Description
The present invention relates to an aqueous gel composition comprising a (alkyl acrylate / steare methacrylate-20) copolymer, a betaine amphoteric surfactant, an oily component which is liquid at 25 ° C., and a basic substance. More specifically, the aqueous gel composition is easy to take out by hand or finger, and moreover, the greater the force applied when massaging on the skin, the higher the viscosity and vice versa. Accordingly, the viscoelasticity of the aqueous gel composition changes, and the skin has a moist feeling after washing.
In general, an aqueous gel-like composition is a dosage form characterized by containing many aqueous components, and is used for cosmetics such as massages, cleansings, hair-styling agents, and pharmaceuticals such as gel-like ointments. It is also applied to agents. In particular, massage is useful as a preparation that has a significant effect on promoting blood circulation, relieving tension, and recovering muscle fatigue by applying an appropriate load at the time of application, but to suppress irritation to the skin surface due to friction. In addition, it is necessary as a use characteristic that fingers and palms move smoothly on the skin surface, and it is often used as an aqueous gel composition.
Therefore, the gelling agent used in the aqueous gel composition is a component that affects the usability and viscoelastic properties of the composition. For example, there is a detergent composition using a specific anionic surfactant and a water-swellable clay mineral, an anionic polymer and a specific amphoteric surfactant (for example, see Patent Document 1). In addition, an aqueous preparation (see, for example, Patent Document 2) that increases the adhesiveness to the skin by using a foaming surfactant and a water-soluble polymer to increase the viscosity, and a phase transition is likely to occur while the viscosity is high. A high internal phase oil-in-water preparation (see, for example, Patent Document 3) containing a large amount of liquid oil having a smooth spread has been developed. In addition, a gel-like composition (for example, see Patent Document 4) and the like, which has good stretchability by combining a metal soap and a water-soluble polymer and has excellent water retention on the skin, has been developed.
However, although the technique of Patent Document 1 discloses a detergent composition having excellent foaming power and the like, although it is possible to impart viscosity according to the compounding component, it has a specific viscosity as in the present invention. It was not sufficient in terms of obtaining elasticity. In the techniques of Patent Documents 2 and 3, since the viscosity is high, it can be easily taken out by hand or finger. However, in the case of Patent Document 2, the effect of massage may be reduced due to poor expansion and spread. In the case of a high internal phase oil-in-water preparation that easily undergoes phase transition, the slipping effect on the skin was too good after the phase transition. The technique of Patent Document 4 is not sufficient for massaging although it has a high spread and a high water retention property when used.
Although there are conventional techniques as described above, it is easy to take out from the container with your hand or finger, and it does not slip too much on the skin when used, and also has a good stretch spread, that is, it has an appropriate viscosity and massages on the skin The viscoelasticity of the aqueous gel-like composition changes depending on the force applied by the hand when it is done, and the viscosity of the composition increases, resulting in a resistance to the skin. However, there is no one that improves the effect of the skin and that is excellent in the moist feeling of the skin after being washed away.
In view of this situation, the present inventors have intensively studied to solve the above problems. Although the nonionic polymer in the aqueous gelling agent examined at the beginning is excellent in salt resistance, it may cause a sticky feeling on the skin during use. As a result of investigation including the ionic polymer, (alkyl acrylate / steale methacrylate-20) ) We decided to develop and examine the neutralized product of the copolymer based on this as having excellent usability without causing stickiness. However, the neutralized product alone may not be excellent as a massage effect, and as a result of studying the added components, a combination of betaine-type amphoteric surfactants and making them a specific ratio increases the force applied. It was found that the material exhibits a specific viscoelastic behavior such as dilatancy, with higher viscosity and lower viscosity. Furthermore, by adding a liquid oily component at 25 ° C., an aqueous gel composition having an excellent moist feeling after washing off is obtained, and the composition is found to be excellent in stability over time, thereby completing the present invention. It came to.

