom end 112a of the ridge 112. It is. An interval 130 between the opposing side surfaces of the convex strip 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of one jaw part 4 and the concave strip 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the convex strip 111 enters is, for example, Of the two side surfaces 111b of the ridges 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 and the two side surfaces 112b of the ridges 112 of the side pinching teeth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the protrusions 111 enter , An interval 130 between the side surfaces 111b and 112b facing each other with a gap. Here, the interval 130 between the side surface 111b and the side surface 112b may be considered as the interval of the widest portion between the side surface 111b and the side surface 112b, for example.

The state where both jaws 4 are assembled may be considered as a state where the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b are connected by the connecting part 3, for example. Here, the protruding end 111a of the convex strip 111 of the lateral pinion tooth 11 of one jaw part 4 and the bottom end 112a of the concave line 112 of the lateral pinion tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the convex strip 111 enters are convex. The state in which both jaw portions 4 are assembled so as to face each other in the height direction of the stripe 111 may be considered as a case where such a state is assumed. It does not need to be assembled so as to be in such a state. The two jaw portions 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact, and the protruding end 111a of the protruding strip 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of one jaw portion 4 and the other jaw portion 4 into which the protruding strip 111 enters. The state in which both jaws 4 are assembled so that the bottom ends 112a of the concave stripes 112 of the horizontal pinching teeth 11 face each other in the height direction of the convex stripes 111 is, for example, both jaws so that the first region 5 contacts In the state in which the portion 4 is closed, the protruding end 111a of the protrusion 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of one jaw portion 4 and the groove 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw portion 4 into which the protrusion 111 enters. It may be considered that both jaw portions 4 are assembled so that the distance from the bottom end 112a is the shortest.

In the pliers of the above embodiment, for example, the connecting position of the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b is shifted due to a processing error, an assembly error, etc., and the positional relationship of the side pinching teeth 11 of both jaw parts 4 is Even if the jaws 4 are displaced in the height direction of the ridge 111 and are closer to each other than designed, when the jaws 4 are closed, the side pinching teeth 11 of the one jaw 4 are closed. It is unlikely that the protruding end 111a of the protruding ridge 111 and the bottom end 112a of the recessed line 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the protruding ridge 111 enters are in contact with each other. In this case, since both jaw parts 4 rotate around the connecting part 3, the protruding end 111 a of the ridge 111 is considered to be in contact with the side surface 112 b of the ridge 112 into which the ridge 111 enters. . For this reason, for example, the protruding end 111a of the protruding item | line 111 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of one jaw part 4 of the state which both the jaw parts 4 were closed, and the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which this protruding item | line 111 enters The distance 131 between the bottom end 112a of the concave line 112 and the height direction of the convex line 111 can be set narrow in advance so that a thin object to be clamped can be easily sandwiched.

However, the distance 130 between the opposing side surfaces of the convex strip 111 of the side pinching teeth 11 of one jaw part 4 and the concave strip 112 of the side pinching teeth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the convex strip 111 enters is set to When the distance 131 or less in the height direction of the protruding line 111 between the protruding end 111a of the protruding line 111 and the bottom end 112a of the recessed line 112 is set to be less than 131, due to a processing error, an assembly error, etc., the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b If the relative positional relationship between the jaws 4 is shifted in the front-rear direction, the protruding end 111a of the ridge 111 of the one jaw 4 is closed when the jaws 4 are closed. It is conceivable that the protrusion 111 hits the side surface 112b of the recess 112 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the protrusion 111 enters, and the protrusion 111a deteriorates. The relative positional shift in the front-rear direction of both jaws 4 is, for example, that the protrusion 111a of the protrusion 111 of one jaw 4 has a recess 112 of the other jaw 4 into which the protrusion 111 enters. The state of facing the bottom end 112a in the height direction of the ridge 111 may be considered as a shift when there is no shift. The fact that both jaw parts 4 are displaced in the front-rear direction means that, for example, in a state in which both jaw parts 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact, the protruding end 111a of the protrusion 111 of one jaw part 4 In this state, the bottom end 112a of the recess 112 of the other jaw portion 4 into which the other jaw 111 enters does not face directly in the height direction of the protrusion 111.

