Claims (17)
- 患者の血管を評価するシステムであって、
血管造影イメージングシステムと通信する処理システムを有し、前記処理システムが、
第1のビュー平面を使用して、前記血管造影イメージングシステムから、近位病変端から遠位病変端まで延在する病変長をもつ病変を有する血管の血管造影像の第1の組を取得し、
少なくとも1つの第1の病変直径、前記病変に近位の第1の近位血管直径、及び前記病変から遠位の第1の遠位血管直径を有する解剖学的血管測定値の第1の組を取得し、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の病変直径を利用して第1のフロー値を計算し、
近位端から遠位端まで延在する仮想血管を生成し、
前記仮想血管について第2のフロー値を計算し、
前記第2のフロー値で前記第1のフロー値を除算することにより、前記血管の第1の冠血流予備量比を計算するよう構成される、
システム。 - 前記解剖学的血管測定値の第1の組が、前記病変長に沿った複数の第1の病変直径を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理システムが更に、前記血管造影像の第1の組から、前記解剖学的血管測定値の第1の組を取得するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理システムが、圧力センシング装置と通信し、

前記第1のビュー平面と異なる第2のビュー平面を使用して、前記血管造影イメージングシステムから、前記血管の血管造影像の第2の組を取得し、
前記血管造影像の第2の組から、第2の病変直径、前記病変に近位の第2の近位血管直径及び前記病変から遠位の第2の遠位血管直径を有する解剖学的血管測定値の第2の組を取得するよう構成される、

- 前記処理システムが更に、前記血管造影像の第1の組及び前記血管造影像の第2の組を利用して前記血管の3次元表現を生成するよう構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理システムが更に、前記血管の3次元表現から前記解剖学的血管測定値の第1の組を取得するよう構成される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理システムが圧力センシング装置と通信し、

前記圧力センシング装置から前記血管内の病変の近位における圧力を取得し、

前記第3の病変直径及び前記病変の近位における圧力の少なくとも一方を利用して第3のフロー値を計算するよう構成される、

- 前記処理システムが更に、前記血管の前記第1の冠血流予備量比及び前記血管の前記第2の冠血流予備量比を利用して、前記血管の合成冠血流予備量比を計算するよう構成される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
