Description
− 軽材料の材片10を供給する供給機26と、
− 各材片に架橋繊維を載置する載置機28と、
− ニードルパンチング機30と、
− 材片供給機をニードルパンチング機に対して直角に向ける方向転換機32と、
− ニードルパンチングしていない繊維がある場合にそれを除去する除去機34と、
− 架橋繊維を組み入れて得た芯材11を送出する送出機36と
を有する装置を備える。
Claims (11)
- 複合パネルの製造用に組み入れた架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法であって、
軽材料製の材片(10)を配置するステップ、
前記架橋繊維(12)を前記材片(10)の少なくとも1面(18、20)に過剰に載置するステップ、
前記架橋繊維(12)を前記材片(10)に入れ込むステップ、および
入れ込まれなかった、架橋繊維(12)の過剰分を撤去するステップ、
を実行することからなることを特徴とする、架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。 - 前記架橋繊維(12)を前記材片(10)に入れ込むのにニードルパンチングを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)の入れ込みは、架橋繊維(12)それぞれが前記芯材の両側に達するように貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)は、さまざまに異なる種類からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)は、フィラメント束を撚り合わせて構成した糸の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)を、軽材料製の前記材片(10)の両面に対して傾斜して挿入することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)の作製方法。
- 複合パネルの製造用に組み入れた架橋繊維(12)を有する芯材(11)であって、
軽材料性製の材片(10)と前記材片(10)に入れ込まれている前記架橋繊維(12)を備え、
前記架橋繊維(12)の少なくとも一部は前記芯材の両側に達するように貫通されており、かつ、前記架橋繊維の少なくとも一部は端部が前記材片(10)の少なくとも一方の面に露出していることを特徴とする芯材(11)。 - 請求項7に記載の芯材(11)で構成する複合材パネルであって、樹脂マトリクスに含浸し、前記芯材(11)の上に取り付け、樹脂を前記架橋繊維(12)にも浸透させた表皮繊維(24)を少なくとも有することを特徴とするパネル(22)。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)の両端部を、前記表皮繊維(24)とともに前記樹脂マトリクスに含浸することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のパネル(22)。
- 前記架橋繊維(12)は、前記芯材(11)の平面に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載のパネル(22)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法により芯材(11)を製造する製造装置であって、
軽材料製の材片(10)を供給する供給機(26)、
各芯材に架橋繊維を載置する載置機(28)、
ニードルパンチング機(30)、
前記材片(10)の供給機(26)を前記ニードルパンチング機に対して直角に向ける方向転換機(32)、および
架橋繊維を組み入れた芯材(11)を送出する送出機(36)、を有する装置。