Therefore, as in this modification, both jaws 4 are in a closed state, and the protruding end 111a of the protrusion 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of one jaw 4 and the other jaw into which this protrusion 111 enters. In a state where both jaw parts 4 are assembled so that the bottom end 112a of the concave line 112 of the horizontal pinching tooth 11 of the part 4 faces the height direction of the convex line 111, the horizontal pinching tooth 11 is connected to the one jaw part 4 The distance 130 between the opposing side surfaces of the convex strip 111 of the horizontal pinion tooth 11 and the concave pin 112 of the horizontal pinion tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which this convex rib 111 enters is the protruding end 111a of the convex rib 111 and this By having a shape that is wider than the interval 131 with the bottom end 112a of the concave line 112, the protruding end 111a of the convex line 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the jaw part 4 and the other side into which the convex line 111 enters. Concave part of the side pinching teeth 11 of the jaw part 4 It is possible to narrow the gap 131 in the height direction of the ridge 111 with the bottom end 112a of the 112 so that a thin object to be sandwiched can be easily sandwiched between laterally sandwiched teeth, and the like. When the relative positional relationship between the jaws 4 is shifted in the front-rear direction due to a processing error, an assembly error, or the like generated in the arm 1b (for example, as shown in FIGS. 14C and 14D). Also, the protrusion 111a of the protrusion 111 of one jaw part 4 is made difficult to contact the side surface 112b of the recess 112 of the lateral pinion teeth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the protrusion 111 enters. Can be prevented. Similarly, even when the relative positional relationship between the jaws 4 is shifted in the height direction of the ridge due to a processing error or an assembly error generated in the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b, The protrusion 111a of the protrusion 111 of the jaw part 4 is prevented from coming into contact with the side surface 112b of the recess 112 of the side pinching teeth 11 of the other jaw part 4 into which the protrusion 111 enters, thereby preventing the deterioration of the protrusion 111a. it can.

In this modification, for example, the interval 130 between the side surface 111b and the side surface 112b facing each other is such that the protrusion 111a and the ridge 112 into which the protrusion 111 enters while the both jaw portions 4 are closed. It is preferable that it is 0.02 mm or more wide with respect to the space | interval 131 in the height direction of the protruding item | line 111 with the bottom end 112a of this, and it is preferable that it is 0.04 mm or more wide. For example, when the interval 131 is 0.1 mm, the interval 131 may be set to 0.148 mm. In this case, the distance 132 in the front-rear direction between the opposing side surface 111b and the side surface 112b may be set to 0.202 mm, for example. However, the numerical values described above are examples, and it goes without saying that values other than these may be used. For example, the intervals 130, 131, and 132 can be set as appropriate depending on the size and shape of the pliers.

The configuration described in this modification is, for example, a groove in which the protrusions of the side pinching teeth of one jaw part are adjacent to the protrusions of the side pinching teeth of the other jaw part in a state where both jaw parts are closed. As long as it is a clamping tool that is configured to be in contact with the ridges of the side pinching teeth of one jaw part and not to contact the ridges of the side pinching teeth of the other jaw part, It can also be applied to a clamping tool other than pliers. For example, a contact portion that is in contact with both jaws closed and a state in which both jaws are closed so that the contact portions are in contact with each other, The nail which is configured to enter into the groove adjacent to the ridges of the pinching teeth, and the ridges of the side pinching teeth of one jaw part are not in contact with the ridges of the side pinching teeth of the other jaw part. If it is a tool, it is applicable also to clamping tools other than the pliers of the said embodiment. Here, the state where both jaw portions are closed may be considered as a state where the handle of the arm is gripped to the limit.

For example, this clamping tool includes a pair of arms having a jaw portion on the front end side and a handle on the rear end side, and a connecting portion for rotatably connecting both arms. The side part of the arm has a contact part that is in a closed state, and a lateral pinch tooth is formed on the opposing surface of each jaw part of both arms (for example, the front part of the opposing surface). The ridges provided on both jaw parts are arranged in a state shifted in the front-rear direction, and the both jaw parts are closed so that the contact parts come into contact with each other. In this state, the protrusions of the side jaw teeth of one jaw part enter the recesses adjacent to the protrusions of the side jaw teeth of the other jaw part, and the protrusions of the side jaw teeth of one jaw part Moreover, the clamping tool comprised so that it may become non-contact with the groove of the horizontal pinching tooth of the other jaw part may be sufficient. The ridges provided on both jaws are arranged in a state of being displaced in the front-rear direction, which means that the ridges provided adjacent to the ridges are also displaced in the front-rear direction. You may think that it is arranged in.

