Claims (8)
- 船舶係留用の係留装置であって、基部(2)と、前記基部(2)に支持された可動アーム構造体(3)と、前記可動アーム構造体(3)に支持された枠体(5)と、前記枠体(5)に取り付けられた少なくとも一つの磁石(4)と、を備えた係留装置(1)において、枠体(5)には少なくとも一つの板バネ(6)が設けられており、前記少なくとも一つの磁石(4)は前記少なくとも一つの板バネ(6)によって支持され、
枠体(5)が、可動アーム構造体(3)と接続されるヒンジ(7)を備えており、前記枠体(5)が、ヒンジ(7)を挟む両側に2つの梁材(5’,5’’)を有しており、前記梁材(5’,5’’)のそれぞれが、少なくとも一つの板バネ(6)および前記少なくとも一つの板バネ(6)に取り付けられた磁石(4)を支持すること
を特徴とする係留装置。 - 梁材(5’,5’’)のそれぞれが二つの板バネ(6’,6’’)を備えており、板バネ(6’,6’’)のそれぞれが磁石(4)を支持し、前記二つの板バネ(6’,6’’)が梁材(5)を挟む両側に設けられていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の係留装置。 - 板バネ(6’,6’’)のそれぞれに取り付けられる一つまたは複数の磁石(4)が、梁材(5’,5’’)から距離を空けた位置で前記板バネ(6’,6’’)に接続すること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の係留装置。 - 各梁材(5’,5’’)がH形梁材として形成されており、一つまたは複数の板バネ(6’,6’’)が、一つまたは複数の磁石(4)の裏側で前記H形梁材の脚(9)の一つと接続しており、その接続は、静止状態において一つまたは複数の磁石(4)の表側がH形梁材の反対側の脚(10)と実質的に同一平面となり得る配置となるように成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の係留装置。 - 枠体(5)に取り付けられた一つまたは複数の磁石(4)がヒンジ(7)を基準とする垂直面内で特定の方向を向く傾向を有するように、一つまたは複数のカウンターウェイト(11)が枠体(5)に備えられていること
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の係留装置。 - ヒンジ(7)が玉継ぎ手として構成されていること
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の係留装置。 - 玉継ぎ手(7)が枠体(5)の中心点に接続しており、その接続は、前記枠体を支持する可動アーム構造体(3)の左側と右側とで前記枠体(5)が鏡面対称となる配置を成すようにされていること
を特徴とする請求項6に記載の係留装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の係留装置を1つ以上備えた船舶。
