Claims (7)
- 基板上で互いに向かい合う第1及び第2の電極と、
前記第1及び第2の電極の間に形成される第1及び第2の発光層と、
前記第1の電極と第1の発光層との間に形成される正孔輸送層と、
前記第2の電極と第2の発光層との間に形成される電子輸送層と、
前記第1及び第2の発光層の間に形成され、前記正孔輸送層及び前記電子輸送層のうち少なくともいずれか一つと同一の特性を有する少なくとも一つの発光制御層と、を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの発光制御層は、同一の色を表現する第1及び第2の発光層の間で前記正孔輸送層と同一の特性を有し、
前記第1及び第2の発光層のそれぞれは、発光ホスト及び発光ドーパントからなり、
前記第1の発光層の発光ホストは、前記第2の発光層の発光ホストと異なる材質で形成され、
前記第1の発光層の発光ドーパントのドーピング濃度は、前記第2の発光層の発光ドーパントのドーピング濃度より低く、
前記第1の発光層の発光ホストの正孔移動度は、前記第2の発光層の発光ホストの正孔移動度より速いことを特徴とする有機電界発光素子。 - 前記第1及び第2の発光層は青色を表現することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記少なくとも一つの発光制御層は、
前記第1の発光層上に形成され、前記電子輸送層と同一の特性を有する第1の発光制御層と、
前記第1の発光制御層上に形成され、前記正孔輸送層と同一の特性を有する第2の発光制御層と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子。 - 前記第1の発光制御層においては、正孔移動度より電子移動度が高く、
前記第2の発光制御層においては、前記電子移動度より前記正孔移動度が高いことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機電界発光素子。 - 前記第1及び第2の発光制御層のそれぞれの厚さは2nm〜13nmで、
前記第1及び第2の発光制御層を含む前記少なくとも一つの発光制御層の全体厚さは4nm〜15nmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機電界発光素子。 - 前記第1の発光層は赤色を表現し、前記第2の発光層は青色を表現することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項の有機電界発光素子を含む有機電界発光表示装置。