Here, the contact portion is a contact that regulates the relative positional relationship between the two jaw portions in the height direction of the ridge when the two jaw portions are in contact with each other while the both jaw portions are closed. It may be considered as a contact part, in a state where both jaw parts are closed, and when both jaw parts are closed, it may be considered as a contact part that prevents movement of one jaw part in the direction of the other jaw part. Good. Further, the contact portion here may be considered as, for example, a member that restricts the grip limit of the arm 1 by contact, for example, a stopper that restricts the grip limit. For example, the contact portion here may correspond to the first region 5 that contacts when both jaw portions 4 of the present embodiment are closed. Further, this contact portion is provided, for example, on a facing surface between the side pinching teeth of both jaw portions of the clamping tool and the connecting portion, and a pair of cuttings in which the cutting edges contact with each other in a state where both jaw portions are closed. A blade or the like may be used. In addition, the contact portion is provided, for example, on a facing surface between the side pinching teeth of both jaw portions of the clamping tool and the connecting portion, and a pair of protrusions with which the tip portions come into contact with both jaw portions closed. It may be a part. Moreover, this contact part may be a pair of cutting blades or the like in which the cutting edges come into contact with each other with the jaws provided on the handle side closer to the handle than the connecting part of both arms. In addition, as this contact part, the structure similar to the stopper etc. in patent document 1 can be utilized, for example.

(Embodiment 2)
The pliers according to the second embodiment are the same as the pliers described in the above embodiment except that the vertical pinching teeth 12 are omitted and the vertical pinching teeth 12 of the second region 6 of both jaws 4 are also provided. A pinch tooth 11 is provided. Moreover, the area | region where the vertical pinching teeth 12 of the 1st area | region 5 were provided is also made to contact in the state which both the jaw parts 4 were closed.

FIG. 13 (h) is a plan view of the opposing surface 14 of the jaw part 4 positioned below in FIG. 13 (b), that is, the jaw part 4 of the arm 1b. In addition, in FIG.13 (h), it is the part shown as the continuous line, Comprising: The part divided | segmented with the dashed-dotted line is called the clamping part side part 7b. In addition, here, the dotted line extending in the width direction indicates the protruding end 111a of the ridge except for the dotted line located at the front end.

In the pliers 200, a flat surface 5 a that is in contact with each other in a state where both jaws 4 are closed is formed in the entire first region 5 of both jaws 4.

Further, the ridges 111 are arranged in parallel with the front-rear direction across the entire second region 6 of both jaw portions 4 to form the side pinching teeth 11. Similarly to the pinching teeth 11 of the first embodiment, the horizontal pinching teeth 11 of the both jaw portions 4 are arranged in a state where both jaw portions 4 are closed so that the first region 5 is in contact with the side teeth of the one jaw portion 4. The protrusion 111 of the pinching tooth 11 enters the recess 112 adjacent to the protrusion 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the other jaw part 4, and the protrusion 111 of the side pinching tooth 11 of the one jaw part 4 The other jaw part 4 is configured to be in non-contact with the concave stripe 112 of the side pinching teeth 11.
In this embodiment as well, the same effects as in the above embodiment are achieved.

In the first and second embodiments, the case where the present invention is applied to a pliers that are clamping tools has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to pliers such as pliers, combination pliers, radio pliers, and water pump pliers. The present invention can also be applied to a clamping tool. Even in such a case, the same effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.

For example, in the present invention, there is provided a connecting portion that rotatably connects the two arms formed by two connecting holes and a connecting shaft that are connected to the first arm and the second arm in the shape of eyeglass holes. It is a combination plier that can vary the opening angle of both jaws depending on which of the coupling holes is engaged with the coupling shaft, on the front end side of the opposing surface of both jaws, The pliers 200 of the second embodiment are designated as the first region that contacts the connecting shaft when the jaws are closed in a state where the connecting shaft is engaged so that the opening angle of the jaws 4 becomes smaller. In the state where both jaw parts are closed so that the first area comes in contact with the rear of the first area, the protrusions on the opposing surface of one jaw part are recessed on the opposing surface of the other jaw part. Second area with side-to-side teeth that enter the strip in a non-contact manner , Which can be applied in the above-described combination pliers provided in the same manner as pliers 200 according to the second (not shown), the same effects as the above embodiment in such a case.

Further, according to the present invention, in the pliers 200 of the second embodiment, the jaws 4 of the first arm 1a and the second arm 1b are formed in an asymmetric shape, and are equidistant from the facing surface 14 of both jaws 4. In the pliers (not shown) in which the first arm and the second arm are connected so that the virtual plane does not have the central axis of the connection axis, or in the pliers 200 in the second embodiment, the first arm 1a Of the first arm 1a so that the plane equidistant from the handle 2 of the first arm 1b and the handle 2 of the second arm 1b and the virtual plane equidistant from the opposing surfaces 14 of the jaws 4 are not the same plane. The present invention can also be applied to pliers (not shown) configured to form the second arm 1b. Even in such a case, the same effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible, and it goes without saying that these are also included in the scope of the present invention.

As described above, the clamping tool according to the present invention is suitable as a clamping tool having lateral clamping teeth, and is particularly useful as a clamping tool that can clamp a thin clamping object.
