Description
図1を主として参照して、電動車両100は、車両本体110および受電装置200を備える。受電装置200は、受電コイル250(2次コイル)を有している。一方で、外部給電装置300は送電装置400を含み、送電装置400は送電コイル450(1次コイル)を有している。詳細は後述するが、受電装置200の受電コイル250が送電装置400の送電コイル450に対向した状態で、受電装置200は送電装置400から電力を非接触で受電する。
外部給電装置300は、送電装置400、高周波電源装置310、送電ECU320、および通信部322を含む。高周波電源装置310は、交流電源330に接続される。交流電源330は、商用電源または独立電源装置等である。送電装置400は、たとえば駐車スペース内に設けられ、高周波電源装置310に接続される。送電ECU320は、高周波電源装置310などの駆動を制御する。
図3および図4は、それぞれ、電動車両100を示す底面図および側面図であり、図5は、図4中のV−V線に沿った矢視断面図である。図3〜図5において、「U」は、鉛直方向上方Uを示す。「D」は、鉛直方向下方Dを示す。「L」は、車両左方向Lを示す。「R」は、車両右方向Rを示す。「F」は、車両前進方向Fを示す。「B」は、車両後退方向Bを示す。これらについては、後述する図6〜図14においても共通している。
受電部210(図1,図2)および送電部410(図1,図2)の間で位置合わせが行なわれた後、受電部210と送電部410との間で電力伝送が行なわれる。本実施の形態においては、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に設けられている。コンデンサが車両本体の底面に配置される場合に比べて、本実施の形態のコンデンサ220は、車両本体110の底面112に設けられた排気管116や地面などの放熱体からの熱を受け難い。すなわち、受電装置200に用いられているコンデンサ220が熱の影響を受けることは抑制されている。
図7は、実施の形態の第1変形例における電動車両100Aの断面構成を背面側から見た図である。電動車両100Aにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。電気機器115およびコンデンサ220は、バッテリ150が設けられている高さ位置よりも鉛直方向上方U(鉛直方向における上方)に配置されている。当該配置であっても、受電装置200に用いられているコンデンサ220が熱の影響を受けることを抑制できる。
図8は、実施の形態の第2変形例における電動車両100Bを模式的に示す底面図である。電動車両100Bにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。当該配置により、受電装置200に用いられているコンデンサ220が熱の影響を受けることを抑制できる。電動車両100Bにおいても、コンデンサ220および電気機器115は、コンデンサ220および電気機器115をバッテリ150に向かって鉛直方向に投影したときに形成される投影像の全部がバッテリ150に重なる位置にそれぞれ配置されている。車両本体110は、L3>L2>L1の関係を満足しており、車両本体110の前後方向において、コンデンサ220は、電気機器115よりも後方の側に配置されている。当該構成により、後突時において、コンデンサ220や電気機器115が損傷することを抑制できる。
上記の実施の形態および第1、第2変形例においては、電気機器およびコンデンサをバッテリの下面または上面側に配置した例について説明したが、電気機器およびコンデンサの搭載位置は上記の例に限られない。
図10は、実施の形態の第4変形例における電動車両100Dの断面構成を側面側から見た図である。電動車両100Dにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。本変形例では、電気機器115は、電気機器115をバッテリ150に向かって鉛直方向に投影したときに形成される投影像の全部がバッテリ150に重なる位置に配置されている。一方、コンデンサ220は、バッテリ150の前方側に位置し、コンデンサ220をバッテリ150に向かって鉛直方向に投影したときに形成される投影像の全部がバッテリ150に重ならない位置に配置されている。当該配置であっても、受電装置200に用いられているコンデンサ220が熱の影響を受けることを抑制できる。バッテリ150と電気機器115との上下関係は、図10に示す構成とは逆であってもよい。バッテリ150とコンデンサ220との前後関係は、図10に示す構成とは逆であってもよい。
図11は、実施の形態の第5変形例における電動車両100Eの断面構成を側面側から見た図である。電動車両100Eにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。本変形例では、コンデンサ220は、コンデンサ220をバッテリ150に向かって鉛直方向に投影したときに形成される投影像の全部がバッテリ150に重なる位置に配置されている。一方、電気機器115は、電気機器115の前方側に位置し、電気機器115をバッテリ150に向かって鉛直方向に投影したときに形成される投影像の全部がバッテリ150に重ならない位置に配置されている。当該配置であっても、受電装置200に用いられているコンデンサ220が熱の影響を受けることを抑制できる。バッテリ150とコンデンサ220との上下関係は、図11に示す構成とは逆であってもよい。バッテリ150と電気機器115との前後関係は、図11に示す構成とは逆であってもよい。
