Description
前記周波数制御回路においては、所定の境界値よりも前記帰還信号の帰還量が大きい周波数制御領域と帰還量が小さい周波数制御領域とに分類し、前記帰還量が小さい周波数制御領域においては前記帰還信号に従って前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周波数をリニアに変化させる周波数リニア制御を実行し、前記帰還量が大きい周波数制御領域においては前記帰還信号に従って前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周期をリニアに変化させる周期リニア制御を実行することを特徴としている。
前記周期リニア制御は、前記電流源の出力電流を一定にすると共に、前記電圧源の出力電圧を前記帰還信号に応じて変化させて実行され、前記周波数リニア制御は、前記電流源の出力電流を前記帰還信号に応じて変化させると共に、前記電圧源の出力電圧を一定にして実行される。
Tc=C(Vo―kc・VFB)/(k・I)
となり、前記発振器VCOの発振周期は前記帰還電圧VFBに対してリニアに制御されることになる[周期リニア制御]。
Tc=C・Vps/{k・(Io―kd・VFB)}
となる。
fs=2k・(Io―kd・VFB)/(C・Vps)
となる。従って前記発振器VCOの発振周波数は前記帰還電圧VFBに対してリニアに制御されることになる[周波数リニア制御]。

Claims (4)
- スイッチング素子を介して入力電圧をスイッチングして電流共振回路に加え、該電流共振回路から所定の出力電圧を得るスイッチング電源装置本体と、このスイッチング電源装置本体の出力電圧に応じた帰還信号に従って前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周波数を制御する周波数制御回路とを備え、
前記周波数制御回路は、所定の境界値よりも前記帰還信号の帰還量が大きい周波数制御領域と帰還量が小さい周波数制御領域とに分類し、前記帰還量が小さい周波数制御領域においては前記帰還信号に従って前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周波数をリニアに変化させる周波数リニア制御を実行し、前記帰還量が大きい周波数制御領域においては前記帰還信号に従って前記スイッチング素子のスイッチング周期をリニアに変化させる周期リニア制御を実行することを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記周波数制御回路は、電流源により充電されるコンデンサの充電電圧と電圧源から与えられる電圧とを比較して出力を反転する比較器と、この比較器の出力に従ってセット・リセットされて前記スイッチング素子に対するパルス幅変調された駆動制御信号を生成すると共に、該駆動制御信号により前記コンデンサを放電させて前記充電電圧を初期化するフリップフロップとからなる発振器を備え、
前記周期リニア制御は、前記電流源の出力電流を一定にすると共に、前記電圧源の出力電圧を前記帰還信号に応じて変化させて実行され、前記周波数リニア制御は、前記電流源の出力電流を前記帰還信号に応じて変化させると共に、前記電圧源の出力電圧を一定にして実行されるものである請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記周波数制御回路は、前記周波数リニア制御の実行時における帰還制御ループの利得と、前記周期リニア制御の実行時における前記帰還制御ループの利得との大小関係が入れ替わるときの前記帰還信号の大きさを前記境界値として、前記帰還信号が前記境界値よりも小さいときには前記周波数リニア制御を実行し、前記帰還信号が前記境界値よりも大きいときには前記周期リニア制御を実行する請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記電流共振回路は、LLC方式の共振回路からなる請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
