Description

The present invention relates to a cooking device.

Patent Document 1 describes a rice cooker that is one of the cookers. This rice cooker includes an inner lid that is detachably disposed on the lid, and a liquid material (growth) separation case is integrally provided on the inner lid. The separation case includes a lower case attached to the inner lid, and a detachable upper case that closes the upper end opening of the lower case. The inner lid is provided with a communication hole that communicates with the inside of the pan in a region surrounded by the lower case. The exhaust in the pan discharged into the separation case is discharged out of the machine through the upper case discharge port. Moreover, the liquid substance discharged | emitted with the exhaust_gas | exhaustion from the pan is isolate | separated within a separation case.

However, in the rice cooker of patent document 1, the liquid discharged | emitted from the pan can be accommodated only in the isolation | separation case provided in a part of inner lid. For this reason, there is no problem in the cooking of cooked rice with a small amount of liquid discharge, but in the case of cooking of foods that discharge a large amount of liquid (boiled or seasoned juice), the phenomenon that the liquid blows out from the outlet ( (Spill over) may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures against spillage such as suppressing the heating power of the heating means for heating the pan. Moreover, it is necessary to attach a lower case of another part to the inner lid.

This invention makes it a subject to provide the cooking appliance which can ensure the space which accommodates the liquid substance discharged | emitted from the pan to the maximum, without increasing the number of parts, and can suppress generation | occurrence | production of a spill.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a cooking device of the present invention includes a pan having an upper end opening that accommodates ingredients, a lid that covers an upper portion of the pan, and that has a downstream exhaust passage that communicates with the outside. A cooking device comprising an inner lid that is detachably disposed on a surface facing the pan, and closes an upper end opening of the pan, the inner lid having a communication hole communicating with the pan. And an upper exhaust passage that is attached so as to cover the upper portion of the inner lid main body and the upper portion of the inner lid main body, and communicates with the downstream exhaust passage. And an upper cover member that forms a space that also serves as a space.

In this cooker, the upper cover member is disposed in the upper part of the inner lid main body so that the upper cover member can be opened, and a space that also serves as an upstream exhaust passage is formed, so that the liquid that is generated during cooking of the food without increasing the number of parts. Maximum space for storing objects can be secured. Therefore, it is not necessary to suppress the thermal power to suppress spillage.

It is preferable to provide a seal member that seals the inner lid body and the upper cover member. In this way, the liquid material can be reliably accommodated without leaking from the space between the inner lid body and the upper cover member. Moreover, since the exhaust containing the ingredients of the ingredients and the liquid material do not adhere to the surface of the lid body on which the inner lid is disposed, the cleaning property can be improved.

The inner lid body is provided with an opening / closing valve for opening and closing the communication hole, and the upper cover member is provided with an opening located above the opening / closing valve and with a packing for sealing the opening. Preferably, the lid is provided with a drive member that drives the on-off valve via the packing to open and close the communication hole. In this way, the on-off valve disposed on the inner lid can be reliably driven without exhaust or liquid matter adhering to the lid.

In this case, it is preferable that the lid body is provided with a second opening portion located above the opening portion with the inner lid attached, and a second packing for sealing the opening portion is provided. In this way, even if exhaust gas or liquid material leaks from the space of the inner lid, it is possible to prevent failure of components including the drive member disposed in the lid body.

It is preferable that a temperature detection member that contacts the upper cover member and detects the temperature of the space of the inner lid is disposed on the lid body with the inner lid attached. In this way, the temperature (exhaust temperature) in the space of the inner lid can be detected by the temperature detection member while ensuring a state in which the exhaust and liquid are not leaked from the space of the inner lid. At this time, the outer surface of the upper cover member that is in contact with the temperature detection member is not contaminated with exhaust gas or liquid material, so that stable detection accuracy can be maintained. Moreover, since the temperature detected by the temperature detection member is linked to the driving of the on-off valve (inflow and stop of steam into the space of the inner lid), the abnormality of the temperature detection member or the on-off valve can be determined based on the detected temperature. Is possible.

