図1は、本発明の一実施形態による気体溶解装置の全体構成を示す概念図である。図1の気体溶解装置は、水にオゾンを混合し溶解させるものである。
図3は、本発明の気体溶解装置におけるタンクの他の実施形態を示す断面図である。同図において、先の実施形態1と同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
図4は、本発明の気体溶解装置におけるタンクのさらに他の実施形態を示す断面図である。同図において、先の実施形態1および2と同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 直立した柱状のタンクと、前記タンク内に、液体に気体を混合させた気液混合体を加圧供給する気液供給手段とを備え、
前記タンク内の上部に、前記気液混合体を、前記タンクの底面側に向けて噴射させるノズルを有し、
前記タンク内に、区画体を設けることにより、少なくとも、前記タンクの長手方向の中心軸に沿う中央流路と、前記タンクの内周面に沿う外側流路と、前記中央流路と前記外側流路とを短手方向に連通する連絡流路とを形成し、
前記ノズルから前記タンク内に噴射した前記気液混合体が、前記中央流路、前記外側流路および前記連絡流路を通過しながら攪拌され、
前記区画体は、周面に複数の貫通孔を有する内筒体からなり、前記内筒体の内側を中央流路とし、前記内筒体の外周面と前記タンクの内周面との間を外側流路とし、前記貫通孔を連絡流路とし、
前記貫通孔の周縁部に、前記内筒体の内側および/または外側に向けて突き出す衝突部を設けた気体溶解装置。 - 前記タンク内に、前記中央流路を塞ぐ衝突板を設けた請求項1に記載の気体溶解装置。
- 前記タンク内に仕切板を設け、前記仕切板より上方の領域に前記区画体を配置し、前記仕切板より下方の領域において前記気液混合体に渦流を発生させる開口部を前記仕切板に設けた請求項1または請求項2に記載の気体溶解装置。
