Description
第一貫通穴が形成された前記ケースの天部と、
この天部上からこの天部に組み合わされる第二貫通穴を備えた挟持部材との間で、
前記第一貫通穴にはめ込まれて内部を前記第二貫通穴に連通させる筒状シール体の一部を挟持させてなり、
前記挟持部材上に前記第二貫通穴を開閉する上部弁体を備えてなる、ものとした。
(1)前記フロート1’の上昇時に前記第一貫通穴2bを閉塞するシール部11a
(2)前記フロート1’主体の一部に対して引っかかって前記傾動の中心となる引っかかり部11b
(3)前記シール部11aの裏側において突出する当接部11c
(4)前記傾動時に前記筒状シール体7の下端に当接する支点部11d

Claims (5)
- 下部弁体を構成するフロートと、これを収納するケースとを有し、燃料タンクの通気流路の一部を構成する弁装置であって、
第一貫通穴が形成された前記ケースの天部と、
この天部上からこの天部に組み合わされる第二貫通穴を備えた挟持部材との間で、
前記第一貫通穴にはめ込まれて内部を前記第二貫通穴に連通させる筒状シール体の一部を挟持させてなり、
前記挟持部材上に前記第二貫通穴を開閉する上部弁体を備えてなる、弁装置。 - 前記筒状シール体の一部を、前記天部と前記挟持部材との間に挟持される外鍔部とさせてなる、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記上部弁体は、タンク内外の圧力差により開閉されるチェックバルブを構成する弁体となっている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記上部弁体は、自重により着座して前記第二貫通穴を閉弁し、タンク内の圧力上昇により離座して前記第二貫通穴を開弁する構成となっている、請求項3に記載の弁装置。
- 前記ケースの天部及び前記挟持部材のいずれか一方に、これらの他方に設けた被係合部に係合される係合爪を備えさせてなる、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