Preferably, the upper cover member is provided with first and second locking members that slide and lock to the inner lid body. In this way, the upper cover member can be attached to and detached from the inner lid body in the vertical direction. In particular, when removing the upper cover member from the inner lid body, the upper cover member can be removed in a state where the inner lid body is placed on a horizontal base, so that the liquid material accumulated in the space of the inner lid can be removed. Spilling can be prevented.

It is preferable that a lid locking member that slides and locks to the lid body is provided on the inner lid. In this case, the cooker body provided with the pan is provided, the lid body is connected to be opened and closed on the rear side of the cooker body, and the lid locking member is provided on the front side of the cooker body. Is preferred. If it does in this way, attachment or detachment work can be performed, supporting the inner lid which became heavy with the liquid thing stored in the space of the inner lid by hand. That is, when a locking member is provided on the lid, the user may perform an operation of removing the lid from the lid without supporting the inner lid, and in this case, the inner lid falls off the lid. However, it is possible to prevent the inner lid from falling off by providing the lid locking member on the inner lid so that the user naturally supports the inner lid. In particular, when the lid locking member is provided on the front side of the cooker body, the user can more easily support the inner lid.

Preferably, the lid is provided with an inner lid detection mechanism that detects at least one of whether the upper cover member is attached to the inner lid body and whether the inner lid is attached to the lid body. That is, it is preferable to provide an inner lid detection mechanism that detects a state in which the inner lid to which the upper cover member is not attached is attached to the lid body and a state in which the inner lid itself is not attached. If it does in this way, cooking will be performed in the state where the inner lid or the upper cover member is not attached, and the lid body can be prevented from being contaminated with exhaust or liquid.

In the cooking device of the present invention, the upper cover member is disposed in the upper part of the inner lid main body so as to be openable, and a space that also serves as the upstream exhaust passage is formed. The space for accommodating the generated liquid material can be secured to the maximum.

The packings 137A to 137C and 138 to 140 disposed in the openings 136A to 136F are positioned in a state of being sandwiched between the top wall 123 by a metal reinforcing cover 143. The reinforcing cover 143 is provided with openings 144A to 144E corresponding to the openings 136A to 136D and 136F, excluding the opening 136E. The exhaust in the upstream side exhaust passage 71 directly hits the reinforcing cover 143 thus configured through the opening 136E of the upper cover member 122. Further, the lid temperature sensor 59 disposed on the lid body 25 with the inner lid set 70 mounted is disposed such that the detection end thereof is in contact with the reinforcing cover 143 corresponding to the opening 136E. Thereby, the temperature in the upstream side exhaust passage 71 can be detected by the lid temperature sensor 59.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 9, the lower cover member 145 is detachably disposed on the side facing the inside of the cooking pan 11 with respect to the inner lid main body 72. And at the time of cooking (mounting | wearing), it prevents that the communicating holes 83 and 84A-84C which face the cooking pan 11, and the reflux hole 101 are clogged with the fiber of a foodstuff, the broken piece of foodstuff, etc. The lower cover member 145 has a circular shape in plan view having a fitting portion 150 into which the opening / closing member cover 109 is fitted, and includes a lower cover main body 146 and a cover ring 149 that surrounds the outer peripheral portion.

The lower cover main body 146 is made of metal and has a shape in which corresponding positions with the fitting portion 150 and a cover portion 151 described later are cut out. The lower cover body 146 is provided with a large number of ventilation holes 147 in regions other than the communication holes 83, 84 </ b> A to 84 </ b> C of the inner lid body 72 and the positions corresponding to the top and bottom of the reflux hole 101. Further, the lower cover body 146 is provided with a communication hole 148 corresponding to the duct 82 communicating with the pressure sensor 56.

