なお、図面は模式的または概念的なものであり、各部分の厚みと幅との関係、部分間の大きさの比率などは、必ずしも現実のものと同一とは限らない。また、同じ部分を表す場合であっても、図面により互いの寸法や比率が異なって表される場合もある。
なお、本願明細書と各図において、既出の図に関して前述したものと同様の要素には同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は適宜省略する。
図2(a)〜図2(c)は、実施形態に係る電気設備用筐体を模式的に表す外観図である。
図1及び図2(a)〜図2(c)に表したように、電気設備用筐体10(以下、筐体10と称す)は、第1収納室11と、第2収納室12と、空調機14、15と、温度センサ16と、ヒータ18と、を備える。
図3に表したように、電力変換装置20は、太陽電池パネル2と電力系統4とに接続される。電力変換装置20は、例えば、コネクタなどにより、太陽電池パネル2及び電力系統4のそれぞれに対して着脱可能に接続される。
図4に表したように、制御盤43は、リレーMC、X1、X2、X3、及び、タイマTMを含む。温度センサ45、リレーMC、X1、X2、X3、及び、タイマTMは、ヒータ46の電力供給経路上に設けられる。すなわち、温度センサ45、リレーMC、X1、X2、X3、及び、タイマTMは、ヒータ46と変圧器50との間に設けられる。
図5に表したように、第2収納室12は、制御ユニット70と、スイッチ71、72とをさらに含む。スイッチ71は、ヒータ18と変圧器50との間に設けられる。スイッチ71は、ヒータ18への電力の供給と電力供給の停止とを切り替える。スイッチ72は、換気扇30と変圧器51との間に設けられる。スイッチ72は、換気扇30への電力の供給と電力供給の停止とを切り替える。なお、ヒータ18、換気扇30及びシャッタ35への電力供給は、変圧器50、51からに限ることなく、例えば、無停電電源装置40などから供給してもよい。
図6は、ヒータ18、室外機22、24、換気扇30及びシャッタ35の動作と、第2収納室12内の温度とを模式的に表している。
図6に表したように、制御ユニット70は、温度センサ16に検知された第2収納室12内の温度が−15℃以下になった時に、スイッチ71をオフからオンに切り替えてヒータ18に電力を供給し、ヒータ18を駆動する。このように、ヒータ18は、例えば、温度センサ16に検知された温度が−15℃以下の時に、第2収納室12内を加熱する。ヒータ18の駆動を開始する温度は、−15℃に限らない。ヒータ18の駆動を開始する温度は、室外機22、24の温度耐性などに応じて適宜決定すればよい。
図7に表したように、電気設備用筐体100では、第2収納室12が、第1収納室11と一体である。電気設備用筐体100では、例えば、1つの部屋を仕切ることにより、第1収納室11と第2収納室12とが形成される。このように、第2収納室12は、第1収納室11と一体でもよい。但し、上記のように、第2収納室12を第1収納室11と離間させることにより、例えば、室外機22、24の低温対策が必要ない場合に、第1収納室11のみを用いることができる。すなわち、低温対策が必要な筐体と低温対策の必要のない筐体とで第1収納室11を共用することができる。これにより、例えば、電気設備用筐体の製造コストを抑制することができる。
図8に表したように、電気設備用筐体110は、第3収納室13をさらに含む。電気設備用筐体110では、第2収納室12が、空調機14の室外機22を収納し、第3収納室13が、空調機15の室外機24を収納する。この例では、第2収納室12及び第3収納室13が第1収納室11と離間している。第2収納室12及び第3収納室13は、第1収納室11と一体でもよい。
また、各具体例のいずれか2つ以上の要素を技術的に可能な範囲で組み合わせたものも、本発明の要旨を包含する限り本発明の範囲に含まれる。
Claims (10)
- 電力の変換を行う電力変換装置を収納する第1収納室と、
前記第1収納室内に設けられた室内機と、前記第1収納室の外側に設けられた室外機と、を含み、前記第1収納室内の温度を調節する空調機と、
前記室外機を収納する第2収納室と、
前記第2収納室内の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサに検出された前記温度が下限値以下の時に、前記第2収納室内を加熱するヒータと、
を備えた電気設備用筐体。 - 前記空調機は、2台設けられ、
2台の前記空調機のそれぞれの前記室外機は、前記第2収納室内に並べて設けられる請求項1記載の電気設備用筐体。 - 2台の前記室外機の並ぶ方向において、2台の前記室外機の中心間の距離は、1000mm以上である請求項2記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記ヒータは、前記温度が前記下限値よりも高い所定値以上の状態が一定時間継続された時に、前記加熱を停止する請求項1記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記第2収納室は、前記温度センサに検出された前記温度が上限値以上の時に、前記第2収納室内の換気を行う換気扇を含む請求項1記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記換気扇は、前記室外機の吹き出し方向において、前記室外機よりも前方に配置される請求項5記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記第2収納室は、前記第2収納室内に外気を導入するための吸気口と、前記換気扇の動作時に前記吸気口を開放し前記換気扇の停止時に前記吸気口を閉塞するシャッタと、をさらに含む請求項5記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記吸気口及び前記シャッタは、前記室外機の吹き出し方向において、前記室外機よりも後方に配置される請求項7記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記第2収納室は、前記第1収納室と離間している請求項1記載の電気設備用筐体。
- 前記室外機を収納する第3収納室と、
前記第3収納室内の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記第3収納室の前記温度センサに検出された前記温度が下限値以下の時に、前記第3収納室内を加熱するヒータと、
をさらに備え、
前記空調機は、2台設けられ、
前記第2収納室は、2台の前記空調機の一方の前記室外機を収納し、
前記第3収納室は、2台の前記空調機の他方の前記室外機を収納する請求項1記載の電気設備用筐体。
