Claims (8)
- 波線状パターンを有し且つ軸線方向に並んで配置される複数の環状体と、軸線周りに延び且つ隣り合う前記環状体を接続する複数の接続要素と、を備える柔軟性ステントであって、
前記波線状パターンは、2つの脚部を頂部で連結した略V字形状の複数のV字要素が、前記頂部を軸線方向において交互に逆に向けた状態で接続されて、形成されており、
前記接続要素の一方の端部が屈曲する方向と前記接続要素の他方の端部が屈曲する方向とは、逆であり、
前記接続要素の端部は、隣り合う前記環状体における前記V字要素の前記頂部以外の部分に、前記脚部が延びる方向とは異なる方向に延びて、接続されており、
軸線方向に対して垂直な径方向に視たときに、前記接続要素の中間部が延びる方向は、軸線方向に対して傾斜しており、
2つの前記脚部のうちの一方は、前記接続要素の前記中間部に沿って延びており、
前記V字要素の2つの前記脚部は、長い長脚部と短い短脚部とからなり、前記環状体の環方向に隣り合う前記V字要素同士は、前記長脚部と前記短脚部とが隣り合うように、接続されており、
前記接続要素の前記端部は、前記V字要素の前記長脚部に接続されており、
軸線方向に対して、前記V字要素の前記長脚部が傾斜する角度は、50度〜80度であり、前記V字要素の前記短脚部が傾斜する角度は、5度〜30度である、柔軟性ステント。 - 前記接続要素の前記端部は、前記頂部が軸線方向において同じ方向を向く前記V字要素それぞれにおける前記脚部に、接続されている、請求項1に記載の柔軟性ステント。
- 前記V字要素の2つの前記脚部の両方は、軸線方向に平行で且つ前記頂部を通る基準線に対して、同じ側に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の柔軟性ステント。
- 前記V字要素は、柔軟性ステントの仮想的な外周曲面の形状に沿って、前記V字要素の厚さ方向に丸みを帯びている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の柔軟性ステント。
- 前記接続要素の前記端部が延びる方向と前記接続要素の前記中間部が延びる方向とは、略直交している、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の柔軟性ステント。
- 前記接続要素の中間部及び前記V字要素の前記脚部は、直線状であり、前記接続要素の前記中間部に沿って延びている前記脚部は、前記接続要素の前記中間部に対して平行である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の柔軟性ステント。
- 前記接続要素の端部は、前記環状体の環方向に隣り合う前記V字要素同士の接続部近傍に、接続されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の柔軟性ステント。
- 前記接続要素の端部は、前記V字要素の前記長脚部における前記頂部とは反対側の部分であって前記短脚部よりも長い部分に、接続されている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の柔軟性ステント。
