Claims (10)
- ハンドピースシステムであって、
超音波ハンドピースであって、
超音波振動を生成するように構成される振動源と、
前記超音波振動を超音波運動に変換するように構成されるホーンと、を備える、超音波ハンドピースと、
前記ホーンに連結され、前記超音波運動に従って移動するように構成される、スパチュラと、を備え、
前記スパチュラが、中心軸を有するスパチュラハンドルと、ブレードと、を備え、
前記ブレードが、前記スパチュラハンドルの遠位端から延びる近位部分と、前記近位部分の遠位端から延びるブレード先端と、を備え、
前記近位部分の厚み方向の中心軸は、前記スパチュラハンドルの前記中心軸に対して、厚み方向に切断した断面において、30度以下の角度を有し、
前記ブレード先端の厚み方向の中心軸は、前記スパチュラハンドルの前記中心軸に対して、厚み方向に切断した断面において、20度から60度の間の角度を有し、
前記近位部分及び前記ブレード先端を含む前記ブレードが、前記スパチュラハンドルの幅よりも大きい幅を有している、
ハンドピースシステム。 - 前記超音波運動は、長手方向の運動を含む、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記超音波運動は、ねじれ運動を含む、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、0.2ミリメートル(mm)〜0.8mmのブレード幅を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、1mm〜10mmのブレード長を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、20〜70度の先端角度を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、湾曲した縁部を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、鋸歯状の縁部を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、前記ブレードの幅方向に対して傾斜した上表面および平坦な下表面を伴う断面を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
- 前記スパチュラは、前記ブレードの幅方向に対して傾斜した上表面および前記ブレードの前記幅方向に対して傾斜した下表面を伴う断面を有する、請求項1に記載のハンドピースシステム。
