Claims (7)
- 外部から船舶平衡水の流入を受け、電気分解する円板形態の電極モジュールと、前記電極モジュールの周方向を包み込むように位置し、前記船舶平衡水をフィルタリングする円形リング状のフィルタエレメントと、複数個積層される前記電極モジュールの間に位置し、円形リング及び前記円形リングから螺旋で伸びた形状で形成された翼を含むスペーサとを含む、フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置と、
前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置の前記フィルタエレメントでフィルタリングされ、前記電極モジュールで電気分解され、前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置を通過した船舶平衡水の総残留酸化物(total residual oxidant、TRO)濃度を測定して総残留酸化物質濃度測定結果を出力する第1センサ部と、
二酸化塩素前駆体を用いて、二酸化塩素を発生し、外部から伝達を受けた制御信号に応じて発生された前記二酸化塩素を排出する二酸化塩素発生部と、
前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置を通過した船舶平衡水に紫外線を照射し、TiO2コーティングされた板を含み、前記紫外線と前記TiO2のコーティングされた板の相互作用から生成されたOHラジカルで、前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置を通過した船舶平衡水に含まれた残留微生物を殺菌するUV/TiO2システムと、
中和剤を備え、前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置を通過した船舶平衡水を中和する中和処理装置と、
前記中和処理装置で中和処理された船舶平衡水の総残留酸化物質濃度を測定し、総残留酸化物質濃度の測定結果を出力する第2センサ部と、
そして前記第1センサ部及び前記第2センサ部とそれぞれ接続され、前記第1センサ部及び前記第2センサ部から前記総残留酸化物質濃度の測定結果をそれぞれ受け、伝達の受けた前記総残留酸化物質濃度の測定結果に応じて、船舶平衡水の汚染の程度を判断し、前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置の電気分解強度を制御する制御信号を発生して前記フィルタ及び電気分解部を有する装置に伝達したり、前記二酸化塩素発生部の前記二酸化塩素の発生を制御する制御信号を生成して前記二酸化塩素発生部に伝達したり、または前記中和処理装置の中和剤の投入量を制御する制御信号を発生して前記中和処理装置に伝達する制御部、
