Description
本発明は、ハイブリッド車両のパワートレインに関する。本発明の態様は、パワートレイン、連結部及び自動車に関する。
ハイブリッド車両に、電気駆動モータと連動して動作するための内燃機関を設けることが知られている。内燃機関及び電気駆動モータを互いに独立に又は一緒に動作させて最大トルク出力を増加させることができる。一つのアプローチは、電気駆動モータがトランスミッションに組み込まれた一体型トランスミッションを開発することである。しかし、特定の一体型トランスミッションは、全ての用途には適さない場合があり、代替のトランスミッションの開発が必要となる場合がある。少なくとも商業的な観点から、従来のトランスミッション(一体型電気駆動モータを内蔵しないもの)をハイブリッドパワーパックと組み合わせて使用する選択肢を保持することが望ましい。このアプローチは、問題になることがある。というのは、従来の電気駆動モータは、軸負荷にさらされたときに損傷を受けやすい場合があるからである。従来のトランスミッションは、例えば、様々な動作速度でのトルクコンバータ内の流体圧力の変化のため又はエンジンクランクの前部から後部への動きのため、軸負荷を生じさせる可能性がある。
本発明の態様は、ハイブリッド車両のパワートレイン;連結部;及び自動車に関する。

電気駆動モータと、
トランスミッションと
を備えるハイブリッド車両パワートレインであって、第1可撓性連結部が該内燃機関を該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結し、第2可撓性連結部が該電気駆動モータをトランスミッションに駆動可能に連結している、ハイブリッド車両パワートレインを提供する。第1及び第2可撓性連結部は、両方とも、トランスミッションの共通の入力部に連結される。第1及び第2可撓性連結部は、内燃機関及び電気駆動モータからそれぞれトランスミッションに駆動連結を設ける(すなわち、トルクを与える)ように配置される。第1及び第2可撓性連結部は、相対的な軸方向の動きに適応するように配置されて、トランスミッションから内燃機関及び/又は電気駆動モータへの軸負荷の移行が低減又は阻害される。それによって、第1可撓性連結部及び/又は第2可撓性連結部は、軸負荷により生じる損傷から電気駆動モータを保護するのに役立つことができる。少なくとも所定の実施形態では、第1及び第2可撓性連結部は、ハイブリッド車両パワートレインの従来のトランスミッションへの連結を容易にすることができる。第1可撓性連結部及び/又は第2可撓性連結部は、弾力性のあるものであることができる。第1及び第2可撓性連結部の構成は、少なくともいくつかの実施形態では、複数の入力装置間の軸負荷バランスを管理することができる。

第1可撓性連結部が該第1パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結し;
第2可撓性連結部が該第2パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結し、
該第1及び第2可撓性連結部が両方とも該トランスミッションの共通の入力部に連結されている、ハイブリッド車両パワートレインを提供する。
該第1パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結する第1可撓性連結部と、
該第2パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結する第2可撓性連結部と
を備える二重連結部を提供する。第1及び第2可撓性連結部は、両方とも、トランスミッションの共通の入力部に連結される。第1パワージェネレータは内燃機関であることができる。第2パワージェネレータは電気駆動モータであることができる。第1及び第2パワージェネレータは、ハイブリッドパワートレインを形成することができる。二重連結部は、第1及び第2パワージェネレータを単一のトランスミッションに連結することができる。例えば、二重連結部は、第1及び第2パワージェネレータをクラッチプレート又はトルクコンバータに連結することができる。トルクコンバータは、例えば一体型の部品としてトランスミッション内に設けることができる。
本発明の実施形態に係る自動車(図示しない)用のハイブリッドパワートレイン1を、図1、図2及び図3を参照しながら説明する。パワートレイン1は、内燃機関3(概略的にしか図示しない)及び電気機械5を備える。図1に示すように、内燃機関3及び電気機械5は、一体化されたトルクコンバータ9を有するトランスミッション7に連結されている。本実施形態におけるトランスミッション7は、オートマチックトランスミッションであるが、同様にマニュアルトランスミッションであってもよい。

第1可撓性連結部が該内燃機関を該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結し、

該第1パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結する第1可撓性連結部と、
該第2パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結する第2可撓性連結部と
を備え、
該第1及び第2可撓性連結部が、両方とも、該トランスミッションの共通の入力部に連結される、二重連結部。

- 内燃機関と、
電気駆動モータと、
トランスミッションと
を備えるハイブリッド車両パワートレインであって、
第1可撓性連結部が該内燃機関を該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結し、
第2可撓性連結部が該電気駆動モータをトランスミッションに駆動可能に連結し、
該第1及び第2可撓性連結部は、両方とも、該トランスミッションの共通の入力部に連結されている、ハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。 - 前記第1可撓性連結部が前記第2可撓性連結部よりも可撓性が低い、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記第1可撓性連結部が第1フレックスプレートを備え、前記第2可撓性連結部が第2フレックスプレートを備える、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記共通の入力部がトルクコンバータに連結されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記第1可撓性連結部が前記内燃機関のドライブシャフトに連結され、該ドライブシャフトを選択的に係合/解放するためにクラッチが設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記クラッチが前記内燃機関の前記ドライブシャフトと同軸に配置された動作機構を備える、請求項5に記載ハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記電気駆動モータが前記動作機構の半径方向に外向きに配置されている、請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記クラッチがプル式クラッチである、請求項6又は7に記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記電気駆動モータがロータを備え、前記第2可撓性連結部が該ロータに装着固定されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 前記電気駆動モータが軸方向磁束駆動モータである、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両パワートレイン。
- 第1パワージェネレータ及び第2パワージェネレータをトランスミッションに連結するための二重連結部であって、
該第1パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結する第1可撓性連結部と、
該第2パワージェネレータを該トランスミッションに駆動可能に連結する第2可撓性連結部と
を備え、
該第1及び第2可撓性連結部が、両方とも、該トランスミッションの共通の入力部に連結される、二重連結部。 - 前記第1可撓性連結部が第1フレックスプレートを備え、前記第2可撓性連結部が第2フレックスプレートを備える、請求項11に記載の二重連結部。
- 前記第1パワージェネレータが内燃機関であり、前記第2パワージェネレータが電気駆動モータである、請求項11又は12に記載の二重連結部。
- 請求項11、12又は13に記載の二重連結部を備える車両パワートレイン。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン又は連結部を備える車両。
