Claims (22)
- 哺乳動物の粘膜下層内にトンネルを作成するための医療器具であって、
近位及び遠位端とそれを通って延びるルーメンとを有する伸長管状部材;及び
近位及び遠位端を有する網組を備える拡張可能部材であって、該拡張可能部材の前記近位端は前記管状部材の前記遠位端に取り付けられ、前記拡張可能部材の前記遠位端は裏返されて前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内に配置されるような、以上の拡張可能部材を有し、
前記伸長管状部材の前記遠位端は、粘膜層を介して開口部に入り、哺乳動物の粘膜下層内に進入するように形成されることを特徴とする医療器具。 - 近位及び遠位端を有して前記伸長管状部材の前記ルーメン内にスライド可能に配置される伸長係留部材を有し、該伸長係留部材の遠位端は前記拡張可能部材の前記遠位端に係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記伸長係留部材はフレキシブルフィラメントを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記伸長係留部材は補強部分を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記伸長係留部材はフレキシブルチューブを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記フレキシブルチューブは前記拡張可能部材の遠位端に接続される遠位端を有し、前記チューブの遠位端は前記拡張可能部材の壁を通って延びることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の医療器具。
- 粘膜下解剖システムであって、
粘膜層の所望領域と係合するように形成される組織保持部材と、ルーメンを持つニードル部材とを有する注射器であって、前記ニードル部材は前記組織保持部材によって係合された粘膜層の所望領域を貫通して粘膜下層に進入し、以てニードル部材の前記ルーメンを通る流体の送達が前記粘膜下層に流入することで粘膜層の前記所望領域を隆起させるような、セーフアクセス・ニードルの注射器;
近位及び遠位端とそれを通って延びるルーメンとを有する伸長管状部材と、近位及び遠位端を有する第1拡張可能部材とを有する粘膜下トンネリング器具であって、該第1拡張可能部材の前記近位端は前記管状部材の前記遠位端に取り付けられ、前記第1拡張可能部材の前記遠位端は裏返されて前記管状部材の前記ルーメン内に配置され、前記第1拡張可能部材が拡張すると、前記第1拡張可能部材が長さ方向及び直径方向の両方に拡張し、その拡張後の長さが拡張後の直径よりも複数倍大きい、以上の粘膜下トンネリング器具;及び
近位及び遠位部分を有する伸長管状部材と、該管状部材の前記遠位部分に配置される第2拡張可能部材とを有する粘膜下解剖器具、を有することを特徴とする粘膜下解剖システム。 - 前記ニードル部材は、ニードル部材の遠位端近傍に位置する停止部材を有し、該停止部材は前記粘膜層の前記所望領域に係合するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 更に、前記ニードル部材の前記近位端に接続されたハンドル部材を有し、該ハンドル部材の軸方向移動が結果として前記ニードル部材の軸方向移動に変わることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 更に、前記伸長管状部材と前記組織保持部材に接続された真空源を有し、前記組織保持部材は、前記伸長管状部材の側壁に窓部材と、該窓部材の末端に位置するシール栓部材とを有し、前記伸長管状部材への真空印加により前記組織保持部材は粘膜層の所望領域を前記窓部材内に吸引することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記組織保持部材は1組の顎を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具の前記拡張可能部材はバルーンを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具の前記拡張可能部材は網組を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具の前記拡張可能部材は管状骨格を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具は、近位及び遠位端を有して前記伸長管状部材の前記ルーメン内にスライド可能に配置される伸長係留部材を有し、該伸長係留部材の遠位端は前記拡張可能部材の前記遠位端に係合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具は、近位及び遠位端を有して前記伸長管状部材のルーメン内でスライド可能に配置される伸長係留部材を備えると共に、前記係留部材の前記遠位端は前記拡張可能部材の遠位端に接続されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具と前記粘膜下解剖器具とは一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記粘膜下トンネリング器具と前記粘膜下解剖器具の前記拡張可能部材はバルーンを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 更にニードルナイフを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記ニードルの注射器と前記トンネリング器具とは別々の器具であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記第1拡張可能部材は、2つの接続されている組織の層の間に細長いトンネルを形成するのに十分な力で拡張するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
- 前記トンネリング器具と前記解剖器具とは別々の器具であり、かつ、前記解剖器具は、前記細長いトンネルの上下に位置する層を解離するように、前記第2拡張可能部材の直径方向に拡張し、前記遠位部分の第2遠位端に向かって拡張しないことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の粘膜下解剖システム。
