Description
本出願は、2013年2月13日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/763,963号及び2013年3月3日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/771,874号からの利益を合衆国法典第35編第119条(e)に基づいて主張するものであり、この仮特許出願の開示は引用によって本明細書に含まれる。
a)導電性繊維電極の現在の線分を編み始める時に、少なくとも1つの基本糸を用いて、好ましくニット&ミス編み込み方式で編み続ける。
b)フィーダFiを使用し、針Djを用いてステッチングを開始して線分Lkを編む。

・浮遊ループ電極が有毛皮膚上の体毛内に侵入して、標準的なECGチェックにおいて今日行われているように体毛を除去する必要なく良好なECG信号に到達できること
・浮遊ループ電極が、ECG信号に到達するために今日使用されているゲル又はその他の湿潤材料の使用を排除すること
i)フィーダFiを使用し、針Djから開始して、線分Lkである経路kを編む。次の浮遊ループ開始ステッチは、前の浮遊ループの開始ステッチ針からy針分離れたところに存在する。
ii)次の参加フィーダを使用し、針Dj+sによって最初の浮遊ループのステッチを開始して線分Lk+lを編む。0<s<yであり、通常j=1である。
iii)予め設定した長さの管形状20、すなわち予め設定した数の編み込み経路にわたってステップ(i)及び(ii)を繰り返す。

Claims (11)
- 編まれたガーメントの少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域の弾性を低減する方法であって、
a)前記ガーメントを筒状に編むステップであって、前記ガーメントを編む間に、少なくとも1つの導電性繊維電極が前記ガーメント内に一体化して編まれる、ステップと、
b)前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域を剛性化するステップと、
を含み、前記剛性化するステップは、前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域上及び/又は繊維領域内に剛性化物質を適用するステップを含み、それによって、前記少なくとも一つの選択された繊維領域の弾性を減少させる、ステップと、
を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域は、前記少なくとも1つの導電性繊維電極である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域は、前記ガーメントの2つの隣接する繊維電極間に存在する領域である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記剛性化物質は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)であり、該TPUは、前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域の外面上に積層される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記剛性化物質は、低融点を有する可溶性糸であり、
前記可溶性糸は、前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域の前記外面上に編み込まれ、
前記可溶性糸は、前記ガーメントのファブリックを染める際に溶解することによって安定した剛性化領域を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記剛性化物質は、弾性を有していない又は弾性が制限された非弾性糸であり、
前記少なくとも1つの導電性繊維電極の周囲には、前記非弾性糸を用いて、予め設定された幅を有するフレームが編み込まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記剛性化物質は、弾性を有していない又は弾性が制限された非弾性糸であり、
前記非弾性糸は、2つの隣接する繊維電極間の前記ガーメントの前記領域に編まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記剛性化物質は、クロスポリマー潤滑剤であり、
前記クロスポリマー潤滑剤は、前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域上に噴霧される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ガーメントの少なくとももう一つの選択された領域の弾性を修正するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記剛性化物質は熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)であり、該TPUは、前記少なくとも1つの選択された繊維領域の外面上に積層される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記剛性化物質は、弾性を有していない又は弾性が制限された非弾性糸であり、
