Claims (4)
- 光電変換部と、前記光電変換部の上に配された第1及び第2の電極とを有する複数の太陽電池と、
第1の方向に沿って配された隣り合う前記太陽電池のうちの一方の太陽電池の前記第1の電極と、他方の太陽電池の前記第2の電極とを電気的に接続している配線材と、
樹脂接着剤の硬化物と前記硬化物中に分散された導電性微粒子を含み、前記配線材と前記太陽電池とを接着している接着層と、
を備え、
前記第1及び第2の電極は、それぞれ、前記第1の方向に沿って延びた複数の第1のフィンガー部および前記第1の方向に沿って延びた複数の第2のフィンガー部と、前記複数の第1のフィンガー部に電気的に接続された線状の第1のバスバー部と、前記複数の第2のフィンガー部に電気的に接続されており、かつ、前記第1のバスバー部の延びる方向における前記第1のバスバー部の外側に配された第2のバスバー部とを有し、
前記配線材は、絶縁性基板と、前記絶縁性基板に設けられた配線とを有し、前記一方の太陽電池の前記第1の電極の前記第2のバスバー部と、前記他方の太陽電池の前記第2の電極の前記第2のバスバー部とは、前記配線で覆われる部分と前記配線で覆われていない部分とを有するように配置され、
前記配線は、前記接着層により前記太陽電池の前記複数の第1のフィンガー部に接着されている被接着部を有し、
前記被接着部は、前記第1のフィンガー部の上と、前記光電変換部の前記第1のフィンガー部が設けられていない部分の上とに跨がって設けられている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1及び第2の電極は、共に、前記光電変換部の一の主面の上に配されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1のバスバー部の電気抵抗は、前記第2のバスバー部の電気抵抗より高い、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1のバスバー部の幅は、前記第2のバスバー部の幅よりも小さい、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
