Claims (7)
- 内部に装着空間が形成され、外部に連結した貫通ホールが形成されたハウジング、
前記装着空間の内側面の長さ方向に設けられるスライドパッド、
前記スライドパッドの内側面とスライドして前後に動くように前記装着空間の内部に配置されるスライダー、
1端部は前記貫通ホールを通して前記スライダーに連結され、他端部は前記貫通ホールの外部に引き出される作動ロッド、及び
前記作動ロッドと共に前記スライダーを前後に動かす駆動部、を含み、
前記スライドパッドの1端部には前記スライダーの動きを制限するストッパーが前記スライドパッドと一体に形成されると共に、
前記スライダーとスライドされる前記スライドパッドの内側表面には潤滑剤ポケットが形成され、
前記スライドパッドは、
前記装着空間の内側の一側面に配置される第1部材、及び
前記第1部材を折曲して一体に形成される第2部材、を含み、
前記ストッパーは前記第1部材の1端部に形成され、前記潤滑剤ポケットは前記第2部材の表面に形成され、
前記潤滑剤ポケットは前記第2部材の表面に形成されることを特徴とするクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記スライドパッドの1端部を折曲してスライドパッドと一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記スライドパッドの外側面の一側には固定突起が突出して形成され、
前記ハウジングには前記固定突起と締結される突起溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記突起溝は、前記ハウジングの1端部に形成されたフランジ面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記潤滑剤ポケットは、前記スライダーの移動方向に設定された間隔を有して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記駆動部を制御する制御部、をさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
エンジンを始動させるためのキーオンシグナル(key on signal)を感知する段階、
前記駆動部を制御して前記作動ロッドを動かしながら、クラッチの作動開始点(KP:kissing point)または作動完了点(LU:lock up)を感知する段階、
前記スライダーが前記ストッパーに止まる地点である基準点(BP:base point)を探す段階、及び
前記作動ロッドを1方向に移動して設定された初期点(IP:initial point)を探す段階、を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
- 前記駆動部は、
モータの回転軸の長さ方向に移動可能なように配置され、1端部は前記作動ロッドの1端部と連結するリードスクリューを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチアクチュエータユニット。
