Claims (14)
- 圧力検知ガイドワイヤであって、
先端部分を有するコアワイヤと、前記先端部分の上に配置されたコイルとを含む長尺状シャフトと、
前記コアワイヤの先端部分に沿ってかつ前記コイル内に配置された圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサに結合された1つまたは複数のリードと、
を具備し、
前記コイルのピッチの変化によって画定される開口部が、前記コイルの外側にある流体が該コイルの開口部を通って前記圧力センサに達するように、前記圧力センサの上方の位置において前記コイルに形成されている、圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。 - 前記1つまたは複数のリードの先端部分が前記コイル内に延在し、前記1つまたは複数のリードの基端部分が前記コアワイヤに印刷されている、請求項1に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記長尺状シャフトの先端部が予め形成された曲げ部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コイルが前記1つまたは複数のリードのうちの1つを画定している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コイルの上に絶縁体が配置されている、請求項4に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記圧力センサが血管内超音波トランスデューサを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記圧力センサが圧電圧力センサを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記圧力センサが光圧力センサを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記圧力センサに光ファイバケーブルが結合されている、請求項8に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記圧力センサにフォトニック結晶が結合されている、請求項8に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記1つまたは複数のリードの基端部分が、前記長尺状シャフトの基端部分の周囲に配置された基端コイルを含み、コネクタが前記長尺状シャフトの基端部分に結合され、前記コネクタが、前記基端コイルに誘導結合するように構成されたコイル部材を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コネクタがコネクタ磁石を含み、前記シャフトの基端部分が、前記コネクタ磁石と係合するように構成された基端磁石を含む、請求項11に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
- 圧力検知ガイドワイヤであって、
先端部分を有するコアワイヤと、前記コアワイヤの先端部分の上に配置された管状部材と、前記管状部材の先端部に結合された先端チップとを含む長尺状シャフトと、
前記管状部材が内腔を画定し、かつ、その周方向に延びる複数のスリットを有しており、
前記コアワイヤの先端部分に隣接してかつ前記内腔と流体連通して配置された圧力センサと、
前記管状部材には開口部が形成されており、
前記開口部を覆って延在するダイアフラムと、
前記開口部における圧力を前記圧力センサに伝達するように構成された、前記内腔内に配置された圧力伝達流体と、
を具備する、圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。 - 前記圧力センサが、血管内超音波トランスデューサ、圧電圧力センサ、光圧力センサおよびフォトニック結晶のいずれか1つを含む、請求項13に記載の圧力検知ガイドワイヤ。
