Claims (12)
- プリフォームを形成する方法であって、

熱可塑性樹脂の粘着性を弱める温度までプリフォームスタックを加熱するステップ、
プリフォームスタックに圧縮力を印加するステップ、及び
熱可塑性樹脂を凝固させ、凝固プリフォームアセンブリを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - プリフォームを形成するシステムであって、
構造繊維及び構造繊維と混合またはよく調製された樹脂を含む粘着力の高められた繊維状物質の層を受け、プリフォームに液体マトリックス材料を注入する前に層をプリフォームに形成するダイ断面形状を有する形成ダイセットであって、樹脂は固形であり、粘着力の高められた繊維状物質の層のおよそ1体積パーセントから10体積パーセントである、形成ダイセット、
形成ダイセットを介して層を引き出すように構成されたプルメカニズム、及び
樹脂が軟化し、繊維状物質の中を流動するような方法で樹脂を加熱して、樹脂が凝固する時に層をダイ断面形状を保持するプリフォームに形成する、加熱装置を備え、
プリフォームを形成した後に、プリフォームが繊維状物質内に多孔質性を保持するようになっている、システム。 - 繊維状物質は、互いに異なる繊維状物質の少なくとも二の層を含み、且つ
層は、層アセンブリとして形成ダイセットに引き出されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 形成ダイセットを介して層を引き抜き成形するように構成されたプルメカニズムをさらに備える、請求項9または10に記載のシステム。
