Claims (5)
- 電力変換回路を構成する複数の半導体素子が搭載された回路基板と、
前記回路基板を収容する本体筐体と、
前記本体筐体の底面または上面に設けられ、前記電力変換回路に電力を入力する入力用コネクタの実装部及び前記電力変換回路で変換された電力を出力する出力用コネクタの実装部と、
前記本体筐体の前面または側面に形成され、前記電力変換回路に接続される補助コネクタの実装部が配設される窪み部と、
前記回路基板に電気的に接続され、一方の実装面に前記入力用コネクタの実装部または前記出力用コネクタの実装部が実装されるとともに、他方の実装面に前記補助コネクタの実装部が実装され、前記他方の実装面が前記本体筐体の前面と平行となる姿勢で前記本体筐体に収容される両面実装型の配線基板と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記補助コネクタは、前記出力用コネクタと並列に接続された補助出力用コネクタであり、
前記補助コネクタの実装部と前記出力用コネクタの実装部とを、前記配線基板の両面の対応する位置に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記窪み部を前記本体筐体の前面に形成し、前記補助コネクタをストレート方式のコネクタとし、前記出力用コネクタをライトアングル方式のコネクタとしたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記回路基板を前記配線基板と平行となるように前記本体筐体の内部に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記窪み部の内底面からの高さは、前記補助コネクタの実装部にケーブルが接続されたコンタクト部を装着し、前記ケーブルを前記窪み部の内底面に沿って曲げた場合に前記ケーブルが前記本体筐体の表面から突出しない高さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
