Claims (3)
- 内燃機関から排出される排気ガスと熱交換媒体との間で熱交換を行う排気熱回収装置であって、
所定の軸に沿う方向を軸方向とし、該軸周りの方向を周方向とするとき、
前記軸方向に延び、上流側から流れ込む排気ガスを受け入れる受入口と、その受け入れた排気ガスを下流側に送り出す主送出口と、を繋ぐ主流路の少なくとも一部を形成する内側部材と、
前記内側部材を囲むように配置され、前記内側部材との間で熱交換流路を形成する外側部材と、
前記熱交換流路において前記内側部材を囲むように配置され、排気ガスと熱交換媒体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器と、
前記主流路に受け入れた排気ガスを前記主流路に通過させて前記主送出口に流す第1モードと、前記主流路に受け入れた排気ガスを前記熱交換流路に経由させて前記主送出口とは異なる副送出口に流す第2モードと、を切り替える切替器と、を備え、
前記熱交換流路は、前記熱交換器と前記内側部材との間に形成される第1熱交換流路と、前記熱交換器と前記外側部材との間に形成される第2熱交換流路と、を有し、
前記内側部材の下流端には、前記主流路から前記第1熱交換流路の上流端に排気ガスを流れ込ませるための熱交流出口が形成され、
前記熱交換器は、前記内側部材及び前記外側部材それぞれに沿った形状を成すと共に、前記軸方向に互いに所定の間隔をおいて積層配置された複数の熱交換器単体部品を有し、
前記熱交換器単体部品の内部に熱交換媒体が流れる一方で、前記主流路から前記熱交流出口を介して前記第1熱交換流路に流れ込んだ排気ガスが、複数の前記熱交換器単体部品の間における熱交換領域を通過し、前記第2熱交換流路に流れ込むことで熱交換を行うものであって、
前記第1熱交換流路に、前記軸方向に延びる複数の拡散板が配置され、
前記複数の拡散板は、前記周方向に互いに所定の間隔をおいて配置され、
隣り合う前記拡散板の間の隙間は、前記第1熱交換流路の上流端側の部位の幅が、前記第1熱交換流路の下流端側の部位の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする排気熱回収装置。 - 隣り合う前記拡散板の間の隙間は、前記第1熱交換流路の上流端側から下流端側に向かって、幅が漸次広くなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気熱回収装置。
- 前記複数の拡散板は、前記第1熱交換流路の上流端側から下流端側に向かって、幅が漸次狭くなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の排気熱回収装置。