The cover ring 149 is made of resin, and a fitting part 150 and a cover part 151 are formed at opposing positions in the radial direction. The cover portion 151 is configured to cover the interference member cover 114 of the inner lid main body 72 in the cooking pan 11. The cover ring 149 includes an outer peripheral wall 152 that comes into contact with the closing plate 73 of the inner lid main body 72 in the mounted state. The outer peripheral wall 152 forms a predetermined gap (space) between the closing plate 73 and the lower cover main body 146. The outer peripheral wall 152 is provided with a plurality of ventilation notches 153 communicating with the internal space.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the cover ring 149 of the lower cover member 145 is provided with locking portions 154 and 155 that are locked to the lower cover locking receiving portions 108A and 108B of the inner lid main body 72. ing. The first locking portion 154 locked to the lower cover locking receiving portion 108 </ b> A is composed of a pair of protruding pieces protruding from both sides of the fitting portion 150. The second locking portion 155 locked to the lower cover locking receiving portion 108B is provided on a locking member 156 slidably disposed on the cover portion 151. The locking member 156 is disposed at the end of the cover portion 151 on the fitting portion 150 side and is urged radially outward by a spring (biasing member) (not shown). The locking member 156 is provided with a removal operation portion 157 that penetrates the cover portion 151 and protrudes toward the cooking pan 11 side.

The cover portion 151 is formed with a pair of interference member pressing portions 158 and 158 for pressing the pressure receiving portion 121 of the interference member 119 toward the hinge connecting portion 19 and retracting the interference member 119 to the non-interference position. Yes. The interference member pressing portion 158 includes a right triangular plate portion having a pressing edge 159 inclined from the inner lid main body 72 to the cooking pan 11 from the radially outer side of the lower cover member 145 toward the radially inner side. Between the pair of interference member pressing portions 158 and 158, an insertion groove is formed through which the interference portion 120 of the inner lid main body 72 is slidably inserted.

The lower cover member 145 provided with the interference member pressing portion 158 has the first locking portion 154 inserted and disposed in the lower cover locking receiving portion 108A of the inner lid main body 72, and the lower cover locking receiving portion 108A as a fulcrum. The second locking portion 155 side is rotated. At this time, the interference member pressing portion 158 comes into contact with the pressure receiving portion 121 of the interference member 119, and the interference member 119 is moved back to the non-interference position by the pressing of the lower cover member 145. Then, by locking the second locking portion 155 to the lower cover locking receiving portion 108B of the inner lid main body 72, the lower cover member 145 is attached to the inner lid main body 72 as shown in FIG. Further, the interference member 119 is maintained at the non-interference position where it does not interfere with the cooking pan 11.

The cooker 10 includes a control board disposed in the cooker main body 15, and a microcomputer (control means) mounted on the control board, based on the detection values of the temperature detection member and the pressure detection member, The on-off valves 86, 90, and 94 are controlled to perform cooking processing including cooking of ingredients and cooking of cooked rice.

When cooking ingredients with this cooker 10, the ingredients or ingredients and seasoning soup (including water) are set in the cooking pan 11, and the inner lid set 70 is disposed on the lid 25 and operated. The panel unit 20 is operated.

In a state where the lid body 25 is opened with respect to the cooker body 15, the valve opening / closing member 116 located on the hinge connection portion 19 side is advanced to the open position by the biasing force of the spring. In this state, when the lid body 25 is rotated in the closing direction, the tip of the valve opening / closing member 116 comes into contact with the outer peripheral wall 12 of the cooking pan 11. In this state, when the lid body 25 is further rotated in the closing direction, the valve opening / closing member 116 moves to the closed position against the biasing force of the spring. And the state which moved the valve opening / closing member 116 to the closed position by interference with the cooking pan 11 is maintained as shown in FIG. As a result, the interlocking reflux valve 99 maintains the closed state.

When the inner lid set 70 is not attached to the lid body 25, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner lid detection member 41 protrudes into the second arrangement portion 40, and this state is the inner lid detection sensor 45. Is detected by the output of. Further, when the inner lid set 70 is attached to the lid body 25 without attaching the upper cover member 122, it is similarly detected by the output of the inner lid detection sensor 45. When a cooking start operation is performed in this state, the microcomputer notifies the user by a piezoelectric buzzer on the control board or a liquid crystal display on the operation panel unit 20. Therefore, cooking can be prevented from being performed when the inner lid set 70 or the upper cover member 122 is not attached.

