Description
納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物のACE活性への影響について、試験管内での酵素反応系を用いて検討した。蒸留水で希釈した各濃度のサンプル溶液10μlを添加し全量を130μl/反応ウェルとした。
阻害率は以下の計算式から求めた。阻害率=1−(サンプルの吸光度−サンプルのブランクの吸光度)/(コントロールの吸光度−コントロールのブランクの吸光度)。コントロールを100として溶媒と濃度に関連して、相対的のACE阻害率を表2に示した。
納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物のACEへの影響について、動物実験においてTail−cuff法を用いて検討した。
Claims (3)
- 納豆菌を用いたマコンブ発酵物を有効成分として含有する血圧上昇抑制用組成物。
- 前記マコンブ発酵物の抽出物を有効成分として含有する、請求項1に記載の血圧上昇抑制用組成物。
- 機能性食品、食品素材、ペットフード、飲食品又は医薬品の形態で用いられる、請求項1又は2に記載の血圧上昇抑制用組成物。
