Claims (13)
- 圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板の上面に位置しており、検体に含まれる検出対象を検出する検出部と、
前記圧電基板の上面に前記検出部を挟んで位置している一対のIDT電極と、
前記一対のIDT電極を覆っている保護部材と、
前記検出部および前記一対のIDT電極を、それらの上方に空間を介するようにして覆っているカバーと、を備え、
前記カバーの下面は、
前記検出部の少なくとも一部に対向する第1領域と、
前記第1領域に対して、前記検出部および前記一対のIDT電極の並び方向の両側に位置している一対の第2領域と、を有し、
前記第1領域は、前記一対の第2領域よりも前記検体との接触角が小さい、弾性表面波センサ。 - 圧電基板と、