As shown in FIG. 9, when the lower cover member 145 is not attached to the inner lid set 70, the interference portion 120 of the interference member 119 is moved to the interference position protruding outward from the seal member 75. If the lid 25 is to be closed with respect to the cooker body 15 in this state, the interference portion 120 interferes with the flange portion 13 of the cooking pan 11, and the lock member 29 cannot be locked to the lock hole 22. Therefore, cooking can be prevented from being performed when the lower cover member 145 is not attached. As shown in FIG. 2, when the lower cover member 145 is attached to the inner lid set 70, the interference portion 120 of the interference member 119 has moved to the non-interference position where it has been immersed in the interference member cover 114 as described above. Make. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the lid 25 can be reliably closed with respect to the cooker main body 15 to close the cooking pan 11.

During cooking, the communication hole 84 </ b> A is closed by the safety valve 86 while heating the cooking pan 11 by energizing the induction heating coil. Moreover, the communication hole 84B is opened and closed by the pressure regulating valve 90, and the inside of the cooking pan 11 is regulated (pressurized or depressurized) between a set pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure. In addition, the exhaust temperature in the upstream exhaust passage 71 is detected by the lid temperature sensor 59 via the reinforcing cover 143.

At this time, the liquid material (boiled or seasoned soup) heated in the cooking pan 11 passes through the communication hole 84 </ b> B of the pressure regulating valve 90 together with the exhaust, and the upstream exhaust between the inner lid main body 72 and the upper cover member 122. It may flow into the passage 71. This liquid material is stored in the upstream side exhaust passage 71 that constitutes a space for storing the liquid material. Then, the electric reflux valve 94 is opened at the set step, and the accumulated liquid material is refluxed into the cooking pan 11 through the communication hole 84C. Further, the exhaust gas flows into the downstream exhaust passage 64 through the connection ports 61 and 142 and is discharged to the outside through the discharge port 69 of the steam port unit 65.

Here, since the upstream side exhaust passage 71 that also serves as a space for storing the liquid material is formed by opening the upper cover member 122 so as to cover the upper part of the inner lid main body 72, the liquid material is stored. Space to be maximized. Therefore, it is not necessary to reduce the firepower to prevent spilling. Further, the exhaust including the ingredients of the ingredients and the liquid material do not adhere to the surface (inner lid disposing portion 36) of the lid 25 that disposes the inner lid set 70 that faces the cooking pan 11. In particular, in this embodiment, the lid 25 is provided with the inner lid detection sensor 45 so that cooking is not performed in a state where the inner lid set 70 or the upper cover member 122 is not attached. Can prevent dirt. Therefore, the cleanability of the cooking device 10 can be improved.

Further, since the inner lid body 72 and the upper cover member 122 are hermetically sealed by the seal member 126, the liquid material does not leak from the upstream exhaust passage 71, and the liquid material can be reliably accommodated inside, and the lid It is possible to prevent the inner lid disposing portion 36 of the body 25 from becoming dirty. Further, the opening / closing valves 86, 90, 94 disposed on the inner lid main body 72 are opened / closed via packings 137 </ b> A to 137 </ b> C disposed on the upper cover member 122 and packings 53 </ b> A to 53 </ b> C disposed on the lower plate 26. Since the driving force of the driving members 51A to 51C is received, the on-off valves 86, 90, and 94 can be reliably driven, and from this point, the inner lid disposing portion 36 of the lid 25 can be prevented from becoming dirty. Further, even if exhaust gas or liquid material leaks into the inner lid disposing portion 36, it is possible to prevent parts such as the drive members 51A to 51C including the solenoids 48A to 48C disposed on the lid 25 from being broken.

Further, since the lid temperature sensor 59 detects the exhaust temperature in the upstream exhaust passage 71 via the reinforcing cover 143, the lid temperature sensor 59 can reliably detect the exhaust temperature while ensuring that the exhaust and the liquid material do not leak. At this time, the reinforcing cover 143 of the upper cover member 122 that is in contact with the lid temperature sensor 59 is not contaminated with exhaust gas or liquid material, so that stable detection accuracy can be maintained. Further, since the temperature detected by the lid temperature sensor 59 is linked to the opening / closing drive of the on-off valves 86, 90, 94 (inflow and stoppage of steam into the upstream exhaust passage 71), the lid temperature sensor 59 or It is possible to determine the abnormality of the on-off valves 86, 90, 94.

