Description
a)成形材料からなる第一の外側層であって、該成形材料が、
I. 少なくとも35質量%の、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%の、特に好ましくは少なくとも45質量%の、殊に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%の、より特に好ましくは少なくとも55質量%のポリアミド割合と、
II. 1〜65質量%の、好ましくは2〜60質量%の、特に好ましくは3〜55質量%の、殊に好ましくは4〜50質量%の、より特に好ましくは5〜45質量%の光反射性の充填剤割合と、
を含む前記層と、
b)任意に、熱可塑性成形材料からなる中間層と、
c)成形材料からなる第二の外側層であって、該成形材料が、
I. 少なくとも35質量%の、好ましくは少なくとも40質量%の、特に好ましくは少なくとも45質量%の、殊に好ましくは少なくとも50質量%の、より特に好ましくは少なくとも55質量%のポリアミド割合と、
II. 1〜65質量%の、好ましくは2〜60質量%の、特に好ましくは3〜55質量%の、殊に好ましくは4〜50質量%の、より特に好ましくは5〜45質量%の充填剤割合と、
を有する前記層と、
を有するシートにおいて、前記のパーセント表記は、それぞれ全成形材料に対するものであり、かつ複合シートの改質は、前記a)の層の成形材料において、及び/又は前記c)の層の成形材料において、ポリアミド成分として、ポリエーテルエステルアミド及びポリエーテルアミドから選択されるポリアミドエラストマーを、前記a)の層の成形材料及び/又は前記c)の成形材料が、1〜25質量%の、好ましくは2〜20質量%の、特に好ましくは4〜20質量%のポリアミドエラストマーを含有するように使用することによって行われる前記シートである。
− 1,10−デカン二酸もしくは1,12−ドデカン二酸と4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとからなるポリアミド(PA PACM10及びPA PACM12)であって、35〜65%のトランス,トランス−異性体割合を有する4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンに由来するもの;
− 上述の部分晶質ポリアミドを基礎とするコポリマー;並びに
− 上述の部分晶質ポリアミドと、それと相容性の非晶質ポリアミドとからなるブレンド
である。
− テレフタル酸及び/又はイソフタル酸と、2,2,4−及び2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミンからなる異性体混合物とからのポリアミド、
− イソフタル酸と1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンからのポリアミド、
− テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸と1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンとからなる、場合により4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンとの混合物における混合物からのコポリアミド、
− テレフタル酸及び/又はイソフタル酸、3,3′−ジメチル−4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン及びラウリンラクタムもしくはカプロラクタムからのコポリアミド、
− 1,12−ドデカン二酸もしくはセバシン酸、3,3′−ジメチル−4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン及び場合によりラウリンラクタムもしくはカプロラクタムからの(コ)ポリアミド、
− イソフタル酸、4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン及びラウリンラクタムもしくはカプロラクタムからのコポリアミド、
− 1,12−ドデカン二酸と、4,4′−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン(低いトランス,トランス異性体割合で)とからのポリアミド、
− テレフタル酸及び/又はイソフタル酸と、アルキル置換されたビス(4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン同族体とからの、場合によりヘキサメチレンジアミンとの混合物での(コ)ポリアミド、
− ビス(4−アミノ−3−メチル−5−エチル−シクロヘキシル)メタンと場合により一緒の更なるジアミンと、イソフタル酸と場合により一緒の更なるジカルボン酸とからなるコポリアミド、
− m−キシリレンジアミン及び更なるジアミン、例えばヘキサメチレンジアミンと、イソフタル酸と場合により一緒の更なるジカルボン酸、例えばテレフタル酸及び/又は2,6−ナフタリンジカルボン酸などのジカルボン酸との混合物からのコポリアミド、
− ビス(4−アミノ−シクロヘキシル)メタン及びビス(4−アミノ−3−メチル−シクロヘキシル)メタンと、8〜14個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸との混合物からのコポリアミド、並びに
− 1,14−テトラデカン二酸と、芳香族の、芳香脂肪族のもしくは脂環式のジアミンとを含む混合物からのポリアミドもしくはコポリアミド
である。
・ 前記a)の層と前記c)の層: 15〜100μm、好ましくは25〜50μm
・ 前記b)の層: 100〜500μm、好ましくは150〜400μm
2層の実施形態においては、その層厚は、一般に以下のとおりである:
・ 前記a)の層: 15〜100μm、好ましくは25〜50μm
・ 前記c)の層: 100〜500μm、好ましくは150〜400μm
場合により、前記a)とb)の層間に及び/又は前記b)とc)の層間に存在する付着媒介層は、一般に、3〜40μm、好ましくは5〜25μmの厚さである。
