Description
図3〜5は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る面光源装置100の構成を示す図である。図3Aは、平面図であり、図3Bは、正面図である。図4Aは、図3Bに示されるA−A線の断面図であり、図4Bは、図3Aに示されるB−B線および図4Aに示されるC−C線の断面図である。図5は、図4Bの一部を拡大した部分拡大断面図である。
図6A〜Eは、本実施の形態に係る光束制御部材150の構成を示す図である。図6Aは、光束制御部材150の平面図であり、図6Bは、光束制御部材150の正面図であり、図6Cは、光束制御部材150の側面図であり、図6Dは、光束制御部材150の底面図である。また、図6Eは、図6Aに示されるD−D線の断面図である。
本実施の形態に係る面光源装置100で使用される発光装置130について、配光特性を測定した。また、比較のため、従来の面光源装置で使用される従来の発光装置についても、配光特性を測定した。本実施の形態に係る発光装置130と、従来の発光装置とでは、光束制御部材の出射面の形状のみが異なる。本実施の形態に係る発光装置130と、3種類の従来の発光装置の特性を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 基板と、
発光素子と、前記発光素子からの出射光の配光を制御する光束制御部材とをそれぞれ含み、前記基板上に一定の間隔で配置された複数の発光装置と、
前記複数の発光装置の上に前記基板と略平行に配置され、前記発光装置からの光を拡散させつつ透過させる光拡散板と、を有し、
前記発光装置の光軸に沿う方向から前記発光装置から最も高い光度の光が出射する方向までの角度範囲において、前記発光装置からの光の光度は、前記光軸に対する角度が大きくなるにつれて漸増し、かつ
以下の式(1)、式(2)および式(3)を満たす、
面光源装置。
- 以下の式(4)をさらに満たす、請求項1に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記光束制御部材は、
前記発光素子と対向するように配置された凹部の内面であり、前記発光素子から出射された光が入射する入射面と、
前記光拡散板と対向するように配置された、前記入射面で入射した光がその進行方向を制御されながら出射する出射面と、
を有し、
前記出射面は、
前記光軸と交わる位置に配置された凹曲面である第1の出射面と、
前記第1の出射面の周囲に配置された凸曲面である第2の出射面と、
を含む、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の面光源装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の面光源装置と、前記面光源装置からの光を照射される被照射部材とを有する、表示装置。
