Description
前述の通り、航空機の脚の降着装置には、ギヤアクチュエータの他に、ドアアクチュエータ及びダウンロックリリースアクチュエータを含んでおり、これらのアクチュエータは、脚の揚げ降ろしの際には、順に作動する。そこで、これら複数のアクチュエータに対して作動油を供給する油圧供給源や油圧マニホールドを、共用化することが考えられる。

Claims (4)
- 軸方向の一端側に位置する固定端と他端側に位置する可動端とを有しかつ、作動油の供給を受けて前記軸方向に伸縮することにより前記可動端が前記軸方向に往復動するように構成された片ロッドシリンダと、
前記片ロッドシリンダに作動油を供給するよう構成された油圧ポンプと電動モータとを含む油圧供給源と、
前記片ロッドシリンダと前記油圧供給源との間の油圧回路内に設けられかつ、前記作動油を貯留可能に構成されたリザーバと、を備え、
前記油圧供給源は、前記片ロッドシリンダの前記固定端側の所定位置で、当該片ロッドシリンダの周囲に配置されて一体化され、
前記リザーバは、二重円筒状に構成されかつ、前記油圧供給源よりも前記可動端側の位置で、前記片ロッドシリンダに対して同軸となるように外挿された状態で、前記片ロッドシリンダと一体化され、
前記油圧回路は、前記油圧供給源を複数含んで冗長化されており、
前記複数の油圧供給源はそれぞれ、前記片ロッドシリンダの前記固定端側の所定位置に配置されている電動油圧アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動油圧アクチュエータにおいて、
前記片ロッドシリンダは、シリンダ本体と、当該シリンダ本体の端部から前記軸方向に沿うように突出しかつ、前記シリンダ本体よりも小径のシリンダエンドとを含んでおり、
前記固定端は、前記シリンダエンドの突出端に設けられ、
前記リザーバは、前記シリンダ本体に対して同軸となるように外挿され、
前記油圧供給源は、前記シリンダ本体と前記固定端との間で、前記シリンダエンドの周囲に配置されている電動油圧アクチュエータ。 - 請求項2に記載の電動油圧アクチュエータにおいて、
前記油圧回路内に設けられかつ、前記油圧供給源と前記片ロッドシリンダとの間の油圧の供給を制御する油圧マニホールドをさらに備え、
前記油圧マニホールドは、前記油圧供給源と共に、前記シリンダエンドの周囲に配置されている電動油圧アクチュエータ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電動油圧アクチュエータにおいて、
前記片ロッドシリンダは、航空機の降着装置における脚の揚降を行うためのアクチュエータである電動油圧アクチュエータ。