79.25部のVESTAMID(登録商標)L1901 nf(PA12)と、0.5部のIRGANOX(登録商標)1098(立体障害フェノール系酸化防止剤)と、0.2部のTINUVIN(登録商標)312(紫外線吸収剤)と、20部の二酸化チタンSachtleben R 420とを、二軸押出機(Coperion Werner&Pfleiderer ZSK 25 WLE,36 L/D)を用いて220℃のシリンダ温度で混合した。ストランドを、水浴を用いて冷却し、そして切断し、その造粒物を、引き続き80℃で循環空気炉において12時間にわたり乾燥させた。
71.75部のVESTAMID(登録商標)L1901 nfと、7.5部のポリエーテルエステルアミド(63.796質量%のラウリンラクタムと、6.645質量%のドデカン二酸と、29.492質量%のPTHF 1000と、0.067質量%の次亜リン酸(50%)とから製造される)と、0.5部のIRGANOX(登録商標)1098と、0.2部のTINUVIN(登録商標)312と、20部の二酸化チタンSachtleben R 420とを、二軸押出機(Coperion Werner&Pfleiderer ZSK 25 WLE,36 L/D)を用いて220℃のシリンダ温度で混合した。ストランドを、水浴を用いて冷却し、そして切断し、その造粒物を、引き続き80℃で循環空気炉において12時間にわたり乾燥させた。
64.25部のVESTAMID(登録商標)L1901 nfと、15部の、コンパウンド2のときと同じポリエーテルエステルアミドと、0.5部のIRGANOX(登録商標)1098と、0.2部のTINUVIN(登録商標)312と、20部の二酸化チタンSachtleben R 420とを、二軸押出機(Coperion Werner&Pfleiderer ZSK 25 WLE,36 L/D)を用いて220℃のシリンダ温度で混合した。ストランドを、水浴を用いて冷却し、そして切断し、その造粒物を、引き続き80℃で循環空気炉において12時間にわたり乾燥させた。
50.6部のVESTAMID(登録商標)L1901と、26部のMOPLEN HP552L(ホモポリプロピレン、押出型)と、20部のカオリンTEC 110と、3部のKRATON(登録商標)FG1901(無水マレイン酸で変性されたスチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−ブロックコポリマー)と、0.4部のIRGANOX(登録商標)1098とを、二軸押出機(Coperion Werner&Pfleiderer ZSK 25 WLE,36 L/D)を用いて200℃のシリンダ温度で混合した。ストランドを、水浴を用いて冷却し、そして切断し、その造粒物を、引き続き80℃で循環空気炉において12時間にわたり乾燥させた。
Collin社製の多層シート装置(幅広スリットノズル300mm、ギャップ0〜6mm、3層シートもしくは5層シートのための同時押出フィードブロック)を用いて、約230℃の加工温度で、3層シートを製造した。中間層は、250μmに調整し、外側層は、それぞれ50μmに調整した。結果は、第1表中に示されている。
Claims (12)
- 以下の層:
a)成形材料からなる第一の外側層であって、該成形材料が、
I. 少なくとも35質量%のポリアミド割合と、
II. 1〜65質量%の光反射性の充填剤割合と、
を含む前記層と、
c)成形材料からなる第二の外側層であって、該成形材料が、
I. 少なくとも35質量%のポリアミド割合と、
II. 1〜65質量%の充填剤割合と、
を有する前記層と、
(前記のパーセント表記は、それぞれ全成形材料に対するものである)を有する、光起電力モジュールの裏面カバーとして用いるためのシートにおいて、
前記a)の層の成形材料において、及び/又は前記c)の層の成形材料において、ポリアミド成分の1つとして、ポリエーテルエステルアミド及びポリエーテルアミドから選択されるポリアミドエラストマーを、前記a)の層の成形材料及び/又は前記c)の層の成形材料が、1〜25質量%のポリアミドエラストマーを含有するように使用することを特徴とする前記シート。 - 前記a)の層の成形材料及び/又は前記c)の層の成形材料が、2〜20質量%のポリアミドエラストマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシート。
- ポリアミドエラストマーがポリエーテルアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシート。
- 前記a)とc)の層間に、以下の層:
b)熱可塑性の成形材料からなる中間層
が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のシート。 - 前記a)とb)の層間に及び/又は前記b)とc)の層間に、付着媒介層が存在することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシート。
- 前記a)の層と前記c)の層とが、直接順次連続していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 請求項4又は5に記載のシートであって、
− 前記a)の層と前記c)の層が、15〜100μmの厚さを有し、かつ
− 前記b)の層が、100〜500μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、前記シート。 - 1もしくは複数の付着媒介層は、それぞれ3〜40μmの厚さであることを特徴とする、請求項5又は7に記載のシート。
- 請求項6に記載のシートであって、
− 前記a)の層が、15〜100μmの厚さを有し、かつ
− 前記c)の層が、100〜500μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、前記シート。 - 光反射性の充填剤が、二酸化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のシートを、光起電力モジュールの裏面カバーとして用いる使用であって、前記a)の層が、ソーラーセルが埋め込まれているシール層と結合される前記使用。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のシートを裏面カバーとして含む光起電力モジュールであって、前記a)の層が、ソーラーセルが埋め込まれているシール層と結合されている前記モジュール。