Component (A) is a copolymer of an alkyl acrylate ester and a methacrylic acid (polyoxyethylene monoalkyl ether) ester, and the average number of polyoxyethylene additions is 20.
The (alkyl acrylate / steale methacrylate-20) copolymer of component (A) may be used by dispersing the polymer in water, but it is preferred to use the emulsion polymerized monomer in water and used as an emulsion polymer. As such an emulsion polymer, the solid content concentration is preferably 20 to 40%, and specifically, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, alkyl acrylate (C1 to C4) or alkyl methacrylate (C1 to C4). ) And a commercially available product such as aculine 22 (solid content 30%, water 70%), which is an emulsion of a copolymer of at least one monomer and a polyoxyethylene (20 mol) stearyl ether and methacrylic acid ester. It is done.
The amount of component (A) in the aqueous gel composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 to 10% by mass (hereinafter, mass% is simply abbreviated as “%”), 0.1 to 5% is particularly preferable. When the component (A) is blended in this range, it is easy to take out by hand or finger, and according to the applied force, the higher the force applied when massaging on the skin, the higher the viscosity and vice versa. Thus, an aqueous gel-like composition having the characteristic that the viscoelasticity of the aqueous gel-like composition changes can be obtained.
The betaine-type amphoteric surfactant of the component (B) to be blended in the aqueous gel composition of the present invention is a component that can change the gel characteristics when used together with the component (A). This is thought to be due to the interaction between the anionic part of component (A) and the amphoteric part of component (B). The betaine-type amphoteric surfactant used for such component (B) is not particularly limited. For example, coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyl betaine, octyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, lauryldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, lauric acid amidopropyl betaine, coconut Oil fatty acid alkyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, myristyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, cetyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, lauric acid amidopropyldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, lauryl dihydroxyethylaminoacetic acid betaine, cetyldihydroxyethylamino Carbobetaine-type amphoteric surfactants such as betaine acetate, sulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactants such as coconut oil alkyl sulfobetaine, lauryl sulfobetaine, It can be mentioned, and these can be used singly or in combination.
Of these components (B), coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyl betaine, lauryldimethylaminoacetic acid betaine, and lauric acid amidopropyl betaine are particularly preferred. As a commercially available product, Marpovister CAP-X (manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Seiyaku Co., Ltd.), Rikabion A-100 (manufactured by Shin Nippon Rika Co., Ltd.), Rikabion B-300 (manufactured by Shin Nippon Rika Co., Ltd.) can be used.
Although the compounding quantity of the component (B) in the aqueous gel-like composition of this invention is not specifically limited, 0.01-20% is preferable and 0.05-10% is more preferable. When component (B) is blended in this range, it can be applied to the skin without dripping, and the viscoelasticity of the aqueous gel composition changes according to the force applied by hand when massaging on the skin. A water-based gel-like composition having characteristics and excellent moist feeling after washing off can be obtained.
Moreover, in this invention, it is necessary to set it as the range of a component (A): component (B) = 20: 1 to 1: 2 by a mixing | blending mass ratio with a component (A) and a component (B). This is easy to take with hands and fingers, and according to the force applied, the higher the force applied when massaging on the skin, the higher the viscosity and vice versa, the lower the viscosity. The characteristic that the viscoelasticity can be obtained can be obtained, and if it exceeds this ratio, it becomes a composition that is difficult to take out, so it cannot be massaged, and if it is less than this ratio, the viscosity of the composition is low. It may become difficult to take out with a hand or a finger. As such a ratio, more preferably, component (A): component (B) = 10: 1 to 2: 1, and further component (A): component (B) = 5: 1 to 3: 1 Preferably there is. By setting it as this range, according to the force added by hand, the characteristic that the viscoelasticity of this aqueous gel-like composition changes can be made more remarkable.
The oily component that is liquid at 25 ° C. of the component (C) of the present invention is used together with the aforementioned component (B), so that the viscoelasticity of the aqueous gel composition is reduced by interacting with the aforementioned component (A). It is a component that changes, and further improves the moist feeling of the skin after washing. The compounding quantity of such a component (C) is 0.001-1%, and 0.1-0.5% is especially preferable. If it is less than 0.001%, the viscosity becomes high, it becomes difficult to massage, and the moist feeling of washing off becomes worse, which is not preferable. If it exceeds 1%, the viscosity is low and it is difficult to take it out with hands or fingers, and the skin becomes sticky after washing.

10 panelists specializing in cosmetic evaluation massaged 5 g of the aqueous gel composition of Examples and Comparative Examples on the skin of 20 cm width on the inner side of the forearm while sliding 15 times for 5 seconds with a finger, and then the aqueous gel composition With the object placed on the arm, each panel was evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria for the degree of dripping of the composition when the arm was placed perpendicular to the ground for 10 seconds, and the average of all panel scores Points were determined according to the following criteria.
In addition, the dripping degree was measured as a moving distance from the lowest point of the composition on the skin.
This evaluation is a method for evaluating the characteristic that the viscoelasticity of the gel composition changes according to the force applied by the hand when applied to the skin, which is a feature of the present invention. Specifically, it is an evaluation method for increasing the viscosity of the composition by applying force and performing massage, and more effectively obtaining a massage effect.

As is apparent from the results of Tables 1 to 3, the aqueous gel compositions of Examples 1 to 15 which are the products of the present invention have “ease of taking out with hands and fingers” and “massage characteristics (viscosity by massage”). Evaluation of change)) “Excellent cosmetics for all items of“ moist skin after washing ”. In particular, in Examples 1 to 15 in which good results were obtained in "massage characteristics (evaluation of viscosity change by massage)", different massage effects can be obtained due to differences in massage implementation methods due to differences in how to apply force. It was an unprecedented superior aqueous gel composition. On the other hand, none of the aqueous gel compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 6 containing the component (A) were excellent in that good results were not obtained in the item of “massage characteristics (evaluation of viscosity change by massage)”. The massage effect was not obtained. Further, Comparative Example 7 using an anionic surfactant instead of the component (B) could not be formulated and could not be evaluated. In Comparative Example 8 containing a cationic surfactant, good results were not obtained in the items of “massage characteristics (evaluation of viscosity change by massage)” and “moist skin feeling after washing”. Further, Comparative Example 9 in which an excessive amount of the component (C) was blended did not give a good result in the item of “massage characteristics (evaluation of viscosity change by massage)”. Comparative Example 10 in which the blending amount of component (C) was less than that of the invention product was good in terms of “massage characteristics (evaluation of viscosity change by massage)” and “moist skin feeling after washing”. Was not obtained.
