Description
(1)酸化プラチナ触媒の存在下、エタノール中でアセトンを2−アミノエタノールおよび1−2atmの水素と反応させて、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールを製造する方法(非特許文献1)。
(2)パラジウム−カーボン触媒の存在下、メタノール中で2−アミノエタノールと4.5MPaの水素の混合物に対しアセトンを反応させて、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールを製造する方法(特許文献1)。
ガスクロマトグラフ:島津製作所製GC−2010
カラム:J&W社製、HP−1,50m、内径0.32mm,膜厚1.05μm
温度:50℃→(10℃/min)→250℃
転化率(%)=反応した2−アミノエタノール(モル)/反応に供給した2−アミノエタノール(モル)×100
収率(%)=生成した2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノール(モル)/反応に供給した2−アミノエタノール(モル)×100
内径20mmの反応管に、触媒として1重量%パラジウム−アルミナペレット(エヌ・イー ケムキャット製、直径3.2mm×高さ3mmの円柱形)を520ml詰め、その上下にカーボランダムを各々100cmの長さに詰めた。この反応管を128〜132℃に昇温して、上部から水素1l/minと窒素1l/minの混合物を1時間流して触媒の前処理を行った。触媒の前処理終了後、この反応管に2−アミノエタノール、アセトンおよび水素の混合物(混合モル比、2−アミノエタノール:アセトン:水素=1:4:9)をLHSV=0.5g/cc−触媒・hr(2−アミノエタノールとアセトンの混合物)で上部から流して、128〜132℃で反応させた。反応管から排出される反応ガスを冷却した水に吸収させた後、その吸収液をガスクロマトグラフィーで分析した。反応開始から95〜99時間の2−アミノエタノールの平均転化率は100%、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの平均収率(2−アミノエタノール基準)は、96.0%であった。
0.5重量%プラチナ−アルミナペレット(エヌ・イー ケムキャット製、直径3.2mm×高さ3mmの円柱形)を触媒に用い、モル比を2−アミノエタノール:アセトン:水素=1:3:9とし、LHSVを0.58g/cc−触媒・hr(2−アミノエタノールとアセトンの混合物)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして反応した。反応開始から77〜93時間の2−アミノエタノールの平均転化率は100%、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの平均収率(2−アミノエタノール基準)は、95.7%であった。
触媒に酸化銅・酸化亜鉛Actisorb(登録商標)301(ズードケミー製、直径1.5mm押し出し成形品)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして反応した。その結果、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの収率は、5%以下であった。
触媒にγ−アルミナ(住友化学製、直径2〜4mm球状)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして反応した。その結果、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの収率は、5%以下であった。
触媒に安定化ニッケル(日揮化学製、直径2.8mm×高さ2.8mmの円柱形)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして反応した。その結果、2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの収率は、5%以下であった。
Claims (9)
- 貴金属を含有する触媒の存在下、アセトン、2−アミノエタノールおよび水素を気相接触反応させることを特徴とする2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒が、パラジウム、プラチナおよびルテニウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の貴金属を含有する触媒である請求項1に記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒が、使用前に還元処理した貴金属を含有する触媒である請求項1に記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒が、使用前に水素還元処理した貴金属を含有する触媒である請求項1に記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒が、使用前に100〜150℃で水素還元処理した貴金属を含有する触媒である請求項1に記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒が、担体に担持させた貴金属を含有する触媒である請求項1に記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 担体が、アルミナ、シリカおよびシリカ−アルミナからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の担体である請求項6に記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 100〜150℃で気相接触反応させることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
- 貴金属を含有する触媒の存在下、アセトン、2−アミノエタノールおよび水素を気相接触反応させて得られる反応ガスを、水に吸収させることを特徴とする2−(イソプロピルアミノ)エタノールの製造方法。
