Description
Claims (20)
- ハウジングと、起動機構と、作動機構と、プランジャおよびニードルアセンブリを有するシリンジカートリッジとを備える自動注入器であって、
前記作動機構が、第1の作動スプリングと、第1の作動ピルと、第2の作動スプリングと、第2の作動ピルとを備え、初期構成において、前記第1の作動スプリングが、実質的に前記第1の作動ピルの上部内で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にあり、前記第2の作動スプリングが、前記第1の作動ピルと前記第2の作動ピルとの間で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にあり、
前記第1の作動ピルおよび前記第2の作動ピルが、前記ハウジング内にあるとともに、前記第1の作動ピルの1つ以上のコネクタ突起と前記第2の作動ピルの1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジとの間の係合によって互いに取り外し可能に接続されており、
前記第1の作動ピルが、前記第1の作動ピルの基端に、前記ハウジングの内側基端のロックプラトーと最初に係合する1つ以上のロックフックを有する、自動注入器。 - 前記ハウジングが上側ハウジングと下側ハウジングとを備え、前記上側ハウジング、前記下側ハウジング、前記第1の作動ピル、および前記第2の作動ピルが略円筒状である、請求項1に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記起動機構が、前記ロックフックを前記ハウジングの前記ロックプラトーから離脱させるように、前記第1の作動ピルの前記1つ以上のロックフックと係合できる、請求項1に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記1つ以上のコネクタ突起がそれぞれ、前記ハウジングの内面に沿う長手方向チャネルと接続する突出部を有する、請求項1に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記ハウジングの内面上に1つ以上の凹部を更に備え、前記コネクタ突起の前記突出部が前記凹部と接続すると、前記凹部内への前記突出部の拡張により、前記第1の作動ピルの前記1つ以上のコネクタ突起が、前記第2の作動ピルの前記1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジから離脱できる、請求項4に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記シリンジカートリッジが、引き込み可能なニードルを備える引き込み可能なシリンジである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記プランジャが、前記ニードルの引き込みを容易にするように前記ニードルと係合できる、請求項6に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記引き込みが付勢部材によって促進される、請求項7に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記プランジャが、スプリングである付勢部材と、プランジャ内部と、プランジャ外部と、1つ以上のロック部材とを備え、前記プランジャ内部および前記プランジャ外部が、前記付勢部材を解放可能に初期のエネルギー蓄積状態に維持するように協働し、引き込み可能なニードルが、前記プランジャ内部によって係合可能なカニューレおよびニードル本体を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器を組み立てる方法であって、該方法が、
(i)第1の作動ピルと第2の作動ピルとの間で第2の作動スプリングを圧縮するとともに、前記第1の作動ピルの1つ以上のコネクタ突起と前記第2の作動ピルの1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジとを取り外し可能に係合させることによって前記第2の作動スプリングを圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にロックするステップと、
(ii)第1の作動スプリングをハウジング内に挿入するとともに、前記第1の作動ピルの1つ以上のロックフックと前記ハウジングのロックプラトーとを取り外し可能に係合させることによって前記ハウジングと前記第1の作動ピルとの間で前記第1の作動スプリングを圧縮するステップであって、前記第1の作動スプリングが、実質的に前記第1の作動ピルの上部内で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態に最初に維持される、ステップと、
(iii)プランジャとニードルアセンブリとを備えるシリンジカートリッジを、前記プランジャの基端が前記第2の作動ピルと接触するように前記ハウジング内へ挿入するステップとを備える方法。 - 起動機構を前記ハウジングに取り付けるステップを更に備え、前記起動機構が、起動時に前記第1の作動ピルの前記1つ以上のロックフックと接触するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器を動作させる方法であって、該方法が、
(i)第1の作動ピルの1つ以上のロックフックをハウジングのロックプラトーから離脱させるステップであり、そのような離脱により、第1の作動スプリングが、初期のエネルギー蓄積状態からほぼ前記ハウジングの長手方向軸線に沿って拡張できる、ステップと、
(ii)前記第1の作動ピルの1つ以上のコネクタ突起を第2の作動ピルの対応する接続ブリッジから離脱させるステップであり、そのような離脱により、第2の作動スプリングが、初期のエネルギー蓄積状態からほぼ前記ハウジングの長手方向軸線に沿って拡張できる、ステップと、
(iii)プランジャと、カニューレおよびニードル本体を有する引き込み可能なニードルを備えるニードルアセンブリとを備えるシリンジカートリッジの引き込み機構を起動させて、前記引き込み可能なニードルを引き込むステップとを備える方法。 - 前記自動注入器の前記プランジャを動作させて物質を受容体へ送出するステップを更に備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ステップ(i)の前に、起動機構のロックを解除して、前記起動機構を起動させるステップを更に備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ハウジングと、起動機構と、作動機構と、プランジャおよびニードルアセンブリを有するシリンジカートリッジとを備える自動注入器であって、
前記作動機構が、第1の作動スプリングと、第1の作動ピルと、第2の作動スプリングと、第2の作動ピルとを備え、
前記第1の作動ピルおよび前記第2の作動ピルが、前記ハウジング内にあるとともに、前記第1の作動ピルの1つ以上のコネクタ突起と前記第2の作動ピルの1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジとの間の係合によって互いに取り外し可能に接続され、
初期構成において、前記第1の作動スプリングが、実質的に前記第1の作動ピルの上部内で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にあり、前記第2の作動スプリングが、前記第1の作動ピルと前記第2の作動ピルとの間で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にあり、前記シリンジカートリッジが、引き込み可能なニードルアセンブリを備える引き込み可能なシリンジであり、前記プランジャが、前記引き込み可能なニードルアセンブリの引き込みを容易にするように前記引き込み可能なニードルアセンブリと係合できる、自動注入器。 - 前記ハウジングが上側ハウジングと下側ハウジングとを備え、前記上側ハウジング、前記下側ハウジング、前記第1の作動ピル、および前記第2の作動ピルが略円筒状である、請求項15に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記1つ以上のコネクタ突起がそれぞれ、前記ハウジングの内面に沿う長手方向チャネルと接続する突出部を有する、請求項15に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記ハウジングの内面上に1つ以上の凹部を更に備え、前記コネクタ突起の前記突出部が前記凹部と接続すると、前記凹部内への前記突出部の拡張により、前記第1の作動ピルの前記1つ以上のコネクタ突起が、前記第2の作動ピルの前記1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジから離脱できる、請求項17に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記引き込み可能なニードルアセンブリの引き込みが付勢部材によって促進される、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器。
- 前記プランジャが、スプリングである付勢部材と、プランジャ内部と、プランジャ外部と、1つ以上のロック部材とを備え、前記プランジャ内部および前記プランジャ外部が、前記付勢部材を解放可能に初期のエネルギー蓄積状態に維持するように協働し、前記引き込み可能なニードルが、前記プランジャ内部によって係合可能なカニューレおよびニードル本体を備える、請求項15〜18のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器。
