Description
この技術は、例えば特許文献1、2に開示されている。
上記したように、着座時、離席時、および自動車の振動を座席が吸収するようにシート部が変形する時などに、立ち上がり部の座席芯材とクッション層が相対的に動くことに起因して、擦れ音が生じることがある。
(1)硬質合成樹脂発泡体からなる座席芯材と、該座席芯材を被覆する軟質合成樹脂発泡体からなるクッション層とを備えるシート部の上記座席芯材において、上記クッション層と接触し、身体のふくらはぎに対向する該座席芯材の立ち上がり部に、座席芯材の立ち上がり方向に延在する複数の突条を設けたことを特徴とする、座席芯材。
(2)上記突条がそれぞれ平行に形成され、その突条の座席芯材の立ち上がり方向の長さが少なくとも突条の幅の10倍以上であることを特徴とする、上記(1)に記載の座席芯材。
(3)上記突条がそれぞれ連続する突条として座席芯材の立ち上がり方向に延在していることを特徴とする、上記(1)又は(2)に記載の座席芯材。
(4)上記突条の高さが0.1〜3mm、突条の幅が0.1〜1mm、溝幅が0.5〜4mm、突条ピッチが1〜5mmであることを特徴とする、上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の座席芯材。
(5)上記座席芯材を形成する硬質合成樹脂発泡体がポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡体であることを特徴とする、上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の座席芯材。
(6)上記クッション層を形成する軟質合成樹脂発泡体がポリウレタン系樹脂発泡体であることを特徴とする、上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の座席芯材。
(7)上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の座席芯材と、該座席芯材を被覆する軟質合成樹脂発泡体からなるクッション層とからなるシート部。
(8)上記(7)に記載のシート部と背もたれとを有する座席。
また、シート部の立ち上がり部における座席芯材とクッション層の上下方向の滑りが促進されることで、クッション層のねじれや横ズレを防止することができる。
図2、図3に示すように、座席芯材4には、その周面の立ち上がり部7に立ち上がり方向9に向けて複数の突条10が設けられている。また図2に示すように、アンチサブマリーン構造とするために、座席芯材4の水平部6の身体の臀部が当接する部分には、後ろ下がりの(すなわち前上がりの)凹部11が形成されている。

縞板模様:突起高さ0.4mm、溝幅(d)0.8mm、溝の長手方向の長さ(e)3mm、溝ピッチ(f)4mm
ひし形シボ:突起高さ0.4mm、溝幅(g)0.8mm、突起幅(i)1.2mm、突条ピッチ(j)2mm
ドットシボ:ドット高さ0.2mm、ドット直径(k)1.2mm、ドットピッチ(m)2mm
ドットシボ(高):ドット高さ0.4mm、ドット直径(k)1.2mm、ドットピッチ(m)2mm
縦シボ(本発明):突条高さ(h)0.4mm、突条幅(w1)0.4mm、溝幅(w2)1.0mm、突条ピッチ(p)1.4mm
すなわち、本発明に係る座席芯材の突条を施したものが、最も擦れ音の減少効果が観測された。

Claims (8)
- 硬質合成樹脂発泡体からなる座席芯材と、該座席芯材を被覆する軟質合成樹脂発泡体からなるクッション層とを備えるシート部の上記座席芯材において、上記クッション層と接触し、身体のふくらはぎに対向する該座席芯材の立ち上がり部に、座席芯材の立ち上がり方向に延在する複数の突条を設けたことを特徴とする、座席芯材。
- 上記突条がそれぞれ平行に形成され、その突条の座席芯材の立ち上がり方向の長さが少なくとも突条の幅の10倍以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の座席芯材。
- 上記突条がそれぞれ連続する突条として座席芯材の立ち上がり方向に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の座席芯材。
- 上記突条の高さが0.1〜3mm、突条の幅が0.1〜1mm、溝幅が0.5〜4mm、突条ピッチが1〜5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の座席芯材。
- 上記座席芯材を形成する硬質合成樹脂発泡体がポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の座席芯材。
- 上記クッション層を形成する軟質合成樹脂発泡体がポリウレタン系樹脂発泡体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の座席芯材。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の座席芯材と、該座席芯材を被覆する軟質合成樹脂発泡体からなるクッション層とからなるシート部。
- 請求項7に記載のシート部と背もたれとを有する座席。
