Description
Claims (13)
- 航空機胴体であって、当該航空機胴体のアウトボード部上に機体外板を有する航空機胴体と、
前記航空機胴体の一部を通って延びるウィングボックスであって、封止され、加圧可能とされたウィングボックスと、
前記ウィングボックスの外面及び前記機体外板に固定して取り付けられた少なくとも一対の取り付け部材及び取り付け用リンク部材と、を含み、
前記取り付け部材は、前記機体外板からインボード距離離間した遠位端を有するインボード延出部を含み、
前記取り付けリンク部材は、前記インボード延出部の前記遠位端及び前記ウィングボックスの前記外面に連結されている、航空機。 - 前記取り付け部材は、複数の留め具によって、前記ウィングボックスの垂直外面に固定されている、請求項1に記載の航空機。
- 前記ウィングボックスの前記垂直外面は、
前記ウィングボックスの前面、または、
前記ウィングボックスの後面、の一方をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の航空機。 - 前記複数の留め具は、前記ウィングボックスの内部キャビティの外側に設けられている、請求項2又は3に記載の航空機。
- 航空機胴体であって、当該航空機胴体のアウトボード部上に機体外板を有する航空機胴体と、
前記航空機胴体の一部を通って延びるウィングボックスであって、封止され、加圧可能とされたウィングボックスと、
前記ウィングボックスの外面及び前記機体外板に固定して取り付けられた少なくとも一対の取り付け部材及び取り付け用リンク部材と、を含み、
前記取り付け部材は、インボード延出部を含み、
前記取り付けリンク部材は、前記インボード延出部と前記ウィングボックスの前記外面とに連結されている、航空機。 - 前記取り付け部材は、
前記航空機胴体の前記機体外板に連結された上方延出部と、
前記航空機胴体の前記機体外板及び前記ウィングボックスに連結された下方延出部と、をさらに含み、
前記取り付け部材の前記上方延出部及び下方延出部は、固定して取り付けられている、
請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の航空機。 - 前記ウィングボックスは、前記ウィングボックスの内部キャビティ内に配置されたウィング燃料容器をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の航空機。
- ウィングボックスを作製することと、
前記ウィングボックスに連結する航空機胴体を作製することと、
前記ウィングボックスの外面または前記航空機胴体のアウトボード部の少なくとも一方に少なくとも1つの取り付け部材を取り付けることと、
前記航空機胴体を前記ウィングボックスに固定して取り付けるためにアラインメントすることと、
前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材を介して、前記ウィングボックスに前記航空機胴体を留め具で締結することと、
前記ウィングボックスの外面及び前記航空機胴体における機体外板に、取り付け用リンク部材と前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材とを固定して取り付けることであって、前記取り付けリンク部材は、前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材におけるインボード延出部と前記ウィングボックスの前記外面とに連結されていることと、を含む、航空機の製造方法。 - 前記ウィングボックスの前記外面に前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材を取り付けた後で、
前記ウィングボックスに前記航空機胴体を締結する前に、
前記ウィングボックスの内部キャビティに対して耐圧試験を行うこと、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記ウィングボックスの前記外面における、前記航空機胴体の前記アウトボード部から所定距離の位置に、前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材の前記インボード延出部を取り付けることをさらに含む、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの取り付け部材を取り付けることは、
前記ウィングボックスの垂直外面のうちの前面または後面の1つに、少なくとも1つの取り付け部材を取り付けること、をさらに含む、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記ウィングボックスに前記航空機胴体を取り付けることは、
締結中に前記留め具が前記ウィングボックスの内部キャビティに入るのを防止することをさらに含む、請求項8〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材は、上方延出部及び下方延出部を含み、少なくとも1つの取り付け部材を取り付けることは、
前記上方延出部を前記航空機胴体の前記アウトボード部に取り付けることと、
前記下方延出部をウィングボックスの前記外面に取り付けること、とをさらに含み、
前記ウィングボックスに前記航空機胴体を取り付けることは、前記少なくとも1つの取り付け部材の前記上方延出部及び前記下方延出部を介して、前記航空機胴体を前記ウィングボックスに留め具で締結することをさらに含む、請求項8〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