図12は、実施の形態の第6変形例における電動車両100Fを示す側面図である。電動車両100Fにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。本変形例においては、コイルユニット230を収容している筺体260が車両本体110の前後方向における中央付近に配置されている。コンデンサ220および電気機器115は、図示しない1つの筺体内に配置され、車両本体110の前後方向における筺体260とバッテリ150との間に設けられている。当該配置であっても、受電装置200に用いられているコンデンサ220が熱の影響を受けることを抑制できる。
図13は、実施の形態の第7変形例における電動車両100Gの断面構成を側面側から見た図である。電動車両100Gにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。本変形例では、制御機器125が、車両本体110の内部に設けられており、車両本体110の前後方向における電気機器115の後方側に配置されている。車両本体110の前後方向において、コンデンサ220は、電気機器115よりも前方に位置している。
図14は、実施の形態の第8変形例における電動車両100Hの断面構成を側面側から見た図である。電動車両100Hにおいても、コンデンサ220が車両本体110の内部に配置されている。本変形例では、制御機器125が、車両本体110の内部に設けられており、車両本体110の前後方向における電気機器115の後方側に配置されている。車両本体110の前後方向において、コンデンサ220は、電気機器115よりも後方に位置している。
Claims (6)
- 底面を有する車両本体と、
前記車両本体の内部に設けられたバッテリと、
前記車両本体の外部に設けられた送電装置の送電コイルに対向した状態で前記送電コイルから非接触で電力を受電する受電装置と、
前記受電装置および前記バッテリに電気的に接続され、前記受電装置からの電力を前記バッテリに供給する電気機器と、を備え、
前記受電装置は、
前記車両本体の前記底面に設けられた受電コイルと、
前記車両本体の前記内部に設けられ、前記受電コイルおよび前記電気機器に電気的に接続され、前記受電コイルとともに共振回路を構成するコンデンサと、を含み、
前記バッテリは、前記車両本体の前後方向における中心位置よりも後方の側に配置され、
前記電気機器は、前記車両本体の前記内部に設けられ、
前記電気機器および前記コンデンサは、前記バッテリが設けられている高さ位置よりも鉛直方向における上方または下方に配置され、
前記車両本体の前後方向において、前記車両本体の後端の位置と前記バッテリの後端の位置との間の距離をL1とし、前記車両本体の後端の位置と前記コンデンサの後端の位置との間の距離をL2とすると、L2>L1の関係を満足しており、
前記コンデンサおよび前記電気機器は、前記バッテリの下側に配置され、
前記コンデンサおよび前記電気機器は、前記コンデンサおよび前記電気機器を前記バッテリに向かって鉛直方向に投影したときに形成される投影像の全部が前記バッテリに重なる位置にそれぞれ配置されている、
車両。 - 前記電気機器は、前記コンデンサに接続された絶縁トランスを有し、
前記車両本体の前後方向において、前記車両本体の後端の位置と前記バッテリの後端の位置との間の距離をL1とし、前記車両本体の後端の位置と前記電気機器の後端の位置との間の距離をL3とすると、L3>L1の関係を満足している、
請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記コンデンサおよび前記電気機器は、前記バッテリが設けられている高さ位置よりも鉛直方向における下方に配置され、
前記車両本体の前記内部に設けられ、前記電気機器に比べて低い電圧が印加される制御機器をさらに備え、
前記車両本体の前後方向において、前記制御機器は、前記電気機器よりも後方の側に配置されている、
請求項1または2に記載の車両。 - 底面を有する車両本体と、
前記車両本体の内部に設けられたバッテリと、
前記車両本体の外部に設けられた送電装置の送電コイルに対向した状態で前記送電コイルから非接触で電力を受電する受電装置と、
前記受電装置および前記バッテリに電気的に接続され、前記受電装置からの電力を前記バッテリに供給する電気機器と、を備え、
前記受電装置は、
前記車両本体の前記底面に設けられた受電コイルと、
前記車両本体の前記内部に設けられ、前記受電コイルおよび前記電気機器に電気的に接続され、前記受電コイルとともに共振回路を構成するコンデンサと、を含み、
前記バッテリは、前記車両本体の前後方向における中心位置よりも後方の側に配置され、
前記電気機器は、前記車両本体の前記内部に設けられ、
前記電気機器および前記コンデンサは、前記バッテリが設けられている高さ位置よりも鉛直方向における上方または下方に配置され、
前記車両本体の前後方向において、前記車両本体の後端の位置と前記バッテリの後端の位置との間の距離をL1とし、前記車両本体の後端の位置と前記コンデンサの後端の位置との間の距離をL2とすると、L2>L1の関係を満足しており、
前記電気機器および前記コンデンサは、前記バッテリが設けられている高さ位置よりも鉛直方向における下方に配置され、
前記車両本体の前後方向において、前記コンデンサは、前記電気機器よりも後方の側に配置されている、