When cooking is finished and the user operates the operation member 32 to open the lid 25, the valve opening / closing member 116 is moved from the closed position to the open position by the biasing force of the spring. As a result, the interlocking recirculation valve 99 is opened, and the liquid material accumulated in the upstream side exhaust passage 71 is accumulated on the hinge connecting portion 19 located below by the opening of the lid 25 and the recirculation hole 101 opened. And it is recirculated into the cooking pan 11 through the opening 110 of the opening / closing member cover 109.

When opening the lid 25 and removing the inner lid set 70 during cleaning, the operating portion 80 of the lid locking member 78 disposed on the opposite side of the hinge connecting portion 19 (the front side of the cooker body 15) is hinge-connected. Operate to the part 19 side. Thus, the inner lid set 70 is held without dropping by the lower support by the locking portion 77 locked to the first locking receiving portion 38 and the upper support gripped by the user. That is, not all the liquid material can be recirculated through the reflux hole 101, and the inner lid set 70 that contains the liquid material and is heavy can be attached and detached while being supported by hand. When the locking member is provided on the lid 25, the user may perform an operation of removing the lid from the lid 25 without supporting the inner lid set 70, and in this way, the inner lid set 70 is removed from the lid 25. There is a possibility of dropping out. However, in this embodiment, since the user naturally supports the inner lid set 70, the inner lid set 70 can be prevented from falling off.

When the upper cover member 122 is disassembled, the first and second locking members 127 and 131 disposed on the upper cover member 122 are slid with both hands while the inner lid main body 72 is placed on a horizontal base. And it isolate | separates by operating so that it may lift to the orthogonal | vertical direction upward with respect to the inner-lid main body 72, holding the upper cover member 122. FIG. Thus, since the upper cover member 122 can be removed by lifting in the vertical direction, it is possible to prevent the liquid material stored in the space for storing the liquid material (on the closing plate 73) from spilling. In the present embodiment, since the upper cover member 122 is provided with the window portion 141 that can be seen through the upstream exhaust passage 71, the user checks the remaining amount of the liquid material so as not to spill. Can be urged.

When the lower cover member 145 is disassembled, the removal operation portion 157 is slid to the fitting portion 150 side to engage the second locking portion 155 of the locking member 156 and the lower cover locking receiving portion 108B. The lower cover member 145 can be removed by releasing the first cover portion 154 from the lower cover lock receiving portion 108A while holding the lower cover member 145. Thus, since the inner lid set 70 including the inner lid main body 72, the upper cover member 122, and the lower cover member 145 can be disassembled, the cleanability can be improved.

In addition, the cooking device 10 of this invention is not limited to the structure of the said embodiment, A various change is possible.

For example, in the above embodiment, the upper cover member 122 is disposed so as to be openable (separable) with respect to the inner lid body 72, but one of the first and second locking members 127, 131 disposed so as to be slidable is used. It is good also as a structure which can be set as a hinge connection part and cannot be separated and can be opened and closed. In the above embodiment, the pressure regulating valve 90 has the cam member 49B moved forward and backward by the solenoid 48B and the second valve body 92 is driven to open and close via the drive member 51B. However, a stepping motor is used instead of the solenoid 48B. The second valve body 92 may be movable in stages via the cam member 49B, and the inside of the cooking pan 11 may be adjusted in multiple stages. Moreover, although the safety valve 86 and the pressure regulating valve 90 used the piston valve which has the valve bodies 88 and 92 which can move to an axial direction with a drive means, the ball valve which has a spherical member which can roll as a valve body is used. Also good. In addition, the inner lid detection mechanism can determine whether or not the upper cover member 122 is attached and whether or not the inner lid set 70 itself is attached. However, at least one of them may be detected.

The present invention is characterized in that the upper cover member 122 is detachably disposed on the removable inner lid body 72. Therefore, the cooker 10 is not limited to the cooker 10 that can cook various ingredients, and can be applied to a rice cooker that can only cook rice. Moreover, it is applicable not only to the structure which provides the cooker main body 15 which has a heating means but the cooking pot 11 which arrange | positions the cover body 25 so that opening and closing is possible, and uses the existing stove of a household kitchen as a heating means. It is.
