Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の部屋の暖房又は冷房を行うものであって、複数の部屋毎に設けられたルームコントローラに設定された目標室内温度に基づく運転が行われる空気調和装置であって、
圧縮機を備える熱源機と、
前記熱源機に冷媒配管により接続されているとともに、ダクトを介して複数の部屋の冷房又は暖房を行う室内機と、
各部屋の前記ルームコントローラから前記目標室内温度を取得し、取得した前記目標室内温度に基づいて前記熱源機及び室内機の動作を制御する制御装置と
を有し、
前記制御装置は、
複数の部屋の前記目標室内温度に基づいて前記熱源機の前記圧縮機の運転を制御する運転制御手段と、
複数の部屋のうち人が不在になっている不在部屋を検出する不在部屋検出手段と、
前記不在部屋検出手段により検出された前記不在部屋の空調負荷が低くなるように、前記不在部屋の前記ルームコントローラに設定された前記目標室内温度を補正するための温度補正量を設定する補正量設定手段と
を備え、
前記補正量設定手段は、
前記温度補正量に基づいて前記ルームコントローラに設定されている前記目標室内温度が補正された後に、前記圧縮機の運転容量が予め設定された設定運転容量以下になった場合、前記温度補正量が予め設定された調整量分だけ調整するように再設定するものであって、前記不在部屋検出手段が前記不在部屋を複数検出した場合、すべての前記不在部屋について前記目標室内温度の前記温度補正量を設定するものであり、複数の前記不在部屋について前記温度補正量を再設定する際、複数の前記不在部屋のうち在室になる時間が早い順に前記温度補正量の再設定を行うものである空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記複数の部屋の人の在室及び不在のスケジュール情報を記憶した在室データベースをさらに備え、
前記不在部屋検出手段は、前記在室データベースから前記不在部屋を検出するものである請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記補正量設定手段は、前記在室データベースに記憶されたスケジュール情報に基づいて、複数の前記不在部屋のうち在室になる時間が早い順に前記温度補正量の再設定を行うものである請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記補正量設定手段は、前記ルームコントローラにおいて前記温度補正量による前記目標室内温度の補正がなされた後、前記運転制御手段により制御された前記圧縮機の運転容量が予め設定された設定運転容量よりも大きい場合、前記温度補正量が調整量分だけ大きくなるように再設定するものである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記補正量設定手段は、予め設定された初期温度補正量を最初の前記温度補正量として設定し、前記初期温度補正量から調整量により段階的に再設定を行うものであり、前記温度補正量の上限が前記初期温度補正量であって下限が0℃である請求項4に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記補正量設定手段は、冷房運転時には前記目標室内温度が高くなるような前記温度補正量を設定し、暖房運転時には前記目標室内温度が低くなるような前記温度補正量を設定するものである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記不在部屋検出手段は、建物の全体の機器の状態を監視するシステムにおいて管理されている在室情報に基づいて前記不在部屋を検出する機能を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の空気調和装置。
