Description
Claims (15)
- 第1のフランジ及び第2のフランジを具備する梁であって、
前記第1のフランジ及び第2のフランジ間で延在する第1の領域と、前記第1のフランジ及び第2のフランジ間で延在する第2の領域と、を有し、
前記第1の領域が、負荷された集中せん断荷重を支持するように構成されると共に、 前記第2の領域が、主に曲げ荷重を支持するように構成され、
前記第1の領域が、前記第1のフランジ近傍の中心部と該中心部から略径方向に延在した複数の支柱とを有する扇形トラスを具備すると共に、前記第2の領域が、当該梁の長手方向に略規則的なトラス構造又はせん断ウェブを具備し,
前記集中せん断荷重を当該梁の前記第1の領域へと負荷するように構成された支持支柱との結合のための継手を更に具備する、
ことを特徴とする梁。 - 前記扇形トラスが、全体として略半円の配列を形成する複数の切欠部を更に具備する請求項1に記載の梁。
- 前記第2の領域が、複数の切欠部を有したせん断ウェブを具備する請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 前記切欠部間に配置された補強材を更に具備する請求項3に記載の梁。
- 前記第2の領域が、当該梁の前記長手方向に変化する厚さを有したせん断ウェブを具備する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 前記第2の領域が、前記第1のフランジ及び第2のフランジ間において略三角配列で延在する一連のトラスの支柱を有したトラス構造を具備する請求項1又は請求項2のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 前記第1のフランジ及び/又は第2のフランジが、当該梁の前記長手方向に変化する幅を有する請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 前記第2の領域が、当該梁のそれぞれの端部に配置される2つの第1の領域間に配置された請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 前記第1の領域及び/又は前記第2の領域、及び/又は、一方又は双方のフランジが、複合材料で形成された請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 長さ及び高さを有すると共に、該高さに対する前記長さのアスペクト比が少なくとも5である請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 前記第1のフランジ及び第2のフランジ間の最短距離が、前記第1の領域において、前記第2の領域における前記最短距離よりも長い請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 当該梁が床梁であり、航空機の機体の床梁である請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 当該梁がI形梁である請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1つに記載の梁。
- 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1つに記載の梁に連結された構成要素を具備する連結部。
- 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1つに記載の梁又は請求項14に記載の連結部を具備する航空機。
